After taking your dough ($399 and up) and reassuring you that they will place the order straight away...they begin emailing several days later with what amounts to bait and switch tactics to a corset with a higher profit margin. Telling you there will be a $150 up charge for what you've already ordered, suggesting the only thing within the same price range is something other than what you tried on and asking for additional measurements. They have you believe that they are a Vollers corset dealer when, in fact, they are just reselling from a shop in Beverly , MA. If you ask to see the fabric selection, expect to see small swatches on Roger's laptop screen. Don't expect to browse the shop merchandise and lingerie. Roger hovers over you and you get the distinct feeling that he believes you will steal something (after just having paid him four hundred dollars) I did not need to know that the items on display were from the owner's private collection...
