At his shop he immediately identified the 2 key blanks from Lectric ebikes were WRONG blanks for my original key and pointed out why. He would look for a substitute in his own inventory. After about 30 minutes he presented me with 2 different freshly cut copies. I did not have my bike with me to test whether they worked. Without charge he said go home, test them and call with results. One of the 2 new blank cuts WORKED! I called to give him the good news and a credit card. In spite of my insistence to pay him, he DECLINED to charge me?! Huh??? This man was so friendly and so knowledgeable. I put him in my contacts and will always use this man for any future locksmithing needs.

Craig arrived quickly, got my car unlocked without any damage, and since he was already there, he replaced the locks on my house so I didn't have to worry about whoever had my stolen keys. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. This guy is awesome!!! I have an old dodge neon that I bought from a private party so I only got one key.... I have to lock the car from the inside because the outside lock only locks the drivers side! I was in a rush at the grocery store and I accidentally left my key inside my car when I locked it!! It was so hot outside, obviously summer time in Arizona!! I called Ran at Desert Locksmith and he got there in no time to help me!! Omg thank you soooo much Ran!! I used Desert Locksmith to install a new smart lock. It required drilling the holes - in the door and the jamb - and the installation and initial setup. The service was available the same day - Ran kept me updated on arrival time - and his work was done very professionally. I especially appreciated that h advised me not to change the existing lock since the new one would provide the extra security I wanted, thus saving me additional unnecessary expense.
