Faren was so great! She was very accommodating to my schedule and worked with me to find a style that I liked. I tried on numerous dresses and she showed me any and every dress she thought I might like in the color I needed. As I was shopping for a low-key option for my own wedding, the options in ivory were "limited" as far as the bridal looking styles go. However, that did not stop her fro going above and beyond to show me styles she thought may work for me. I ended up finding a dress elsewhere but I am so grateful for Faren's help! She also followed up with me to see if I'd found anything and that was just so sweet! I definitely would recommend shopping here as she carries so many styles and accessories as well! I live in California and got married in Florida in March. I had to plan my entire wedding from across the country, including selecting a variety of bridesmaids dresses for my 9 bridesmaids. Faren, the owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout this entire process. We went from cocktail style dresses in the beginning to floor length gowns in the end and Faren made wonderful suggestions based off the inspiration photos I sent her. She even helped to guide me as I was going through the process and answered tons of questions for me. She also coordinated everyone's orders so that they were all ordered at the same time from the same dye lot, with plenty of time to receive the dresses and get them altered before the wedding. She was so helpful. I don't know how I would have stayed sane through this process without her help. Also, the dresses were gorgeous and our entire bridal party looked phenomenal! The owner was very nice and helpful. She was quick. She gave her opinion but was not pushy. She knows her stuff. For me the prices of the dresses are a little high and I was upset that they did not have all the selections for me to look at and try on that my friend (bride) choose from. I have a large bridal party (9 bridesmaids) and all with different style dresses. I live out of staye as does most of my bridal party. Faren was OUTSTANDING. SO helpful, SO supportive. Her assistant tried on all 9 dresses for me so that I could see how they looked before I committed. All of my friends and family have raved about how smooth the process was. The store had a good selection of top designers but the service was terrible. Although you pay $20 just to try on the dresses, they rush and you and make you feel bad if you select to many dresses. If you're paying $300 to $500 for a bridesmaid dress, I think you'd be allowed to try on as many as you want. Besides we paid $20 just to try on the dresses. Although we were quick, they made little snippy comments constantly. They say you get 30 minutes but they want you to finish in 20. It's not as posh as they think it is. The $20 is returned if you buy the dress from them. read more

My experience at Bella Bridesmaids was excellent! The owner and the other bridal consultant were very helpful, did not over power the appointment and picked out some lovely options for the Bridal party I am in! Also, I loved that they are appointment only- we had the store to ourselves; it was nice to have the consultant's undivided attention and we didn't feel rushed in the slightest. To say I'm picky is an understatement. I'm the most indecisive person you'll ever meet. On top of that, I wanted something unique that I hadn't seen a million times before. Thankfully, after researching literally every bridesmaid store/ bridal salon I could find, I came across Bella Bridesmaid. After spending HOURS trying on several different dresses, we chose the Amsale Sheridan in Fawn. It was gorgeous and worked for all of my girls. I can't tell you how many compliments we got on their dresses!! I'm beyond thankful for Faren and the ladies at the Bella Palm Beach store. They were so accommodating,and so willing to listen to all of my concerns and questions. Since all my girls lived in different cities, they were able to get measured where they lived and their dresses were ordered accordingly. My experience with Bella Bridesmaids has been spectacular so far. I have 4 bridesmaids that chose to get their dresses through Bella. They chose to come in at different times and this was ok and made easy because they made appointments. Faren, the owner, knows her dresses! She was kind, supportive, knowledgeable and really helped us figure out our bridesmaid's dresses for my sister's wedding. Was having some trouble getting one of my bridesmaids into Bella to try on some dresses after waiting a while for them to come in. I live in Las Vegas and am getting married in South Florida, therefor the store I was placing my orders with is in Las Vegas. I was home for about 2 weeks due to an emergency where my fiances father was in the hospital and passed away while I was there. I called the day we booked our flight to go home to make an appointment and they informed me they did not have any appointments that fit into our schedule. I then informed her that I already had a showroom on bellabridesmaid.com, with all of the dresses picked out and the one bridesmaid I was referring to needing an appointment, would only need to try on 2 dresses, that they had in their store, which we already knew the styles of and we did not need any of their assistance. I gave one of the employees my name and phone number, informed her of the situation, and asked her to please call me back if they got any cancellations. She was extremely rude and condescending the entire phone call. She never got back to me and I had to chase her down to get an answer. She said that they wouldn't have any appointments available until after I left and I would not be able to go in with her. I thoroughly explained that we did not need any assistance and we would just come in and try on the dresses on our own which she told us was not allowed. Ive never heard of a public store that you are "not allowed" to come in and look at the merchandise on your own. The owner informed me of the same information and was extremely hostile as well. A different employee called me back a few days later and informed me of a cancellation. When my bridesmaid and I went in, the one employees informed us after we went to get the dresses out since we knew the 2 we needed, we were not able to get the dresses ourselves. She got us the dresses, my bridesmaid tried them on, the two of us chose with no help from the Bella employee, and we left. Their help was not given, nor needed. I'm not quite sure why needed to deal with all this disgusting attitude for no reason at all. They're horrible at this Bella, DON'T GO THERE!!! read more

If I could give this store ten stars I would! I ordered 7 dresses for my bridesmaids four were of state three local. Everyone had a wonderful experience working with this store and the owner. Although there was a hiccup in the color, the owner assured me that they would resolve the issue and they did. I was even able to purchase extra fabric to make flower girl sashes as well. So happy that we made the choice to go with Bella Bridesmaids, they were able to keep this control freak and crazy bride happy and calm. read more

I had planned to have my bridesmaids order their dresses through Bella Bridesmaids, but I was so disappointed by the rude service I received from the owner that I will be ordering dresses from someone else. I went in the day after Thanksgiving to look at dresses. When I walked in, the owner basically gave me a look like "what are you doing in my store?" I explained that I didn't have an appointment, but that I was in the area and just wanted to look and see what they had. She explained in no uncertain terms that she is "by appointment only." Mind you, the store is in a very popular strip shopping center, complete with window displays and everything. If you don't want customers coming into your store if they don't have an appointment, then keep the door locked, or don't have a location in a shopping center! While I was there, another girl and her mom were also looking at dresses. She asked to try one on, and the owner told her that she couldn't because she didn't have an appointment. They explained that they were visiting from out of state, and couldn't come back for an appointment. Still the owner refused to let her try on a dress. She was generally rude and snotty. I will be having my bridesmaids order their dresses somewhere else! read more

I am so glad we chose to purchase our Bridesmaid dresses from Bella Bridesmaids! I had been communicating with the store owner, Faren, before the appointment as there was a specific dress I had seen online and was very interested in. She went out of her way to borrow the dress from another store to make sure it could be there for our appointment. After looking at color swatches I ended up loving another dress more, and Faren went out of her way to make sure we were getting the best value on the dress we chose by suggesting a very similar dress by a different designer at a much cheaper price. I would recommend this bridal boutique in a heartbeat !!! Made an appointment with Faren and the entire experience was amazing. The selection of dresses was outstanding. Not your typical David's bridesmaid dresses. Faren was VERY helpful and listened to what my maid of honor and I were looking for. I wanted something a little less formal (beach wedding) and something that would please every girl. She recommended the two birds universal dress.
