Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

Instead I paid this man three hundred dollars to fight this and keep it off my record. The results I got from this was not even a phone call I got an email from his secretary with the results of him going to court for me. Keep in mind this was a ticket. Now I'm on probation for three months, I owe the court over three hundred dollars and I was never asked if this was ok . He just tossed me under the buss because he didn't want to have to deal with arlington courts because they require him to be there in person and he can't do it from his office. Pure laziness. I'm in a far worse position now than i was before I hired this crook. If you have any sense keep looking DO NOT hire this man. You will regret it !!!!

If you are looking for an immigration attorney, DO NOT COME HERE! The attorney Ann was very nice…read more However, her assistant Lisa, is INCREDIBLY rude and speaks to Spanish speakers as if they are beneath her. You would think because Lisa is Hispanic and can speak Spanish is very kind and helpful but she makes the experience dreadful. She takes advantage of the fact Ann doesn't speak Spanish to treat and talk to Spanish speaking potential clients as if they were less than her, and has the audacity to LIE to Ann that the clients are trying to argue with her, when in reality, they wanted to ask a simple question that Lisa was being vague about. My parents had a very horrible experience because of Lisa's condescending behavior and will be seeking representation elsewhere. If immigrants, who are trying to seek advice to do it the right way to become a citizen, bother Lisa so much, I advise she look for another job, preferably the DMV, since they are as rude as her and will for sure hire her. If Ann is a good attorney, having Lisa, with a patronizing and haughty attitude, as an assistant is a poor reflection of her firm. Tom is incompetent and a failure as an attorney. At intake, they will state that they have a high…read moredismissal rate for whichever Creditor is suing you. It is a scripted response. However, instead of dismissal, you will be advised by the firm to settle. Stay away from this place. Once they have your money, you wont get a response. Tom doesn't speak directly to clients. You will have to leave multiple messages with call screeners and send alot of emails to get a response from him.
