They supposedly were tuned up at the factory to be operational but we found the gears and brakes to be poorly adjusted and the front wheels on both bikes were out of round. Realizing why the instruction books that came with the bikes began every section with 'We highly recommend you have the bike professionally tuned' we did some research finding that Bullseye has a great reputation and reasonable fees. We first took the front wheels to have them adjusted to them and within a day they had them ready for us. Having seen how competent, conscientious, professional, and responsive they were we dropped both bikes off to have them tuned up one the weekend and we had them back working superbly by that Tuesday. They take what they do seriously and are highly customer-focused. Totally recommend them.

Lars, who also does Ironmans, was very helpful in helping me understand the best bike for my needs, what type of adds I would need, and also made me aware of needing to buy pedals and shoes when I buy the bike. Who knew! While I didn't buy a bike that day, I learned a lot and am still on the hunt. They also have a bike repair shop where you can take your bike in to be serviced.
