Okay, idk why people are bashing this place so much. I just went here yesterday to choose a dress, and had a very pleasant experience. The bride for me, lives in MA and told us the designer, color and material we had to get.. but with whatever dress we felt comfortable in. I looked around and around, and Bella bridesmaid was the only shop I found that carries that designer, so I made a single dress appointment. I was a little afraid going into this appointment, because I am a bigger/tall girl, so I was afraid that they wouldn't have any sample dresses that would actually fit me. Man, I was wrong! They had a wide variety of larger sizes, let alone a nice selection I had to choose from! I ultimately went with the dress below that I attached a pic to, but ordered it in terracotta. The sample size I was in was tight (I could have ordered that size but just lost 10-15 pounds to feel more comfortable... but I didn't want that pressure) so to be on the safe side, I went up a size and will just get it altered to my body type. For people that are new to the bridal world, bridal dresses AS WELL AS bridesmaid dresses run totally different in sizes... they usually run really really small. So don't be alarmed if you are, for example, a 16 normal size but you have to get a dress that's a 20, or possibly even bigger. It is normal! As far as price, it was reasonable! No sales tax, so that's a plus! If you need a dress, I highly recommend this shop... so make an appointment! And just remember, the lead time is like 3-4 months, so make sure you order plenty of time ahead!! read more

Oh lord please save your money and go somewhere else. I went with a friend to try on dresses, as this is where the bride wanted us to go. Our appointment was double booked so the stylist was running back-and-forth between us and other appointments. She was very friendly but it's not the type of experience I was expecting. We tried on dresses that weren't in the bride's approved collection. They don't have a lot of sample sizes for curvy women so we couldn't really gauge sizing. The sample size dresses are all stretched out and ruined so even the sample dresses aren't accurate. And the stylist measured me, but when my dress came in, was outrageously larger than it should've been if she measured it to any of my specifications. And it's not like one portion of the dress actually fit me, the whole thing was too big. I wanted to size down, but she kept pushing me to size up and I couldn't try on the real size of the dress because they didn't have that in store. Overall, this is not unexperienced. I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and the stylist helped me in picking out which dress would work for me I expressed to her which one I liked because they didn't have the one I wanted to try on in the store they took my measurements and ordered me a 14 if you look at the photo attached this dress looks like a 28 if that's even a size not to be rude I called the store perfusly and left messages for the store manager to call me back as the wedding was appraching sooner and sooner it was one excuse after another she was busy she was with another client she was out to dinner with her family by the time the dresses arrived my sisters wedding was around the corner I went into the store by making an appointment to see if they could do something with the dress after sitting for what seemed to be close to an hour because they double booked my appointment I was rushed into a fitting room tied up into a big knot on my neck and sent on my merry way to go get alterations I was extremely upset that I wasn't given the proper time or attention that I deserved as a paying customer to help find a solution to this disaster I am a bigger size woman and it seemed as if they didn't care to help or try to even work with me in finding a new dress knowing and expressing this one wasn't the right one for me off to the seamstress I went spending more money than I did on the dress just to get it somewhat altered to my body if even possible bottom line it was horrible I called the store and tried to get in touch with the manager again and was avoided yet again over and over and over finally when I got a call back I was left a voice mail on my phone stating that I was a very rude person for calling so many times and that she received the first message and was going to call me back I assume her calling customers back consists of waiting 3 months later and the customer getting infuriated I will admit by the time I was able to speak to whomever I spoke with who wasnt even the owner she said she would get back to me on what she could do for me i waited patiently for a call back she finally called about a week later and said since I was so rude they weren't willing to do anything for me and had I taken a different approach to the situation they may have considered helping me that bottom line the dress chosen was overall not the proper dress for my body type again she made it a point to express that the stylist should have assisted me in choosing something better suited for my body type and the dress picked shouldn't have been the dress for me I don't believe I should have been the one to suffer in this case when you go to a location and they are styling you, you put your trust in the stylist to know what is going to work for your body type and what's not going to work for you body type not the other way around and when you call a paying customer back that now has spent close to triple the amount of money to try an rectify the situation that theyve made a mess of it becomes very frustrating and then to be given a life lesson in eddicacy that to me is horrible business over all I'm very displeased with the competency of this bridal store and the management based on my experience the customer is not always right but in this situation I was simply asking them to please help me not to look like I was swimming in a sea full of green velvet with a big knot tied on my neck that made me look like I had a medical growth on my back with all that being said I would never recommend this store to anyone ever it's full of dresses that you can find anywhere at a lower price and better material with kinder hearted people to help guide you along the way lesson learned I hope this helps people in the future from going to this location and maybe saving themselves a little heartache and stress BTW the dress is being held up by my mother not even myself I have a smaller frame than her so imagine how much larger the dress actually was. Horrific experience with this store. Only worked with them because my friend chose them for her wedding. Their store was closed for a point during covid so we had to give our measurements and order sizes based on their recommendation. They recommended I ordered a size 4 sizes bigger than my normal size, even tho I did push back. They told me I better order the larger size because they don't except returns (even during covid, when we couldn't go in to try on dresses). No shock but the dress fit me horribly. It was supposed to be a form fitting dress but looked more like a velvet curtain. When I called to ask if there was anything I could do, the woman I talked to was extremely condescending (and kept calling me "babe" or "doll" the entire time, gross) and told me I must have measured myself wrong so it was my fault. She said that the only thing they could do was send me to their store in Seattle (where I moved to) so they could measure me to see if the measurements I gave them were accurate. She said that someone would be in touch to set an appointment with me. Three weeks later I still had not heard from anyone so I decided to call the Seattle location only to find out the store had permanently closed. I called freehold back to ask what can be done (keep in mind this was a size off the rack, not a custom dress or anything) and the same woman told me if I wanted any assistance, I would have to measure myself on a video call with them before we could even discuss what my options were. When I said I was pretty uncomfortable doing that, she told me to go sell my dress on Facebook and buy another one???? Horrible customer service, idiotic return policies. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. I was suggested to purchase the wrong size dress, and had to wait an additional two months for my new one to come in. The dress was SO POORLY stitched together, the seam under the bust was incomplete, the slit stitch was incomplete and not back-stitched, and an inseam on the side was clearly HAND STITCHED (and done incorrectly!). It was as if someone had tried to alter the dress themselves, without any sewing experience. When I reported these issues to the Customer Care Manager with pictures, she forwarded them to the company. When the company (AMSALE) decided that "this isn't a couture gown" and that's how they put out products, the Customer Care Manager was condescending, apathetic, and suggested that I should have been aware of the alterations I needed to make (which weren't the alterations in question). I would definitely search elsewhere, and wouldn't even use this place as a last resort. David's Bridal has better quality dresses, service, and prices. read more

I just wanted to share my amazing experience at Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold i have 7 bridesmaids, including a jr bridesmaid and I attended the appointment with just my MOH and my cousin. I went in knowing what color I wanted (rust) and that all my maids had different budgets/sizes that I wanted to accommodate. My stylist Jenna pulled every dress possible, in every brand that had a similar color and making sure each style had budget friendly options. My girls have the option to wear Satin or Chiffon and my MOH is wearing the Lacey/floral dress that you see pictured! We tried many colors, and styles next to my MOH's dress and finally narrowed it down to these dresses/colors/styles! I know the whole "if I could leave 0 stars I would" comment is overdone but it's so accurate. I was forced to do business with this horrific excuse for a bridesmaids store because my friend chose them for her dress. I go in to get my measurements in 2020, and I am newly pregnant. I inform the woman helping me of this, and she assists me in choosing a size. Fast forward through Covid, I now have a healthy baby and I am back to my pre-pregnancy body. The dress has been at the store during all of this time, (though we were encouraged to HURRY AND ORDER!) and I receive notification in 2021 that I can go pick it up or pay $25 for shipping. I call the store to inform them of the sizing discrepancy and see if there's anything they can do, as I've spent $300 on a dress that's now going to be enormous on me. I'm informed that I can sell this gown online and purchase a new one, or they can contact other Bella locations to find a suitable replacement. After 2 phone calls with the women at Bella, who by some miracle locate me a dress, they then inform me that the other Bella location is "happily willing to sell me the dress for half of the sticker price." Because an even exchange on a $300 dress is clearly out of the question, I obviously have to spend more money to keep this declining shithole afloat. So I declined this ridiculous offer, had the dress picked up, and have now swayed 3 future bride friends of mine from patronizing this pathetic business. I long for the day I walk past the storefront on Main Street in Freehold and see a "For Rent" sign hanging, because this place sucks. For reference, my MOH got pregnant after purchasing her dress from David's Bridal for my wedding. They exchanged her gown, without an issue. Because they don't suck. Future brides, I beg you- don't ask your friends to spend $300 with this shitty company. You can do so much better. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Bridesmaids dress shopping I am so disheartened. My maid of honor and i went to Bella bridesmaids in freehold to look at MOH and bridesmaid dresses and i am so turned off by the service and the consultants. Samira was extremely rude and not helpful. My girls are wearing black, long and different styles. 1) the consultant basically shot down my idea of having varying styles 2) is asking me to come in 4-5 different times with each individual bridesmaid because to do all of them at once would be "chaotic". Isn't that the point of a bridesmaids boutique? I work two jobs and because you don't want to get overwhelmed i have to come in with each bridesmaids separately? I don't know. If they do not have the exact style of dress you're planning on purchasing in the store in a size that fits you, I highly recommend you buy the dress online where you can do free returns. No matter what they tell you, the only way you know the dress is going to fit is if you try it on. I got myself measured by 2 tailors and at a Bella Bridesmaid shop in a different location (anticipating that I wouldn't be measured properly) and the size I was recommended was still wrong. The owner was able to offer me the dress in a smaller size at a significant discount and did not accept return of the original dress. I'm lucky the smaller size ended up fitting perfectly and they shipped the dress quickly. But again, this whole thing is not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and buy your usual size online where shops offer free returns. read more

They measured me incorrectly took 3 weeks to get back to me with a solution and their solution was I could buy their sample dress (which I would have to alter) for $50 in addition to the almost $400 I spent on the dress I was measured incorrectly for. Spoke with the owner Samira and she told me from the start she would not budge that I was measured incorrectly and she would not be interested in debating it any further. She was rude and told me I was yelling at her when I tried to get a word in over her soliloquy about how she trains her people to measure correctly. I went to Bella's Bridesmaids on Thursday with my daughter and I need to share what an amazing experience we had there. My daughter is getting married less than 3 weeks from now and returned a dress (to another store) in December because she decided she didn't want it. She has been looking fo a dress since then--the wedding date looming closer and closer! She is average weight and store after store told her she would never find a dress in time unless she was a size 4 or 6 because everything else had to be custom made. Losing hope, we went to Bella's and they were amazing. So positive and helpful and she walked out with a dress in hand in less than an hour! We had such a great experience and the woman that helped us (Rebecca?) was so great. I can't thank her enough. Our experience trying on and looking at dresses was fine. A bit frustrating that we couldn't just go browse the dresses on the rack.. she had to bring them to us. But whatever. The girls working were very nice and professional. BUT.. *something* must be going on with this business chain that they train their staff to tell you to get the wrong size! Across the board, this location and the 3 other locations our bridesmaids worked with... ALL of the girls (except for myself) were pushed and bullied into getting incorrect sizes. Despite all of us arguing back about the sizing, they kept pushing and pushing. And it didn't make any sense either! One girl was bullied into getting 'extra length' on her gown, even though the regular length plus shoes would have been *perfect* for her. Now her gown is 5 inches too long and she has to get it hemmed. She argued with the staff member that she did not need the extra length but was basically guilted into it. AND she had to pay extra for that extra length! Other girls were pushed to get a size up beyond what their largest measurement was... which makes no sense at all. Now they're all getting alterations to bring the dress back to the size that they had actually measured for. I am *so* happy that I stuck to my guns and ordered the size that I measured for. My measurements were 0-2-2 and I was pushed and pushed to get a size 4 (... and that makes sense because...???). I finally put my foot down and said no, and ordered a size 2. Dress came, fits perfectly. In fact just slightly loose at the top but a good padded bra will do fine. THANK GOD I didn't listen to them. Nice girls, nice place, beautiful dresses... but what is with this super pushy attitude? Is there some sort of agreement between Bella Bridesmaids and all of the local seamstresses to try to get them business or something??? read more

Interestingly enough, when the bride went to check out Bella Bridesmaids, she said she had a wonderful experience. She went to the location in Freehold, NJ. However, this experience wasn't great for me, a bridesmaid. It makes me wonder if they were nicer to the bride because they wanted her buy-in. If she signed up with Bella Bridesmaids, the four bridesmaids would have to choose a dress from their shop. Of course they would be nice to her if they wanted to guarantee money from four other people! Anyway - I have always had issues finding clothing that fit my body type. I am not a large woman, but I have a lot of curves and a larger chest. Shopping has never been easy and has always been a relatively frustrating experiencing. I let the employees know that I have a hard time with low-cut things, but they continued to show me dresses with plunging necklines. I was uncomfortable in the shop, what makes you think I would be comfortable standing in front of an entire suite of wedding guests? And what makes you think that the bride would be comfortable with me looking like that on HER wedding day? The attendant was of little to no help. She showed me the dresses the bride pulled (6 in total) but then told me to go look at another rack and find one for myself. We finally found a dress, we being the bride and I, with no help from the attendant. Once I tried it on, she took my measurements, and encouraged me to get a size 18 to fit my chest. Please note that the second you go above a size 16, you're forced to pay $25+ extra. I took their recommendation and ordered my dress. They e-mailed us to pick up the dress (right before Christmas) and told us we had 2 weeks to come get it. While I understand every company has their own corporate policies, 14 days right before Christmas is really hard for some people. It's the busiest time of year for almost everybody, so it would be nice if they had a little more leniency. We were told if we did not pick up the dress within 2 weeks, and something was wrong with it, that Bella Bridesmaids was not at fault for any damages/misplaced orders. When I went to pick it up, the manager of the store approached me and told me to take a seat, and that she would be with me when she was finished with another group. I sat down and waited and another employee approached me, asking me what I came in for. I let her know, and she went to go retrieve my dress. However, the same manager from before came over, scolded her employee, and told her to go back to the other group she had been helping. Again, I sat back down and waited. Finally, the dress was retrieved, and I will say it was beautiful. What wasn't beautiful was the fact that I spent $325 on the dress and it came on a dry cleaner hanger and in a plastic bag. Really? $325 couldn't make you spring for a garment bag? When it was all said and done, the dress was huge on me, even in the chest area. I could have ordered a smaller size and saved my $25 for the alterations I will need on this "made to order" dress. Please note that they do not do any alterations at the shop, so you're basically just left with the dress, regardless if it fits. Absolutely do not recommend! I will only give 2 stars because I actually like the dress, regardless if it fits me or not. read more

Long story short, Freehold Bella Bridesmaid was a homerun experience and made my bridal party feel amazing. We ordered our dresses through them and I will always recommend anyone I know getting married in NJ to make an appointment! Read on if you have the time to learn why! My bridal party and I wanted to find a dress that was comfortable and cute for the whole group. My group of 5 girls all have very different body types. Our shopping trip started out very poorly as the girls constantly felt defeated and negative about their own bodies at the shops we had visited. I thought David's Bridal may be the solution as they advertise themselves as having a ton of inventory for every shape and style plus being a big huge chain I figured they'd have a large variety. I was so wrong they didn't even have dresses for each girl to sample, because they didn't have any of their sizes available on the floor. That was what broke us the most, the experience there was so negative that I was honestly hesitant to head to a boutique such as Freehold Bella Bridesmaid because I was afraid it would really hurt the girls to see more unrealistic body standards. But I was 1000000% wrong. The team at Freehold Bella Bridesmaid was the most incredible group of people I have ever met. Not only did they make each girl feel amazing, they were even able to find a dress that everyone loved and felt great in. They also had sample sizes that allowed each girl to try on a dress from XS-3XL. It honestly was the best feeling to see the girls try on dresses and have so much fun doing so. Kyle worked with our group for about an hour (maybe more) until we found the perfect dress (that was also in everyone's budget!). I am so happy we got to experience this together as a group. I was recommended by two other bridesmaids (from different weddings) to go to Freehold Bella Bridesmaid. It is now my #1 wedding recommendation, anyone I know who is getting married in NJ I tell them they should make an appointment and they will see and feel why this place is incredible. They literally offered to bring over an iPad instead of letting me look at the physical dresses standing 12 inches in front of me. If they didn't have the franchise name "Bella bridesmaids" this store would never make it.. I'd be surprised if they last another 2 years. I'm assuming daddy bought the "owner" her franchise because there's no other way this girl is business savvy. She was rude and rushed me out the door because (and I kid you not) she was "tired" after working "all day" (I'm pretty sure her boyfriend/husband waiting on the couch with a bottle of wine to go out for date night didn't hurt either...) SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm the same age as the owner - work MUCH longer days than 10-6 or 8-6 or whatever time she got there... that's called "the real world". I'm sorry if YOUR business interferes with your social life but don't take that out on me. If you can't handle running a business- tell daddy to hire a manager to take over your position. It's called customer service. Business 101. FYI- I've had employees from Macy's stay longer after closing just to help me and not only did they do it with compassion, they weren't a manager, didn't own the store nor worked for commission... They measured me and suggested I buy a Small I said no I'm always an XS and oddly enough the XS was so big on me! The experience I had at Bella Bridesmaids was honestly horrible. I came in with my friends to try on our bridesmaids dresses and choose one for our friends wedding. When I arrived none of the samples were of an appropriate size to try on. I was only able to zip one dress so what is the point of coming to try on if you only have samples in sizes 8,10, and a handful of 12's. One of the girls in our group couldn't even try on a single dress from the rack you supplied. We left feeling defeated and not liking the dresses we chose but had no other options. I was also told extra length would not be a charge but when they billed my credit card they charged me for extra length. The designer does not even charge for extra length directly from their website. The point of coming to a salon is to try on dresses and figure out sizes, not the experience we had. When my dress came it was shipped to store because they said they would check the dresses. When I got my dress it was damaged with pulls all over the middle layer and a zipper that only worked half the time. read more

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. Samira the owner, was afraid to confront the manufacturer (AMSALE) in fear losing them as a vendor instead of helping out a bridesmaid who received a poorly sewn used dress. I contacted Samira on behalf of the bridesmaid and she did not even want to speak with me. She probably thought she was better off taking advantage of a young adult who has less experience with these matters. First, they size the bridesmaid incorrectly. They made such a big deal of taking the dress back even though they were at fault. Second, dress comes in and has already been tailored by someone else. That's right, USED DRESS!! Long story short, they will not refund any portion of the dress and AMSALE will not honor the bridesmaid in any way. DISGUSTING!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

They stock a beautiful selection of dresses but unfortunately do not stock various sizes in each dress. The associates, location, and interior design are very nice. However, they urged my bridesmaids to all go up a size. Now EVERYONES dresses are HUGE! Its costing my girls an extra 80 to 100 dollars for alterations! How is this even possible? Its misfortunate that they are trained to measure in such a poor manner. I feel terrible for my girls and wished I could have been there to put my foot down against such terrible sizing advice. I'm so thankful for Samira and Kyle at Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold. Honestly, finding a bridesmaid's dress was a huge stress and the suggestions by Sam and Kyle were so helpful. They told me exactly what measurements to take, how to find the best dress, custom ordered what I needed, and then shipped it to me in Texas. I visited another store to try on the sample so I could find out which style I liked better, and I'm really glad I did that since I was doing everything long distance. Just something to think about . . . Worst bridesmaid dress ever! I had my measurements taken in the store. They advised me on a size to order even though I was in between measurements. Instead of telling me to order the larger size so the dress could be taken in, they told me to go with the size in the middle or else it would be too big. Came here for bridesmaid dresses twice. Had a fantastic time both times, with Kyle. She was our consultant and she helped me and my bridesmaids tremendously. Finding a bridesmaid dress is a special kind of hell, and this place made it as hard as humanly possible even after we did find "the one." Came here on a weekend with the other 5 girls in the wedding party and the bride in order to look at a few dresses. Shockingly, we found "the dress" within 20 minutes of the appointment, and were all set and ready to buy. Except that this place wants to do everything in it's power to kill any joy you might experience at finding a bridesmaids dress (which, lets be real, is usually already pretty limited already). Despite having a full 40 minutes left in this appointment, we were told that we would all have to come back on our own to one of the locations to get measured and order. I'm sorry, what? You have 40 minutes to measure 5 girls who are all ready to throw down this money, why would you make us all come back another day to do so? Not to mention, when I called to schedule, they didn't have any available time slots that weren't smack in the middle of my work day, which means I need to fake a doctors appointment in order to get back to this store and order the dress in time for it to arrive for the bride's wedding. Makes no goddamn sense. The two stars are because the dress is really beautiful and their selection goes beyond the basic ish that David's Bridal offers. You'll just have to work much, much harder for no reason in order to get it. read more

It is interesting to see that the majority of the reviews are negative for this particular bridesmaid boutique. I have not stepped foot inside but trying to work with one of the owners, Samira, to make an appointment two months away was enough to steer me away. Seeing the other reviews on here validates my thinking. There is a quite snooty policy in which a bride who lives three hours away cannot enter the store with one bridesmaid who lives near this location on a Saturday morning because of the reason of having gone to another Bella's Bridesmaid to look at some different dresses for another bridesmaid. It would be different if I had a dress in mind for all of my bridesmaids and the bridesmaid was just trying on that dress, but every single one is wearing a different dress in a different color. It is very clear in her emails that Samira is reserving these weekend mornings for large groups of wedding parties so she can gain revenue. Samira would not admit it but it came across in her emails. Revenue is understandable, but why not allow one bridesmaid to come in and try on some dresses as well? This is terrible business thinking and I would not recommend going to a store who does not try their hardest to accommodate all of their potential customers, whether it is 1 person or 10 people looking for a dress. I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere. read more

I honestly don't know how this place remains open. I didn't have a good experience period. We got there on time and waited about 15 min for our salesgirl to help us, and then rushes us to try on the dresses that were selected the day before by the bride. And told us that they have another party coming for there appointment. Very unprofessional!! And our party drove from NY and North Jersey for this? No thanks.. read more

Super annoying that the website says you can come without an appointment but that's only when it's convenient for them. I had my family from across the country come for the day and then they turned us around even when it was not crowded. Front desk lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all when there was time for us and totally could've helped. I purchased a bridesmaid dress here. After I tried on the sample in the boutique, the sales rep told me that there was a dress in another cut (from the same designer) that she thought would fit better in terms of size. I tried it on, and it fit perfectly, so I had her order that size for me. When I got my dress, it was HUGE. I went back to the boutique and tried on my dress - and the one that I used as the "sample" to order my size. That sample still fit perfectly and this one did not. We asked it perhaps it could have been mis-sized. We were told it was not. My measurements were taken again, and were actually larger - meaning that the dress would have been even bigger if I was at my ordering size. Perhaps the dress fit differently in the different cuts, but that was something your team should have been aware of - especially since I was told to try on another cut specifically for sizing purposes. At my appointment with the too-large dress, your team told me it would just be some minor alterations in the back and in the shoulders. It was that - plus alterations along both sides to make the dress fit like it should. Since your business doesn't do alterations, I had to take it elsewhere. Luckily, the seamstress there was able to make the dress fit like it was supposed to - but it was three appointments later that I was finally able to take the dress home with me. The dress was beautiful, but the stressful - and expensive - experience to ensure that it fit the way it was supposed to was not. Edited post: **I spoke with the owners after I left this review and they were very apologetic about my experience, and offered to cover part of the cost of the substantial alterations. It does not change my review of my doing business at their boutique, but I do appreciate the fact that they went through the process of trying to make up for the experience.** read more

Jill was so fantastic to work with. She had a ton of dresses ready for 5 of my bridesmaids to try on before we even got there. She coordinated our look perfectly, which was likely a challenge because there were 5 maids, me, and my mother, and all of them could pick their own dress in within a color palette. Jill made this seem super easy, and it was really fun! I don't know how she kept everything straight because even the girls trying on the dresses were confused about which ones were their favorites. Samira was also great to schedule with ahead of time. We had a wonderful experience! I almost did not go because of the sub-par ratings of other Bella Bridesmaids around the country, but the Freehold location is so, SO terrific! read more

I came back here for my sister's wedding for bridesmaid dresses in February. The store is now located upstairs and is a nice space. They have a good amount of dresses but unfortunately we were not allowed to look through the racks. This was not the case last time I came to Bella, it was very odd. We found maybe 2 styles that looked good on the 3 bridesmaids, including myself, but this was not till the person helping us was on the other side of the store and was trying to make us leave basically. We may have been there for 90 minutes, even if that. It was an odd experience, especially considering last time it was quite pleasant. read more

I don't know where to begin with Bella bridesmaids as a whole but I'll start with this location. I have 10 girls in need of bridesmaids dresses and the staff here shows nothing to reflect how much business I am giving them. They were rude to my future sister in laws, I believe the woman literally said, "can you guys hurry up I have somewhere to be" during their appointment. So rude. They also were aware of the color I am looking for them to wear and somehow did not mention that the designer that one of them wanted has a color that would have been perfect if we could have seen it in person or a search. Instead they showed two incorrect colors and said that was all they have. Only when we went online did we discover they in fact do have the color and now it's too late to see it in person! As a bride, I am so frustrated with everything this place has put me through. If your looking for convenience, look elsewhere! read more

Awful! Almost ruined my best friend's wedding day. The women in charge advised two of the bridesmaids to get the wrong sizes and then wouldn't allow for any type of exchange! They even advised myself to get a smaller size for the top part of my dress even though I had tried it on the day before and it was too small. We ended up having to all chip in to buy a new dress for one of the bridesmaids. Awful customer service not to mention the owners are rude and not accommodating. read more

Planning a wedding is by far the most stressful thing i have ever had to do, thank god Bella Bridesmaids made it SO easy to pick out the color and dresses for my bridal party. They were ready for all my crazy questions, my mini panic attacks, everything. Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold was great. I wanted five different dresses for my bridesmaids and flower girl and expected it to be a hectic experience trying to find five that matched and went well together. Instead it was a totally seamless process and I think we chose them all in about 30 minutes. When we arrived they already had dresses I had described on deck and ready to be tried on which really helped. Prices were right on par with what a bridesmaid dress should be, staff was professional, and store was immaculate. read more

Seriously the best! I wanted a mismatch bridemaid look, that I didn't think was (at all) possible--between having 9 girls all over the country and trying so hard to make everyone happy, KYLE AND SAMEERA ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Any other place put me to work, but the thing was I had no idea what I wanted--Kyle had dresses already pulled out for me and created a BEAUTIFUL pallet of mismatched dresses.  Thennnnnn they created the easiest, and most organized online link for my girls to go on and order the dresses WITH THEIR NAMES INCLUDED!! It was beyond helpful.  I have been to other Bella's (for other people's weddings) NO ONE was as great as Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold.  Thank you girls! read more
