My wife found AAE last year to fix an issue at a rental property, and was very happy. This time we had a minor issue in our guest bedroom. I called on a Sunday intending to leave a message but Jeremiah answered the phone and actually tried to walk me through several quick fixes before sending a technician out and charging me. I really appreciated that but of course the quick fixes didn't work this time. Monday morning the office contacted me and said they could have a technician here between nine and 11. As 11 approached they contacted me again telling me that their technician was running a bit late at a previous job but that he would be here by noon. Sure enough at noon he arrived! He was very polite and thorough and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting my issue. When he finally found the junction box responsible for my problem hidden in my attic, He worked quickly to remedy the situation and before I knew it everything was fixed. I really don't understand how this company could possibly have a 5 star rating because our experience wasn't close to that. We hired them to do the electrical work for a new swim spa. They were a no show for our first scheduled appointment and we should have decided not to use them at that point but instead we gave them another try. They then cancelled our next appointment on the day of the appointment. After much apologizing on their part we scheduled them to come out a third time, and for our trouble we were promised that on the day the spa was installed they would be back to hook it up to power. Needless to say they didn't keep their promise and we waited a week to have our spa hooked to power after it was delivered. We tried to pay the bill before the technician left but he said the office would take care of it. So of course they never provided a bill but called us complaining that we hadn't paid it. As if that wasn't enough during a power outage we discovered that they had not hooked the spa to our whole house generator. My husband called them to discuss it and the owner claimed first not to know that we had a generator, except that he practically had to trip over it to do the work, then claimed not to know if the generator would support the spa although we knew it would, and then claimed to have a company policy of not hooking spas to generators except that he never disclosed this supposed policy. Lastly he refused to correct the mistake for anything less than full price, which is just bad business so do yourself a favor and contact a different company or you will most likely regret it. read more

I had previously written a review but it got blocked as not recommended and I am not sure why so trying again. I made a call to All American Electric to assist me in getting up my outlets so I could easily hang Christmas lights (it took them this long to set up a Yelp apparently). Previously, I did not have enough outlets and I would have to string all of the lights together and I would constantly blow fuses. He came out and told me the best way to set up the lights so it would not happen again and added outlets that had never existed before. Last week the power mysteriously went out in just the master bedroom and living room. The TV, internet, stereo, lights, fans, and all other creature comforts were suspended until further notice. A hard reality to accept when one is stuck at home sheltering in place. After doing my own troubleshooting an exhausting my electrical knowledge, I caved in and called the experts. The owner of the company was able to get someone out to me the very next morning even though they were booked solid. I was hoping for a quick easy fix but alas, they were not able to find the issue(s) during the first visit. Mind you the "first visit" was a squeeze in appointment for a preliminary look-around/troubleshooting. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Upon the second visit, after crawling under the house and up in the attic, the electrician was able to locate and fix the problem. The house is old (built in the 1950's) and the wiring/receptacles are outdated. Thankfully the technician was able to replace and re-wire multiple "trouble spots" in the home and the power was restored. I feel much safer now knowing things have been done right. David and I are very happy with their work!!! Could not have expected better service and workmanship. I needed an electrician for new kitchen lighting and replacement of old wall devices, reached out to local businesses and was very disappointed. While we're glad that they are recovering from the pandemic, I know they are now overworked and schedules were way out there. I also felt that prices were, as a consequence, padded a bit to filter out small projects. Then we got a referral to All American Electric! Jeremiah Bennett visited us within a day. We talked scope and time and agreed to process, responsibilities and cost. The electrician Robert arrived on schedule. We were a little concerned at first because we were expecting a two-man crew, but not to worry, Robert was amazing, clean up after himself, and fast! I called and requested service to connect my stove and was very anxious to get it done. It had been installed incorrectly ... Jeremiah was outstanding, he said he would try and fit us in that day and HE DID. He had said if it was a bigger job than he had time for,that he be aybe not be able to do it right away but he was able to complete the job that day.
