We had issues with our 17 year old central air. Bell was recommended from a (friend) contractor as having high standards excellent work. We had one of the service guys come in to check the unit. He explained about the leaking freon and basically the unit is old and shot. He actually walked me through it explaining and showing me (older unit with old type freon etc.) He was not pushy or moving for quick sales. In fact he was very professional and friendly. Fast forward; we ordered a new complete unit and today promptly two technicians came for the install. They were extremely professional, friendly and clean doing an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new one. I have to say I would definitely recommend Bell! The complete process went smooth and perfect. The cost of the unit and installation I found to be middle of the road comparing with others. But the quality of work? Second to none!! Great job !!!!! The highly efficient Bell team completed the job in less than three days! The entire team from George (Habib), who I signed the contract with, to Rui (De Silva), the foreman, to Hamid and Mario, the two very pleasant and hard-working men who did the actual installation work in our house were all very easy and good to deal with. The two installer guys, Hamid and Mario, did so amazingly neat work both in the rooms and up in the attic that it almost felt like it just magically happened. We had mini-splits installed because central air wasn't possible. The Bell person in charge of the project was David Hopper. He came to the home and explained to us the situation and offered us this solution. We had others come, assess and give us proposals, but we decided to go with Bell. The installers, Matt and Hamey, came and installed the units in a day and half, which was pretty good. They were professional, fast and always explaining what they were doing.
