As soon as we entered this WSS we felt very welcome.A very nice and helpful man named Luis Martinez…read moreasked us if we needed any help finding a size, and he didn't have to do that .I say this because he could have just been very rude and careless .But Luis was just different.he actually cared about helping us , and I never felt like he was just doing his job.Instead he made us feel welcome and at peace.So since he asked us if we needed help finding a size we told him we needed a 6.5 size in white Air forces.He looked everywhere and then told us he swore he saw that size .But he still went out of his way to try and find the size at another store.But he still wouldn't give up.His co-worker told him maybe in the back of the store(because they have to put them there because they have no other space to put them).He the found the size of my shoes.We went to the cashier after thanking him, and he told me"Lucky u , I wish I would have gotten 2 pairs of shoes when I was little" ( I checked out with 2 pairs of shoes).I then replied to him by saying that, " It is because my birthday is coming up soon" , and as I said earlier he cared .Because he cared he asked me " really? When is ur birthday" I told him " August 2".He was so nice that he told me " okay then since ur birthday is coming soon I will give u my store discount".I said " Really , thank u thank u so much".After that we left.I will conclude by saying Luis Martinez helped us out from beginning to end,and he never gave up, aside from that's he was caring , and because of that he deserves everything in the world.
