It was my first time coming here and it'll most definitely be my last. I came in with high hopes after reading so many positive Google and Yelp reviews. Since I'm extremely picky about my nails, I made an appointment specifically with Crystal based on the recommendations. While she was filing my nails, she went way too deep and caused my cuticles to bleed, leaving them red and irritated. Although she was chill, I didn't feel that enough care was taken during the service. I had asked for short, round Gel-x nails, but when I left, I noticed they looked way too lifted. It seemed like too much product was applied underneath, which made them look bulky and unnatural. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and the results. All the staff have been professional, kind, and helpful. The location is clean and tidy. They use clean tools and have a nice selection of colors. The massage chairs are high quality and make for a relaxing and pampering experience. I absolutely love coming to see Jenny for a pedicure. She is gentle, listens to me, and knows how to manage my ingrown toenails and prevent them from coming back. Lina does an amazing job for my hard gel manicure. The first time I went here was a couple months ago and I saw a lady named Hannah, she was wonderful. I have nothing against her. However, I saw someone else for my prom nails (I don't know her name) and she did me so dirty with the nail art. I originally wanted stars on all my fingers (I'll put the reference photo), and she told me it wouldn't look good, so we only did two fingers on each hand (I have gotten this style before at a salon in Sacramento, so I know I like it). I now understand why she didn't want to do all 10 fingers and it's because she can't draw stars. Instead of telling me this at the beginning, she just drew 4 bad stars and charged me $15 extra. This is for my senior prom, which is one of my last big events in high school. I am very sad about this and feel very ripped off. If you go here, request Hannah. read more

Made a last minute appointment for 2 pedicures on a Saturday and was able to get in. Jenny and Jackie were our technicians and they were great! Super friendly and very kind. I love how talkative and welcoming they were :) we both had the deluxe pedicure which came with a sugar scrub, a mask, and hot stones. The massage chairs are another added perk! Lots of color options here, and their massage chairs are AMAZING!!! Got the deluxe pedi, which included a wax, foot massage and hot stones $50, which wasn't too bad. The ladies were nice and took their time. The only downside to our visit here was they only had 2 people working so we had to wait for about 10-15 mins. very disappointing and upsetting experience at Bella2nails with my three children. During our visit, there was extremely loud construction work taking place, which made the environment stressful and uncomfortable -- not what you'd expect from a salon. Unfortunately, the treatment itself was also poor. The nail filing was rough and caused pain, and three out of the four of us left with visible injuries around our nails. Staff were not only unresponsive to our discomfort, but also quite rude, and offered no apology or concern for what had happened. I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel it's important for others to be aware of our experience. We won't be returning. read more

I didn't know why, maybe she was just going to start while we waited? But nope she ended up doing the whole thing... super super rushed and it was AWFUL. Thick, Bumpy acrylic. I knew I should have spoke up. So I guess that's also on me. But I didn't appreciate the switch. I drove 20 min to this location because of Hanna. I was referred to Lucy, one of the nail techs one of my friends that raves about this place. She swore up and down that Lucy gave one of the best pedicures ever! I happened to be in the area so I decided to give this place a shot. Service: I made an appointment so I did not have to wait. In regards to the actual pedicure, turns out my friend was right! I searched the reviews and read the most recent and thought I would give this place a try. I was due for a gel refill and a repair of a broken nail. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted and offered a seat to wait for a technician. After 5-7 minutes I met with "Hannah" who asked a few questions and offered nail color choices. If you're looking for a great please to get your nails done, consider Synergy in Dublin. Services are decently priced and the facility is very clean. One of the things I like about this place is that it uses plastic covers over the foot spas. Nice way to keep things sanitary. Other places just spray Clorox and wipe with a sponge between uses. I got the regular manicure and pedicure for my first visit here. I was pretty happy with the results. My nails looked great and the girl who did my nails was very gentle. My friends and I booked the first slot on a Saturday morning and were seated immediately. A few people who came after us had to wait a bit. My recommendation is to book an appointment if you're coming here on a weekend. Or, if you have to wait for service, you can always go next door and grab a boba first! read more

I came for a pedicure and it was really good. The massage chairs are state of the art. I would've given 5 stars but... 1. I feel that they up charge you for all the extras. Granted, they did have a menu and you can pick classic, deluxe, etc. but most places include the massage. I don't think I should pay for that. 2. I got the paraffin treatment. That was nice but the esthetician didn't remove all the oils from my nails so when she painted them, I sat there for 30 min and my nails were still wet. Another lady went to check on me and said that she has to redo my nails. 3. The esthetician cleaned my cuticles very well but she also nicked the side of one of my toes but didn't acknowledge that she did it. I thought she was taking care of an ingrown nail or a hangnail. She wasn't. I looked closely the next day and noticed a cut on that toe. It hurts very much. I can't really walk on that foot. I'm hoping the pain will be gone tomorrow. That said, she was very nice and gave me a lot of advice for beauty tips. She spent time with my callouses and she was pleasant. I wanted to give them 5 stars but I just can't. Sorry. read more

I'm so happy I came back to Synergy! I'm so pleased with my hands and feet; I didn't get the gents (Tony) name that did my acrylics, but he seemed like a perfectionist and I LOVE THAT. I noticed when men do my acrylic nails they take their time and they're meticulous. That's greatly appreciated. I came in for a acrylic fill and pedicure. The pedicure was pretty dang good, the hot stone massage was amazing and the massage alone was super relaxing. I need my pedicures to be at this level for me to come back. ($27) When I first came in to get my fill I was going to get regular polish, but after noticing they had chrome, mood changing and glow in the dark - I had to do gel. It was a little more than I usually pay, but with the effects of my nails I'm very happy. There's no bumps on my nails, they're completely smooth and even. I decided with the mood changing glow in the dark gel #1 ($40) I'm more than happy with the outcome and WILL continue to come back. I'll be referring my girlfriends as well! read more

It was a slow day and they were able to take me right away for a full set with gel. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my nails but she was amazing! Not only did she do a great job on my nails but she was so friendly and sweet. I was in a rush so I asked her to speed up and she was able to do so without any complains. It was 45 dollars for a full set with any gel color which is a great price if you're looking for excellent service. The salon is well maintained and clean!
