I've searched high and low for a new dry cleaners and finally I was referred to this place by my friend. I went there to get my dress clean . the dress was full of accessories and ruffles , so sensitive to deal with. I was really surprised how they worked and cleaned it in a very professional way . the service was super fast specially I went their late just before 2 days of my party. the staff are so kind and knowledgeable, they are always welcoming you with a smile. This place was extremely overpriced and I wish I had inquired about the prices before dropping off my dress but just assumed it was a run of the mill dry cleaners. I had a maxi dress cleaned. I dropped it off and came back for it on the date specified and it was not ready on that date. Not a huge deal, I understand businesses get busy. I returned a few days later to pick up the dress and was shocked at the cost to dry clean a dress. Their prices do not appear to be posted online or in their brochure so my guess is I am not the only one this has happened to. Lesson learned. read more

The business closes early so when I get off work and try to pick up my clothes they are closer. This has happened 3 times. If your hours are to at 6pm then you need to be open and customers expect that. I've tried calling to confirm they are open and to tell them I'll be there near close time and they never answer the phone either. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did this place make my clothers smell like dirty water, But instead of offering the fix the problem, this owner decides to call me a liar instead. Why would I lie about this? You made my clothes smell disgusting. This is a fact. This is a horrible business owner who cares more about being defensive instead of fixing a customer's problem! I use Green spot Express cleaners on a weekly basis. I cannot express the high quality of the service. The owners are the nicest people i know! they remember every detail and get my dry-cleaning before I even get to the counter. Every time I have put clothes through there, they have come back impeccably clean. They will even pick up and deliver laundry for free. So many times they have been able to get stains out when I thought the clothes were ruined.I try to support family businesses and this is definitely one. I have extremely mixed views on this dry cleaners. There have been a couple of incidents which left me extremely upset, however, they went to great lengths to try to rectify the situation. One time I went to pick up my dry cleaning during their normal business hours because I needed the clothes for the next day but their door was locked and lights were off. I waited about 15 minutes before I realized they must have left early for the day. I understand things come up, but they need to let their clients know when they are going to be closed. Otherwise, it can really mess up their schedule as it did to me. Another time I took a work dress in to be dry cleaned and it was $24! I've never been charged that much before anywhere else on this specific dress. It was my fault for not asking the price upfront but $24 was still extremely expensive. I asked the price on the dress I was leaving this same day and was told one price. When I went to pick up the dress I was charged more! The lady who I believe is the owner is amazing! She knows what's going on and even offered my last dry cleaning free since there had been so many misunderstandings. However, everyone else who works here seems to be really confused. I guess I'll just do my best to drop off and pick up clothing when the owner is present. The quality of their dry cleaning is exceptional and it really is conveniently close to Fashion Island. I'm still on the fence with this company. However, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because they did have amazing customer service and went to great lengths to fix their mistakes. read more

I was ultimately very disappointed in this dry cleaners. Their hours are terrible and not competitive, and they are often not open during posted business hours. I can think of 3 occasions the doors were locked during regular business hours and I had to come back again, hoping they would be there this time. Very nice staff but the prices are triple what I paid for the same amount of clothes at a cleaners in Irvine.

Was told my clothes would be ready by Tuesday evening as I had a flight next morning and needed to take my clothes with me. When I came by exactly on Tuesday evening they told me that my clothes were not ready and asked me if I could come back tomorrow. I said no, I have a flight in the morning so they told me I had to drive to fountain valley from Newport Beach to pick up my clothes. They did give me $15 discount. But the main concern is that ALL of my clothes smelled like dirty filthy underground water and they stretched out my cashmere sweater. Will never come back there again. read more

One of the good honest quality Green Earth dry-cleaners in Newport Beach. I have taken my clothes to both locations and the green earth cleaning service they provide is outstanding. My husband and I get our orders delivered occasionally and they are Always ready and willing to be utmost helpful. I have to say My clothes come out like brand new, especially with the fresh scent and beautiful hand press. We recently moved to Newport Beach and one of my favorite finds was Green Spot Express Cleaners. They pick-up and drop-off in a timely manner. The quality of work is great. Everyone I've spoken to have been friendly, professional, and courteous. I've brought in items to be tailored, which came out great. I went there because the reviews here were all so good. But the experience is more than disappointing. I bought six shirts for laundry on a Thursday morning and asked them how much and when I could pick them up. They told me I could come on Monday afternoon and the price is $1,95 each. I came on Tuesday afternoon and they said one of the shirts were not ready so that I had to drive all the way home and drop by on Thursday again to pick the one shirt up that took them a week to clean. And they charged me two shirts for 6,95$ each, instead of the agreed price of $1,95 each. The lady told me the two shirts were linen and they had to dry clean it, not normal cleaning. But my goodness, they did not tell me this in advance and I was too much in a hurry to argue with them. I might have left them two shirts out if I knew that prices would be triple each. At the end I just paid and went. I will never go to the shop again. read more

This dry cleaner nearly cost me my job. They forgot half of my garments the day before a very important business trip and refused to return them to me that night.
