So disappointed... wanted to celebrate a milestone with my sister and mother, so we decided on nails. When we walked in, we were asked if we could wait 15 minutes, sure no problem. We got seated after 15 minutes but were left soaking for at least an hour (two cycles of 30 mins of very aggressive chair massage!). My sister's pedi and mani were lovely, but when my turn came after the hour of vibration, she wouldn't cut my nails short. Other folks may like French pedicures, but that's not my thing -- and clearly other folks in the salon will cut nails. Mom still hadn't gotten any attention. Rather than go home and ruin the pedicure with nail cutting after the fact, I asked her to stop. No attention for Mom this whole time. We left with just one of us done. The owner replied quickly and had me down at my desired time. When I arrived I was excited to see the nail salon stood out from the cookie cutter salons in town. Large selection of colors and variety of pedicures and manicures. Got a pedicure and the massage chair was heavenly. My manicure and dip set is perfect. I went in asking for a filling on my nails and the lady immediately said that my acrylics were crooked, which at first I appreciate it and then I realize that she convinced me to get a very pricey set of acrylics without my knowledge. I asked her for no acrylics, but instead she gave me another form of acrylics with ended up being more expensive, and at the end I thought she did pretty good, but she had cut me twice with her nail filer, which made me end up bleeding by the end of the appointment and by the end of it one of my nails was crooked because she placed them wrong. read more

Came yesterday afternoon for simple basic $10 coat. Noticed during walk-in everyone was offered a drink from the bar but not me. When i got to my nail tech, I pointed out something I did not like about one of the coats she painted on my finger, she told me the issue was my fault not her painting. Later when she finished painting my nails, I asked her to help me carry my bag to the fan so I would not smudge the fresh set, she told me to carry the bag myself. When I asked why I was not offered a drink like everyone else upon arrival, she tells me the lady at the front desk should have offered me one. When I was finally done at this god-forsaken salon, and went to the front desk to pay, I ask the front desk lady why I was not offered a drink like she did to everyone else, she tells me I should have asked, theyre busy. This salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. They were able to accommodate a last minute reservation for me, my mom, and my Maid of Honor before my wedding. We went on Tuesday to get our nails done and unfortunately I had to go to the salon Friday morning, just hours before my wedding, to get two nails repaired. By Monday I had 5 more nails that needed to be fixed. I was very happy with how my nails looked and the staff was very nice about fixing them but it's disappointing the dip manicure didn't hold up better. read more

I wanted to try out a new nail salon in denton and this was rated really high, so i thought i would give it a shot. I called in 3 days before i wanted to get my nails and toes (painted) done to make an appointment at 1pm. i got there at 12:55 and ended up waiting till 1:30 to get seated. My nail lady did good on my nails so no complaints there. She told me the price before we started since she said the design and shape were going to be extra. I was fine with spending $63 on french tip coffin shape but i ended up getting a square shape for the price of coffin. Then i had to wait another 15 min to get seated for my toes. All i wanted was a coat of white, no pedicure, just paint. the lady gave me a ticket and they charged me $23 for "paint and shape". they charged me 13 for the paint and 10 for the shape. if it would've known how much it was i would've done it myself. So when i went up to pay i let them know that they should've let customers know how much their charging before i see i have to pay $86. The lady understood my confusion and took off the $10 for the "shape" so my total was $76. i ended up tipping $2 even though i was upset with the time i wasted and the people that was working with me. now that's not all. i checked my bank statement and they took that $2 tip and turned it into a $20 tip. they charged me $96. i will not be returning and my friends who go here will also not be returning. read more

She didn't even get sides very well so they're all lumpy and full of leftover dip. They could've done a much better job. read more

I would never write a review with just one good or bad experience. I like to give a place an overall review based on multiple times of patronizing them. Every time Ive been to this salon which makes four times now, Ive decided I will not return. The first three times were average with nothing to get over excited about. My fourth and final visit determined I would not go this salon again. I had an extremely bad experience. I wasn't too thrilled about her doing my leg massage AFTER she painted my toenails. That meant my feet got nothing. She cut me twice while trimming my cuticles. The second time, she thought a growth on my finger was part of my cuticle and she cut it off. It hurt badly. Then it bled and bled and bled. I ended up getting blood on my white pants. She applied the nail polish so thickly, it wouldn't dry. Eventually, I had her take the polish off so I could paint them myself ay home. The manager was called and said I would not be responsible for the charges today. read more

I have seen plenty of nail places in Denton and Dallas and this one is nice! The techs seem great and everyone is nice. I will say this, they charge so much for every service. You pay $20 , on top of a $30, so $50 for a fill, just so they can apply gel to your nails. It's way overpriced. Oh and not to mention they will serve you not one but two alcoholic drinks, I'm sorry but don't these people realize their clients are driving. People will drink what's given to them, especially if it's free! read more

Customer service here was horrible. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that it was confirmed. I showed up 10 minutes late and was told I now had to be seen at a later time. So basically my appointment that I made when I previously called didn't matter because even if I was late if I made an appointment with someone specifically they would have still been able to see me during my appointment time that was scheduled. I went here recently and was so disappointed in the service. Never was i offered anything to drink and the nails I got were terrible. All i wasn't was a basic french tip and each finger looked different from the other. when i asked if she could clean up the lines a little bit she told me that's how it was supposed to look. On top of that 3 of my nails broke the first day I got them done. Literally doing stuff like making my bed, folding my laundry, i mean doing things that should not cause a nail to just fall off. I had to take them all off because my job does not allow chipped or broken nails. Just a complete waste of money for me. Horrible. And to top it all off I spent 75 dollars on them. Ignored request for drink not sure if it was because i am young but served several others before me and then when i asked again rudely said "i was busy" as he was not.
