They also had a great Black Friday sale that came with a free shirt, tie, socks and handkerchief when buying a suit. This is absolutely the best experience I've had when it comes to buying suits and I'll be coming her for all other suit related purchases in the future. I call him prior to leaving the city and asked him if he's sure we don't need to do the alterations on the 2nd tan suit that was ordered. He assured me all is well and completed. Im busy running errands so I took him on his word and didn't check the garment bags (black bags, not translucent so i could've seen it at a glance). Ziad then calls me and asks whats the name on my 2nd suit. Red flag; the suit was for another customer and my suit is still at the store. After failed negotiations for some cheap trinkets, I tell them just refund me so we can all move on. After many attempts to speak with the elusive and disrespectful con artist "Mike" (employee Ziad claimed to not know his managers last name), spoke over me disrespectfully, disregarding the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence Ziad performed, flipping the narrative saying I threatened the employees. So now I am escalating this situation and taking it to their corporate office and the mall headquarters. Do not to business with companies that do not refund their customers, EVEN WHEN THE EMPLOYEES MAKE ENORMOUS MISTAKES IN VOLUME. TERRIBLE BUSINESS WITH SHADY PEOPLE. I hope no one else falls victim. The store has a large selection. The front of the store has formal dress, quinceañera dresses, and even some wedding accessories. The wedding gowns are in the back, sorted by size. Some of them are NWT (new with tags), but most are pre-owned and gently used. There are name brands there. I saw a few Maggie Sotero dresses. No pushy salespeople, friendly and welcoming owner. Cons: The dressing rooms are small and there's no air circulation. Expect to get a workout trying on dresses. You go through the dresses yourself and pull off the rack. I sort of expected a little more since they advertise offering appointments to try on wedding dresses. Walk-ins are accepted too....not sure why you need an appointment for since you're going through the gowns yourself. The prices...woah. I know how consignment works- everyone needs to make a profit (seller and the store), but I've seen brand new dresses for less. Worth a trip if you're just browsing. 3 stars.

I have bad eczema and I cannot wear most makeup because it causes irritation. I decided I wanted to try Clinique since it is hypoallergenic and dermatologist recommended. I booked a make up consultation over the phone and I was so happy with the result! Jackie was so nice and knowledgeable about the Clinique products. I ended up splurging and buying all the make up she used and the brushes and charging a lot on my Macy's card but given how much I've used the make up and brushes from that moment on and how good it looks and how confident it makes me feel I'm thankful I did it. I got lots of free gifts and I got Star Money since I spent a lot. Of course, I don't recommend going broke on make up but if you want a new routine like me and want to do a complete haul Macys make up consults is the way to go. I never felt like Jackie was forcing any products on me too. I'll definitely be booking her again for my next special occasion! Also side note I don't know why this Macys has so many bad reviews I love it here and feel the quality of the merchandise is good. Again I'm proud to have a Macys credit card and I shop here a lot. Backstage has the best deals and is as cheap as a Marshall's or Ross but better quality and less chaotic to go through. It was done in 2 days. I requested it on Saturday and picked up on Tuesday. They are open Monday - Friday 9a-6:30p, Saturday 9-5 and closed Sunday. I'll be back for any alterations and to try the cleaning. A plus is there are a bunch of plants and greenery in the guest area to sooth the mind.
