That being said, I came on a packed Sunday morning and quite a few of the machines were out of service, which made things difficult with the amount of people there. The space also feels pretty tight when it's this busy, and I didn't see anyone actively cleaning or keeping up with the facility despite the heavy traffic. One thing I did want to mention: one of the largest machines directly in front of the entrance had a very strong urine smell when I opened it. Obviously, I understand something like that could be completely outside of the laundromat's control and could have been caused by a customer, but I figured it was worth mentioning so management is aware and can hopefully have it checked and sanitized. I also understand Sunday morning is probably one of their busiest times, so I can give them some grace. If more of the machines were consistently working and there was a little more attention to cleaning during peak hours, this could easily be a 5-star spot.
