He put the units back together and they left. First time we turned them on they started leaking. Someone came and looked and diagnosed as drip pan being broken. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??? They gave me no satisfactory answer... don't insult my intelligence please! Most of us are familiar and stand by Occam's razor principle. They never tried to accept any responsibility. Not even as a possibility! They sent an estimate for $900+ to change 1 pan with membership, or $1200+ without! I have repeatedly asked for an itemized estimate. No reply! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? After being a customer for 9 years... SAD AND PITIFUL!

Not an emergency call I found the same exact 10 inch rough toilet on the Lowes website for $ 344.00. Theses are the facts. One of my biggest regrets of the year using this company.
