For literally a couple years, our previous HVAC company serviced the unit twice a year, came out for additional service calls, nodded thoughtfully at the equipment... and somehow never fixed the actual problem. We eventually accepted our fate and furnished the guesthouse with a space heater, a fan, and what can only be described as climate-related trust issues. Then came Adam Eck HVAC. They were easy to schedule, showed up on time (already a miracle these days), communicated clearly, and actually diagnosed and fixed the issue. Apparently the system was capable of heating and cooling all along. Who knew. They've now taken over our biannual HVAC maintenance for the entire property and did a fantastic job with that as well - thorough, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Now the guesthouse works consistently, our guests no longer need to dress in layers "just in case," and the portable heater has retired. Even though his schedule was already full that day, Don made the time to come out between appointments and quickly fixed the issue. When I asked what the emergency visit would cost, he simply said, "Don't worry about it--just call us to schedule your water heater service." Since my system was due for service, I went ahead and scheduled it. They did a fantastic job, taking the time to fully flush and descale the unit and remove mineral buildup. Everyone I interacted with--from start to finish--was incredibly nice, down-to-earth, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I called on a Sunday intending to leave a message but Jeremiah answered the phone and actually tried to walk me through several quick fixes before sending a technician out and charging me. I really appreciated that but of course the quick fixes didn't work this time. Monday morning the office contacted me and said they could have a technician here between nine and 11. As 11 approached they contacted me again telling me that their technician was running a bit late at a previous job but that he would be here by noon. Sure enough at noon he arrived! He was very polite and thorough and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting my issue. When he finally found the junction box responsible for my problem hidden in my attic, He worked quickly to remedy the situation and before I knew it everything was fixed. I can't speak highly enough to their professionalism or their communication or just the friendly nature of everyone at AAE that I interacted with! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I thought asap would mean a few days, BUT he took the time during a very busy day to find what we needed from a distributor that had just one left, had it overnighted and came back today to install the new fan motor. Spent lots of time on the phone only to get a call to say they want to service their own installs and they don't have time to troubleshoot systems they did not install. I get it, there is more margin in installing new stuff but some of us just need a qualified Mitsubishi contractor to help us with these systems, but these are not the guys. They should not advertise Mitsubishi diamond service if they refuse to provide it.
