I have been coming to this salon for the last 7 months and have always had a great experience! I had just moved to Colorado and went to two other places in the area (and had terrible experiences) before finding the nail lounge. I was able to request Chloe after looking at their social media to see their technician's work and felt that her work was well done and I've been with her ever since! She's always willing to try the ideas I come in with and her and An have been great about trying to find the perfect colors to match my vision! The staff or the person handling my nails was extremely rude. I needed a rebase. The drilling was burning most of my nails. Instead of turning down the speed she blamed it on the last place that did my nails. I paid $85 for torture?? End result looks good .. but I will never go back. In response to my original review, the manager asked to contact her directly to see how they could fix it. She fit me in the next day's schedule and gave me a new pedicure at no charge. We both agreed that it was an isolated incident, and some steps must have skipped in the original pedicure to cause the nail polish to slide off when submerged into water for an extended period of time. The Nail Lounge is an incredible nail salon, and this hasn't deterred me from continuing to come there. In fact, this has prompted me to become a more loyal customer, seeing how seriously they treated my original review and worked so hard to fix it. read more

Made appointment tonight for a pedicure and wasn't asked by receptionist or tech what kind well they ended up doing a deluxe which is 70.00. Then for some reason was charged a service fee for 4.00. They just charging me for whatever they want. I got a 5% discount for paying cash but wasn't even worth it because of the additional fees that they were adding. Will not be going back. read more

I've always liked coming here. After all "best nail salon in Erie". I rarely write negative reviews. But for a nail salon that prides itself on their reservation system. They send an e-mail and a text to remind you to be on time! This salon is awful. This is my second and last experience making a reservation (even CHANGING IT to accommodate them) and sitting for nearly an hour. This time I walked out. So if you are in the neighborhood - and have a few hours to get a pedicure - they're great. Otherwise....pass them by....Lots of alternatives around. read more

The first time I came here, I'm not sure of the girls name who did my nails. I will say, she took her time and really tried to do a good job. She did cut me in two different places, which is not her fault, but it did hurt pretty bad. Today was my second time going there, I went to the owner, and I specifically asked for a square nails that were not tapered. My nails are all different shapes, they are crooked and they really do not look good at all. It's so uncomfortable to say that you're not happy while you're there, but I would hate for someone else to have the same experience. I know that coffin and tapered nails or what is "in" right now, but that is not what I like. All of my nails have weird rounded edges and are slanted. I was loving Nail Lounge until my last visit. I made an appointment with Chloe upon a recommendation from a friend. I can't be sure that is who did my nails as I never saw a name once I got there and I am not certain who Chloe is. My appt was for nails and eyebrow tint. I specifically asked for them to be as thin as possible and they are really thick, they also looked so bad I had to cover them with gel polish. Then the worst part...I have light blond hair, she made my eyebrows gigantic and black. She covered a huge area with black dye and could not get it off my skin, I looked like a cartoon character. I have gotten my eyebrows tinted for years since they are almost white and have never looked like that! I spent so much money at the appointment as well as trying to get the dye off my face and brows and even rubbed my skin off until it was raw in spots. I had a work function out of state and could not go like this! When I asked her to fix them she said there was nothing she could do and proceeded to ask me if I had a few days off work to let them fade!! I left looking like a clown with bad nails. This is my favorite nail salon! Everything is SPOTLESS, which makes me feel very confident that I will not end up with an infection or something worse! They have tons of polish and gel choices. The massage pedicure chairs are wonderful. Be sure to ask for the Hempz lotion when you go....It is dreamy! My nails always look great and the prices are reasonable. I am so upset! I made an appointment to get a pedicure and I went in for my appointment and they were too busy to do it!! There were three nail techs and they were occupied doing manicures. They were going to have their receptionist do my toes!! A girl I have never seen before and I had an appointment with a lady I have had before. I said I could wait a little bit and then one of the nail techs said can you come back tomorrow. I said I made an appointment for today! Sorry we can't today. As I was walking out they said they were sorry. Sorry?!? Really!?! There is a reason I made an appointment. And they didn't honor that. Really disappointing girls day. My daughter and I called and made appointments for one mani and one pedi. I feel obligated to share with you how this place is set up because when you get there you will just get dirty looks and stare downs instead of customer service. Common decency would be to ask if we have been here before. If your customers look lost or confused by your layout or maybe they are brand new to your type of establishment (not the case here) you may want to say hello and how can I help. Instead of a greeting, we were told sign in. Dirty looks and glares before we were told to pick our polish, not even a head nod on where they are located (back by the pedi chairs and restroom on the wall).Most places have seats by the door indicating a "lobby". This place has a weird room with a pedicure chair behind a curtain. For those brave to try this place please note you need to walk past the nail techs behind the weird curtain room to find two office chairs. Instead of someone kindly showing us the office chairs I was told to go sit. I had to ask where I was supposed to sit and with a dirty look I was pointed to the chairs. Ok, no biggie so she wants to show me I am an idiot, trying to be the bigger person. 15 mins later we are told chair 2. Chair 2 for the pedi? The mani? Which one of us and where is chair 2? Dirty look and a finger point and I am off to chair 2. Excited to see they have a massage chair, put the arm down and immediately regret touching it. Blobs of dried stuck on gunk all over the armrest. Gross. Pushed massage button with knuckle, took a deep breath and crossed my arms to not touch the chair. At least they had food network on mute so still trying to make the best of it. Lady next to me chair 3 says the water is cold and her tech said nothing. Wow. Great customer service. 25 minutes later and I have my cold feet in a dry bowl and no one even has acknowledged me, and the blobs on the arm are making me wonder if the bowl my feet have been sitting in is even clean. Nope can't do it. I cannot be treated this horrible and have a dirty nail place, nor do I have hours to wait until someone might help me. No one even looked in my direction since I sat here. I put my socks on, gather my things and go to tell my daughter I will be in the car. Dirty looks from the nail tech again. I overheard her say she is going somewhere for a new adventure", I would say you may want to let her start said adventure tomorrow. No one even cared I was leaving, not one word was said. No one even asked if everything was ok. For the positive note my daughter mani tech was really nice she said. She was engaging and kind. My daughter just had her finish removing her old nails and met me in the car. Two other pedis scheduled left as well. We won't be back. read more

The lady who did my nails did a good job besides cutting me a bit on my thumb but the thing is when I got my toes done Chloe (the co-owner) started filling up the water (and giving me super dirty looks) and totally walked away with the water on and it started over flowing and I had to stand up and panic trying to turn the water off. It was like all the girls in there didn't want/know how to do their job, had terrible communication and it took 3 people to check us out. Whole experience was uncomfortable even though I was in a great mood when I walked in. Never coming here again and don't recommend. read more

I usually have a really good experience at the nail lounge, but today was different. My nails look great, this isn't a review about the quality of work, but more about customer service. The lady that did my nails seemed like she would rather be doing anything other than my nails. She rushed through, taking a few breaks to go to the back. I understand if you need to run to the restroom, or get a drink of water, but she seemed very distracted. She got polish on my finger and didn't even bother to clean it off. When she was finished she didn't put lotion or any cuticle oil on my nails after my rebase. I usually enjoy this moment of pampering for myself every few weeks but today felt like a waste of that. Again, my nails look good, but customer service is really important to me and today was very lackluster. read more

I'm not a big nail salon person, so I don't have much of a basis for comparison. That said, I really like this place. The women that work there are all very friendly. They have a huge selection of OPI, LOTS of pedicure stations and four or five manicure tables. They offer a full set of pink and white (or colored French tips) for $40, acrylics, shellac, and Gelish. It's clean and nicely decorated in dark reds. Be forewarned though- if you want your nails done on a Friday or Saturday, call ahead and make an appointment, because walk-ins have a HUGE wait on those days, even when there's a tech at every station. read more

They open a new package of supplies every time they give me a manicure or a pedicure. Now I know the ladies who work here and I love that they know me and even know my colors. They always have the new colors that come out for each season. They also offer a variety of waxing as well. Love this nail salon! I've been to a few in Colorado and for the price it is a really nice salon. I can get a regular manicure for $14! The girls are very friendly and do a great job. They offer acrylic, gel, solar, colored and shellac nails. French tips are $5 extra. There are varying levels of spa manicures and pedicures and also waxing. It's pretty affordable and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back! read more

I called at 5:29pm while I was sitting in the parking lot to make sure they were able to take me for a mani and pedi. I was told 15 minutes, so I went in to pick out my color. 40 minutes later they finally sit me down to take my polish off my fingers. When my manicure was finished she ushered me up front to pay.... I didn't get my pedicure. If I would have known that it was going to actually take that long to be seen the. I would have had them do the pedicure first, that being the main reason I wanted to come in in the first place. My nails look good at least. ‍ all in all, I'm dissatisfied with my experience just because of the timing and not getting what I called in and asked for. At any point it could have been mentioned that they actually did not have time for me. It's unfortunate, but because of this I most likely will not be back. read more

I went here twice and , unfortunately will not be back. The first time I went I got a pedicure and shellac nails. The water for the pedicure was cold. The chairs are not very comfortable, at least for me. The pedicure itself was okay. They forgot I was also getting my nails done even though I made an appointment and they ended up scrambling to find someone to do my nails. It looked good but they peeled off after just one week. The send time I made an appointment for two. Instead, they gave us one person and did our pedis one after the other. The water was cold again. The lady next to us almost got burned and asked for the water to be turned down. So I know the water does get warm. It was just not an enjoyable or relaxing experience. I walked in was lucky enough to get Cathy to do my nails. She did a great job! She corrected the bad nail job done at another salon.
