I paid for the liposuction, and it did absolutely nothing and when I kept making a fuse about my problem and they agreed to fix my dog ears next thing I know they mailed me a certified letter basically kicking me out the office. Yes, did I make a big fuse absolutely because I paid for things to get done right and how they treated my case was not medically proper nor did they care about what they did to me they just wanted more money instead of fixing the mistake that occurred during the original surgery. Be aware of this place they are all about money and do not look for the best interest of the patients. Also, I asked for my files and received them just for them to falsify documentation saying I was happy with my results when for day one I complained to the doctor, then Stephanie, and finally Louise just to be kicked out as a patient instead of them fixing the issue when I paid for services that they failed to fix. Best advice to not go here because they just want your money.

This is a corporation, they don't have time for you here. I went in, paying cash (their favorite kind of client) and not only was I not seen by a dermatologist, they didn't even tell me that Ms.Debroah Hrobak was NOT a dermatologist. She did a biopsy 2/13 and didn't give me any wound care instructions - which may leave me with a 1/4 inch mark on my face. Another friend had something removed on her jaw by Debroah Hrobak (2/13) and they didn't get wound care instructions either. NOT OK. Then to show you how disorganized they are, I paid in full...and two weeks later I get a bill for the same amount I'd already paid. Turns out that despite the conversation I had with the front desk receptionist, where she insisted my total included all lab fees...that my total did NOT include lab fees so I had to pay another $180. When I call they will only talk to me IF I give them my DOB. I work in a very small environment and I don't want all my coworkers to know my DOB. Age is not a good thing in my industry. The fact you can't just give last 4 of social or some code ..is poor business practise, esp. for a dermatology office. IF YOU HAVE HAD BAD CARE HERE SEND A NOTE TO Dr. PAULA NELSON. Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.
