I was originally under the care of Dr. Clarisse Atakhanian, who recommended me to Dr. Edwin Babadjanian because I had a significant numbing issue and couldn't tolerate pain in a standard situation. From the moment I entered Dr. Edwin's office, the staff was incredibly sweet and attentive. Three nurses stood out, Ripsime, Aida, and Liana.. who were all so helpful. They even brought me a coffee when they noticed I was sleepy, which was such a kind gesture. Dr. Edwin came in and carefully assessed my numbing issue. He was very patient, injecting me twice initially, then checking if I was numb. When I wasn't, he graciously took his time, numbing me several more times. When I flinched during a test, he was so kind and immediately switched to a smaller needle to go deeper with my numbing. He explained I had deep roots and went deeper into the area with the numbing agent. I kid you not I got numbed a good 8-9 times, the numbing issue was crazy...After that, I felt absolutely nothing. He completed my root canal in about 15 minutes, and that's kind of really fast for a root canal, skilled care really. The waiting room and back was full when I came in, and for good reason. Hes highly skilled. They also did a CT scan of my teeth and took follow-up X-rays. Everything was sent back to my regular dentist for my crown. After the visit, I called my dentist, and they scheduled me in for the crown fitting in two weeks. All in all, this was a 5 out of 5 experience. Dr. Edwin is highly skilled, patient, and kind. The entire team made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I can't recommend them enough! read more

I am so happy I came to this dentist. The place is beautiful. The staff is great and welcoming with great big smiles. Liana explained everything I needed to know. She was patient and answered all my questions. The doctor Edwin was quick and by the look of one x-ray exactly knew what was wrong. This was the third doctor I went to for the same issue and he resolved it in less than 30 minutes. I went in with very minor pain, but after a re-root canal and a second procedure, my pain became much worse and caused severe headaches.The treatment was unfortunately misdiagnosed, and I was charged twice for procedures that did not work. I had to see an outside specialist who confirmed the tooth cannot be saved and must now be completely removed. The front desk was very focused on taking upfront payments, and when I tried to follow up about my ongoing pain, communication was cut off. I spent a lot of money and suffered for months with no relief. I recommend looking for a different provider. read more

I scheduled a consultation and received a "reminder call" the day before the appointment. During that call, I let them know I needed to cancel. That's when I was told there would be a cancellation fee because it wasn't done 24 hours in advance. This was honestly shocking, because I was never informed of a 24-hour cancellation policy when I made the appointment. If there is a strict policy like that, it should be clearly communicated at the time of booking ,not for the first time when a patient calls to cancel. What made it even more frustrating was being told that it's "not their job" to remind patients about appointments. That left me very confused... if reminder calls aren't their job, why are they calling to remind patients at all? The reminder call was my first actual notice about the appointment timing, and I canceled as soon as I received it. If the 24-hour cancellation policy is so strict, reminder calls should be made before that 24-hour window -- not inside it. I completely understand offices needing policies to protect their time, but clear communication matters just as much. Being charged under these circumstances feels unfair and easily avoidable with better upfront communication. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this office. read more

Absolute nightmare. I paid $950 cash upfront. This office barely seems to have any patients, so when someone walks in, they treat you like a quick payday. Dr. Babadjanian has a total lack of communication. He doesn't explain anything--you have to keep constantly asking him questions, and you still leave not even understanding what he did to you. Instead of diagnosing the real issue, which was my crown, and sending me back to my dentist, he performed an unnecessary gum surgery just to get my money. The surgery completely failed and made my headaches and pain way worse. I had to see a neurologist and two other endodontists to find out the truth. The front desk lady is just as bad and only sees you as a dollar sign. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I trusted Dr. Edwin Babadjanian with a root canal, and it turned into one of the worst dental experiences I've had. The procedure was done poorly, the pain only got worse, and I ultimately had to get the tooth extracted because of the failed work. Something that should've been resolved ended up costing me more time, money, and stress. What made it even more frustrating was how my concerns were handled -- I didn't feel listened to or taken seriously when I came back for help. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. This is one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had, and I feel obligated to warn others. I was referred to this doctor from another clinic, trusting that I was coming to a professional. Instead, due to gross negligence and medical errors, a healthy tooth was unnecessarily destroyed. After the treatment performed by this doctor, my condition dramatically worsened. I ended up in the emergency room, where doctors had to urgently change antibiotics and stabilize my condition. This was no longer just dental pain -- doctors were trying to prevent a serious systemic complication. Instead of helping me, his actions made my condition significantly worse and put my health at risk. Despite all this, the doctor refuses to acknowledge the inflammation, denies obvious findings, and behaves in an extremely aggressive and hostile manner. He raises his voice, shouts, and intimidates patients instead of acting like a medical professional. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Because of his actions, I now require additional dental treatment, further procedures, and continued medical care to fix the damage that was done. He refuses to admit fault and refuses to even properly review imaging that clearly shows inflammation. I have filed an official complaint with the Dental Board so that patients are protected from doctors like this. People who behave this way and make such serious mistakes should not be allowed to practice dentistry. The clinic staff also behave loudly, rudely, and disrespectfully, creating a stressful and unsafe environment instead of one where patients should feel care and trust. I strongly do NOT recommend this doctor or this dental office to anyone. Please protect yourself and think very carefully before trusting them with your health. read more

I had a good and overall positive experience with this dentist and his staff. I had a very problematic and painful issue with two teeth that were previously treated with root canals. They required a retreat. Dr. Babajanian diagnosed the problem quickly and fought hard to save one of the teeth, which he managed to do.
