Adrianna was absolutely incredible! She listened to everything my best friend, the bride, wanted. She was patient. She was funny. She made everything look 10/10...no notes. She made everyone feel very comfortable and very welcoming. I appreciated that she was listening to the bride and what her personal preferences were. Most notable is that she was laughing with the bride when they were changing and really took time to comfort the bride. The brides opinion and comfort level mattered. We actually accidently passed the business on our first drive by then on our second pass we realized the White Magnolia sign was off-white lettering against the white painted wall - not a great marketing decision. Free parking in the rear of the shop. We were immediately greeted by a bridal gown expert who provided us with a private room for gown trials. Absolutely amazing experience here, my only regret is that I didn't just come here first! I had tried to other bridal places, one in NJ and one in Palm Beach County and couldn't find anything I liked at all. I was starting to feel disenchanted! I came in here by myself just to see what they had and was blown away at the customer service and beautiful selection of dresses for very reasonable prices. I picked a few out and surprise surprise - the first one I tried on was THE DRESS! They laughed because I tried on 5 more dresses and kept saying, I just love the first one. They do say, when you know you know. The sales team was not pushy at all, which was blissful. The other two places I checked out, the sales staff was pushy and not helpful once they realized they didn't carry a dress I was in love with. I made a second appt and then had to cancel because I wanted a gf to come with me. They didn't harass me or bug me at all (unlike another store I went to where I kept getting annoying texts from the sales woman!) Anyway, we finalized all the alterations and had such a wonderful time chatting about men, weddings, and all the things. All the ladies were incredible. When we checked out, I noted that the pricing they gave me was different from what I had seen on a tag, and they were more than happy to adjust it. DO NOT BUY A LITTLE WHITE DRESS FROM WHITE MAGNOLIA! It clearly says on their website that they accept returns within 7 days but they do not. Before I purchased a little white dress from this company I reached out to them to clarify I could return this dress if needed and they said I could return it back to Little White dress. The dress was too large so I needed to return it before the 7 day window was up... I emailed the White Magnolia twice asking about how I can start a return and they DID NOT get back to me within 7 days. I stopped by the store since I live nearby and they would not let me in to even discuss this with me. When I called from out front of the shop they told me someone was going to call me to discuss this and they did not... I went back and forth with a lady named Zoe and asked her to set up a phone call time to discuss this and she just kept emailing me just taking me nowhere. She told me that the 7 day return day is to return the dress to Little White Dress company.... I can't even figure out what company I actually bought this dress from... when you google LWD tonsss of bridal companies come up.. so where did this dress come from??? who knows! So l purchased a dress from them but they can't help you return it or even lead you in the right direction... That was almost a $700 wedding dress that I have to keep and can't afford... they really screwed me over. I visited white magnolia yesterday morning and had the most amazing experience with Madeline and Brianna!!! Was blown away with who they were as individuals and their professionalism. Madeline obviously is very good at her job. I felt like she saw me and knew me, reading in between the lines of what little I shared- she read me as a person and was able to select the most perfect dress for me. Was breathtaking. Recently, my best friend and I came in to try on dresses for her special day. While the staff was "friendly" their pre selected dresses based off of the questionnaire my friend had filled out, were awful & not at all a representation of her taste. Additionally, we were surprised that the dress displayed in the window was totally wrinkled- but soon realized, (whether the white magnolia knows this), the wrinkled fabric was an excellent preview for what we were about to experience. Cheap fabric- almost costume-like, resembling unwanted bed sheets, or table cloths- all stained with spray tan leftovers, wrinkled & clearly stepped on, and smelling of BO from the countless women who had tried them on. In one of the rooms, the young girl who worked there stepped on many of the dresses while she hung them up & chatted away. Her casual attitude & strange confidence came off as extremely annoying. The dresses only stood a fighting chance had the employee been able to recognize the value in each one and successfully sell them. We felt as though her "throwaway" delivery added to the low end vibe we already felt from each dress. We were genuinely surprised by the whole experience & actually could not wait to leave the appointment. I suppose we imagined a bridal shop being located in west palm, would have been more polished, experienced & charming- which this establishment lacks entirely. While their pricing is "affordable" I would not recommend making an appointment here, unless you want to wear a tacky prom dress for your special day or plan on being mistaken for going as a bride for halloween. read more

Such an organized, incredibly patient and experienced staff (not to mention a beautiful boutique). My experience with SIERRA was FANTASTIC! After a brief conversation, Sierra knew exactly what I was looking for. Shopping in general can be overwhelming. She helped me make some hard decisions when narrowing down styles and ultimately contributed to me finding THE ONE . My nerves were shot sis - such an emotional process. She has no idea how much I valued her efforts in that moment. My experience on the first visit went so well, I decided to go back to them and purchase accessories for my gown. The ordering experience was seamless and communication was very very clear. The professionalism (especially being in an industry where emotions are at an all-time high) is unparalleled. There was one little scheduling/pickup issue that's not even worth mentioning. As soon as they learned of a change in scheduling that potentially impacted me as an 'out-of-town bride', SIERRA and SUZANNE worked with me to make sure I received my dress just in time for my 1st fitting with my seamstress! Finding just the right dress for our special, but laid back day was one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning for me. I didn't want to spend a fortune and I didn't know how I was going to find something that made me feel elegant and beautiful without looking overdone or like I stepped out of a fairytale. After much searching, I found a couple manufacturers that I liked and made appointments at the local shops that carried them. The White Magnolia was my 2nd and final dress appointment. It was such a great experience!! The space is beautiful and romantic but totally clean modern. We had a huge room to ourselves but best of all was the help we received. Suzanne was amazing!! From the time spent before my appointment to learn more about us and our wedding to her careful curating of the dresses, to her patience and calm guidance and support - it was such an intimate, empowering, non-overwhelming experience. She even found my dress for me! I would never have selected the dress she asked me to try after several others but we all agreed that was the one! I'm excited to wear it next June for our wedding. They were brutal to the bride to be and also her mother. The dress that came in was nothing like the sample. Nothing was right The dress was too big & too long even after several alterations. They just said this is how it is & that she signed a contract where she had to keep the dress no matter what A bride should not have to go through this. She now hates the dress & has to wear it as the coat was $2,500 plus another $400 for alterations. On the happiest day she has to wear something she hates DO NOT GO THERE !!! They are mean & terrible My friend is crying & having nightmares because of this horrible place Hopefully, the word spreads & they will go out of business. No one should be treated this way. THEY DID NOT CARE ! It is appalling ! This shop of horrors don't even deserve a 1 star rating but had to put a star so this review could be posted !!! DONT GO THERE !!! read more

Madeline is absolutely amazing at what she does. I am from out of state and so I went in with no expectations of buying my dress that day. When I arrived there was a welcome sign with my name on it and then another personalized sign with my name and wedding date in my room, I immediately felt welcomed. This was my first time ever trying on dresses and I really just wanted to get an idea of what I was looking for. I was nervous going in not knowing what to expect but Madeline immediately made me feel comfortable. She is funny and completely lightens the mood and you really just feel like you're shopping with your friend. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and made sure to pull more dresses based on what I was telling her. She suggested a dress for me and when I tell you the whole room was in tears, I'm not lying. I fell head over heels and ended up buying my dress. I can't say enough about the white magnolia, Sierra has worked with me the entire way. I went with my family and bridesmaids and it was the most stressful 2 hours of my life (lots of opinions and too many) I remember at one of the last try ons she told me she could see in my face I didn't love this and to think about what I wanted. I never felt pressured to buy a dress there. I kept in contact with Suzanne (store manager) and Sierra via text message for most of my dress findings to see if they could get these pronovias dresses. Fast forward 3-4 weeks later they were able to find my dress and I booked a sizing a week later, they did not carry the dress so I went in to go and buy it. I walk in day of sizing and I can see both sierra and suzanne are stressed, they sat me down and told me my dress was discontinued. I didn't know what that meant or what would happen but I was nervous, they gave us bubbly and they were speaking with their rep. They put a dress 2 sizes bigger on hold and purchased it, I needed extra lace so they didn't know how that would happen since it was discontinued. Long story short, they purchase another dress and I paid for what I was supposed to for the extra lace, appliqué, and buttons. They have gone not only above and beyond and are also covering part of my alterations bc we had to order a larger size. I am so glad I went with my gut and went back to the white magnolia to purchase my dress. I can't wait to get my dress! If you aren't sure, just go in and try. My sister found her dream dress here and I couldn't be happier for her! It was amazing to experience and to be there for her on this special day! My review of 4-stars is based SOLELY off my sister finding a beautiful dress. TWM had some great options to choose from, plenty within her price range. We were assisted by the manager Suzanne who was very knowledgeable about the dresses and gave my sister plenty of options to choose from. For my OVERALL experience at TWM, I would give it 3-stars! This place lacked the hospitality that we were previously given at another bridal shop. TWM told my family and I not to touch their dresses and once we (I) purchased my sister's dress, we were given a sip (literally a sip) of champagne. We also wanted to pick out and purchase the vail right then but we were advised not too, which seemed very odd and rubbed me the wrong way. Instead, we were told to schedule an accessory appointment when the dress comes in, which we most likely won't be doing. Bottom line, my sister is extremely happy with her dress and that's what matters most to me. I just had higher expectations given some of the reviews I read before visiting the store. read more

TWM had the best and widest selection of gorgeous dresses of all the shops I visited. My stylist, Kaysha, was so sweet and helpful. I needed to take a little walk before making any decisions and they truly made me feel so comfortable and without any pressure. They even called in another stylist/store manager, Madeline, so I could come back a few hours later to make a final decision! Madeline also helped me make some pretty big customizations to my dress to make it my own/exactly what I wanted! Back in February during the peak of the pandemic I found a dress online that I liked and purchased it. I liked it when it arrived but did not love it. I fought with myself for 5 months. And then decided to book with The White Magnolia because they carried Maggie Sottero. I received a wonderful email having me create an account to favorite the dresses I liked. I was also told that since my wedding was 4 months away I may be limited to Samples and some specific designers. Well when I arrived I was taken to a beautiful room with my family, and then was asked to come along and shop with my amazing consultant Sierra.
