I have been at several dental care facilities and as a child I would always love going to the dentist. Within the last 3 years I ended up growing a fear from the dentist because of terrible experiences with 3 different dental offices that heavily ripped up my gums while doing cleanings and didn't even clean my teeth. Also facing facilities that would try to rip you off when you had insurance to cover care. When I went to this office on the other hand they were straight forward and told me my insurance would cover and I told them about my bad experiences. They reassured me that they would do the work properly and would frequently check if I was ok during the process. They did exactly that. My teeth were so clean after the cleaning, I'm so satisfied. I even built up the courage to go get my 3 cavities filled with them and it was painless and came out amazing! Absolutely recommend because not only do they do the work properly, they make you feel comfortable. I am so thrilled I finally found an establishment that does an amazing job and builds a form of trust with you. I recommend a million percent that you will have a great experience and you should put your trust with this dental office. read more

Made future appointments for the rest of the procedures (cavity fill & extraction) so it's not too stressful on my already sensitive teeth/gums. One of the best dentists and dental offices i've been to in a long time. Over the years i've been to so many dentists that try to rip you off, do a lousy job of removing your cavities so you come back & pay again, etc. Not here! Bella and her assistants are all so nice and welcoming. I've been coming here for 8 months now. She always does a great job. Just got my 6th cavity removed (caused by a bad filling from another dentist + my addiction to candy haha). The process is always painless here. Coming back to get my bi-annual cleanup done and afterwards tooth whitening. If you're in the area and looking for a great dentist and staff, i can't recommend this place enough! Update: finally came back for a cleaning thats 5 months overdue. Bella & her assistant did a checkup on my teeth via X-ray and to my luck there no cavities! Did the cleaning and noticed my teeth/gums were a little more sensitive so Bella recommended me a preventative toothpaste that helps with that. Excited to try it out. This establishment is in violation of the COVID-19 face-covering order in Glendale. I made a first-time appointment for a teeth cleaning. When I walked in, the receptionist did not have her mask on. She put it on as I approached--which was a violation, but I figured that was excusable. After I sat down, she pulled her mask down under her chin and that's where it stayed. I tried to maintain 6 ft of distance, but I still had to repeatedly approach the counter to hand her my paperwork and she did not put her mask back up during that time. Then, Dr. Mnatsakanyan herself came out to greet me. She was not wearing a mask at all. She went back into the office for a few minutes and returned to speak to the receptionist--still, no mask in sight. Then, dental hygienist came out to speak to the receptionist. She was wearing a face shield, but her mask was hanging below her nose--which violates the standard of face coverings. After witnessing all of this, I told the receptionist I was not comfortable having my teeth cleaned at the establishment due to the lack of masks. She responded that it was around lunchtime and "maybe people just finished eating." That's not a valid excuse, and I left. After I returned to my car Dr. Mnatsakanyan phoned me and apologized for "the misunderstanding." She said that she has to sanitize her face between clients and that the sanitizing solution has to dry for 10 minutes. Even if this is true--she should not be around patients when her mask is off. She tried to tell me that the receptionist had her mask on the entire time, which was false. When I pointed this out, she protested that at least we were 6 ft apart--which we were not when I had to hand over the paperwork and which is still a violation of the COVID mandate. At that point I ended the call, as continuing the conversation would not have changed what transpired. Despite her claim of 6 ft being a valid excuse, Dr. Mnatsakanyan and her employees fail to adhere to the guideline that-- "To prevent the spread of COVID-19, individuals in Glendale must wear a Face Covering when outside their household, living unit, or other place they reside at all times [......] except indoors, provided that (i) there is at least six feet of space and (ii) Others are not likely to be in the same space for a few days." Obviously at a dentist's office people are going in and out of the same space every hour or more. I was disappointed that a health professional would be exhibit such blatant disregard for public safety. read more
