I got my nails done and one day later, I somehow broke three and she fixed them with no appointment and no charge! She is so kind and does a fantastic job. Love this place. I can usually get a same day or next day appointment and they always do a fantastic job on my mani/pedi. Pricing is totally reasonable and the salon is very clean and nicely appointed. It's a huge plus that they have plenty of parking and are located right next to a fantastic brewery. read more

I'm kind of particular about how people treat people in businesses. We came here for dip powder manicures for my daughter's civil wedding ceremony. (Our favorite salon does not do dip.) Bella's is extremely clean and has established COVID-19 protocols that they follow closely. (Some businesses seem to go through the motions but don't seem to be be taking the global pandemic and death rate very seriously.) I got a regular manicure with polish and my daughters both got the dip. (Or is it: they got dips?) The employees were experts. They were professional, kind and engaging. Everything was clean, no pain during or after. (You know how sometimes your cuticles get cut too short? That did not happen.) The manicures were perfect. read more

I was overcharged for my selected service. I had enjoyed my visit otherwise, but tacking on $15 to an already "want-not-need" sort of service was extremely upsetting to notice afterwards. My friend basically got abandoned by her technician for another customer, left still wearing the separators between her toes. Came back later with no explanation, very disappointing. The quality of our nails turned out decent enough, but I feel cheated and will not be a returning customer. I have attempted to speak with someone but I have not gotten a reply. read more

Excellent experience! Maybe I've just had bad experiences it and didn't realize how bad, but I usually leave a salon with cuts around my nails where the tech was careless and kept filing. Not Cindy! She was amazing, kind, and actually saved me money! I had a broken nail and assumed I'd probably had to get a tip put on for my dip to look good, but she fixed it and you'd never know. I needed to get nails done for my wedding and the last place I went to did such a bad job I was really skeptical about trying a new place for such a big occasion. I really liked the reviews that I had read about this place so I thought why not give it a shot. I was able to reach out and schedule appointment all through Yelp which made it super convenient for me. The lady did such a great job. I got a pedicure, the botanical pedicure to be exact, a dip set and I got my eyebrows done. Having never gotten a dip set or coffin shaped nails before I wasn't sure what the process was but I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Everybody there was super polite, it was very very clean, I am so unbelievably happy with both my nails and my toes. A mediocre manicure and pedicure at best, and maybe one of the worst I've had. I liked this place the first time I went so I came back after getting a text about 15% off of all services. I don't know if the gentleman who did my nails today was new or not, but my nails are not straight, and both toes and fingernails were barely filed. I came home and tried to even them out myself. I showed my text for 15% off at checkout and they said "oh yeah 15% off pedicure". My text CLEARLY SAYS all services (see photo). I could have argued this, but at this point I just wanted to leave because I felt like I'd already wasted an hour of my time here. To top things off, the man slathered lotion on my hands, including my engagement ring, before asking if I'd like to take it off before the "hand massage". If you go, ask for the younger girl. I found Bella Nails on my maps locator for local nail salons. I went to my usual spot and they were over booked with an hour wait time even with an appointment. To be honest I've been getting tired of their rush job on my gel rebase so they can hurry up for the next customer on their rush job. So I found Bella's literally across the intersection. I came in as a walk in and welcomed by smiles. They had a chair for me and I picked out my colors with quality gel polish. The nail tech was very gentle, paid attention to detail shaping and cutting down my nails. I always end up having my cuticles sliced or nipped when they use the drill at the other place...here perfection! Very refreshing having my nails done without the stingy goup put on to stop the bleeding. Price is pretty spot on for the quality, products and service you receive. Not the best pedicure I've ever gotten. My friend and I met up for pedicures and we definitely won't be going back to this place. My feet were worse when I left! Sure, she scrubbed my calluses but my feet were rough and scratchy when she was done. Not the usual smooth and soft that I've gotten with every other pedicure I've ever had. She also didn't paint the entire nail on most of my toes. Very patchy and missing paint by the sides of the nail by the toes. She was very friendly and nice but I'm glad I opted for the basic pedicure. I can't imagine paying more than $30 for quality I could've easily gotten by myself at home. read more

Probably won't be back. I called a little before 1 and asked if they had room for a full set. I was told to come right in and I could get them done right away. I told the lady I would be there at 1:15. I signed in at 1:12. I waited about 50 minutes as gel manicure went before me (apparently not everyone is certified to do everything?? ) and a 1:30 appointment went before me. Don't tell me I can be seen right away and then make me voice this when I am getting annoyed. Lame. My nails we're do e quickly and the guy was gentle which was nice. The nails look pretty good although a few are a little fat and one chipped within 8 hours and I am not too hard on my shorter length nails. Such great hype and so many recommendations. I don't think I'll be coming back unfortunately. The last pedicure I got chipped within a couple days. And then this most recent visit I got a dip manicure and the color was completely wrong. Technically it was the number I picked but it looked totally different than what was shown in the book. When I mentioned that this wasn't the right color, the tech just said "well it's the one you picked." And when I put my nail next to the one in the book and we could both clearly see it was the wrong color, she again said "you picked it!" And didn't offer any sort of apology or discount. Now I'm stuck with this color and had to pay for something I don't even like. You guys should update your books and/or labeling because there was clearly a disconnect and that's disappointing. The tech also said that the book sometimes looks different than what comes out and to wait a couple days. How is that acceptable? I shouldn't have to guess what color I'm picking will turn out to look like in a few days. read more

The people were nice and her technician Cindy was kind, but I am not sure she was experienced in doing dip nails. They came out lumpy, quite thick, and the french design was not done with precision. I had an awesome experience then, However, I returned to get them rebased (I ended up having to get an entirely new set) and Tina was booked so I got passed off to another woman.
