She didn't help me out once but twice I hope the owner gets to read this and appreciate they have such a good employees mean her Celeste, the girl on the cashier she was not as nice as Celeste. WSS - Add my home the purchase I made in the Wss in Bell - Shoe Stores Near Me - Bell, California

As soon as we entered this WSS we felt very welcome.A very nice and helpful man named Luis Martinez asked us if we needed any help finding a size, and he didn't have to do that .I say this because he could have just been very rude and careless .But Luis was just different.he actually cared about helping us , and I never felt like he was just doing his job.Instead he made us feel welcome and at peace.So since he asked us if we needed help finding a size we told him we needed a 6.5 size in white Air forces.He looked everywhere and then told us he swore he saw that size .But he still went out of his way to try and find the size at another store.But he still wouldn't give up.His co-worker told him maybe in the back of the store(because they have to put them there because they have no other space to put them).He the found the size of my shoes.We went to the cashier after thanking him, and he told me"Lucky u , I wish I would have gotten 2 pairs of shoes when I was little" ( I checked out with 2 pairs of shoes).I then replied to him by saying that, " It is because my birthday is coming up soon" , and as I said earlier he cared .Because he cared he asked me " really? When is ur birthday" I told him " August 2".He was so nice that he told me " okay then since ur birthday is coming soon I will give u my store discount".I said " Really , thank u thank u so much".After that we left.I will conclude by saying Luis Martinez helped us out from beginning to end,and he never gave up, aside from that's he was caring , and because of that he deserves everything in the world. If I could give negative stars I would. Mother went in looking for some shoes and once the workers on the floor noticed my mom didn't speak very good English they proceeded to ignore her. Hella racist workers here. Definitely not coming back and grateful my mom didn't waste her money here. read more

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. The email gave me specific directions to park I. The spot for curbside pick up, call to let them know and have an ID ready. At a time like these, some of us rely solely on curbside or delivery due to safety concerns. I called to let them know I was there for pick up and the employee told me to come on in. I repeated myself and she once again said the same. I informed her that curbside meant I did not have to go into the store. She told me her store does not do curbside. I was already upset, but then going in there I had to wait even longer because someone was paying. It wasn't even busy with people. I called customer service number and the person said she had no idea why the workers did not come out to deliver. I don't either. All I know is that the store employees need to do their job. I am not expecting anything more than what I am lead to believe the store says they will do. That is the point of all this. Management obviously is lousy because after reading several reviews, I see this is a pattern here. I am so upset that employees that represent a chain could do what they wish and leave a bad impression! read more

Came in to pick up shoes that I had already paid for ,, and an incompetent Employee [ martha] didn't know what she was doing. It took her 30 min to figure it out. Then i asked for her manager [Lucy] she said she was busy in a conference.. wow!! I would've gotten my $$ back but just a waste of time. Dont ever pay for something that your not getting right away with W-S-s!! It takes them longer to figure it out ... too much work for them. Wss please train ur employees. Worst customer service ever! I asked an employee to help me find my daughters shoe size, right where I saw a sign that says Don't know your size? Ask! Well I did, and he tells me oh the only size for newborns is on the wall, FIRST OFF SHES NOT A NEWBORN! Secondly I saw shoes size 4 that fit but needed help seeing her exact shoe size. Then when I walking out, the lady at the cashier goes thank you bye I straight out told her I DIDNT EVEN GET HELPED. She didn't seem to care and ignored me. Waste of time. read more

I had stop by the store 12/26 excited to use a coupon given to us for shopping before the Holliday. Upon exchanging a 2 pairs of shoes that didn't fit. I tried finding the same and only found one. So I went for a shoe a bit more expensive than what I intended to exchange the 2nd pair for. As I went to the register a young man Christian attend me and explained that I couldn't use the coupon because it didn't exceed $65 or more. He had first exchanged one shoe in a transaction, then proceed to return the other shoe in a separate transaction and then applied the new shoes I would take and said I couldn't use the coupon after all because it didn't exceed $65 or greater.... thinking about it if one would have wanted to really help out a customer during this difficult times as we go through COVID.... he could have easily returned both shoes in one transaction. Rang up the ones I found to exchange and ring up the second pair and applied the $25 coupon off..... But instead he decided to do everything in separate transactions..... My Husband commented that during his time working in retail, to help a customer out they would give them their best prices and best experience to regain their business.
