I was able to get a last minute appointment for a fill and got seated right away. The lady who did my nails did a good job and was very kind to waive the $3 fee for cutting down my nails. She was also very friendly, so it made sitting there relaxing. My only feedback is that she did not clean or fix anything under my nails like other salons do at no extra charge. Overall, I would recommend this place as it was clean, had fair pricing, and they did a good job on my nails. PLEASE READ!!! This is a very honest review from my experience about a week ago. I saw that they had very good reviews so I decided to come in for a pedicure and a full set. I had a very okay pedicure experience along with my bf he really enjoyed his pedicure. I just felt as if the shaping was slightly ugly I wanted it to be squared and yes my nail was long enough to have it shaped nicely. But the real reason behind my low rating would be the customer service of how they treated another customer while I was there and my actual nail service. When I was there the younger woman was extremely rude to another customer. I was trying to mind my own business but she was very loud The woman had called to see how much the nails would be and they gave her a set price and kept changing it on her. I understand the different prices that come with different lengths and styles but they were so rude to her. The lady literally said that she couldn't afford to do her nails. She was like "well since you can't afford it I can do this" I don't know how that lady didn't just walk out because she kept saying "since you can't afford it since you can't afford it." The woman said I can afford it you guys just told me a completely different price. It was really confusing because all she wanted was some gel nails which I was also quoted 45 for and they didn't say anything to me about charging more for med length instead of short and stuff. I just noticed that they treated her completely different and came up with a bunch of different prices on BS for the same thing that I wanted. The younger woman was so rude I can't express that enough! And I felt bad because the client wasn't standing up for herself. The younger women was aggressive and sounded annoyed to even be doing nails. The client simply asked what dip powder was because she didn't know and they weren't even willing to explain it to her just kept saying that she couldn't afford it! They are so unwilling to answer questions without attitude and are bothered when you ask how much some thing is. THAT IS NOT ALL! When I was getting my nails done I was cut and sliced and filed into so many times! The person filed for so long and dozed off on The side of my finger I started bleeding and the cut was so deep. Then when they brought out the spinning tool they sliced under my cuticle and I began to bleed. In total I got cut and filed into on five of my fingers. I left there bleeding and burning! And they didn't say anything about me bleeding! Just kept going, didn't tell me to wash my hand or put a tissue to the blood. It was like it didn't even happen. The person completely ignored my cuts and blood on a majority of my fingers! I was so worried about getting an infection! Like my blood is literally on their tools there filer and all and they are still gonna use it for the next client!!!! Nothing about anything they used was new. Please just go somewhere else. Customer service is so bad and they do treat different races differently and kiss ass to their white customers. They were so kind and welcoming to the white customers that came in but rude as hell to everyone else!! There are other reviews regarding their INCONSISTENT prices! Poor customer service and more! Many of my neighbors suggested against this place since we live near by but I wanted to try it for myself and now I know what they meant. read more

I went here and was cut on two fingers. The guy kept putting some blue liquid and now my cuticles have a dark discoloration that multiple hand washings have not been able to remove. I have visited almost every nail salon in Antioch and Brentwood at one time or another over the past several years and have never found one I truly loved or felt right at home with. Bella Nails was different, my daughter and I went for pedicures and they did a fabulous job in a relatively short time and everyone was really pleasant. I reserved judgement because it seems like places are always great the 1st Time around, it has been about 4 months now (we go every 2 weeks) and they are still just as friendly and good as the first time. The nail salon that I'd gone to for years closed awhile back and I went on a search for a new one. Bella Nails is super close to my house and looked nice so I gave them a try. Danny has been doing my nails ever since. I used to have silk wraps but I couldn't find a salon to do those anywhere in the area so I switched to acrylic overlays and recently decided to remove those and go with natural nails and gel polish. Danny has managed to keep my nails looking good even when I destroy them on vacation:) They are open 7 days a week - call for an appointment if you can. My sister is a regular at this nail salon so she recommended me to this place. First time I got my nails done by Tony and he rushed the whole process and was really rough with my hands, not to mention the gel was all over my cuticle. Second time around same thing happened with him. I was then like "okay, maybe he isn't the right nail tech for me". After seeing the reviews and that everyone loves Anna and her work I decided to walk-in and make an appointment with her for later on in the day. I had no idea how Anna looked like since I was fairly new to the salon. When I asked the lady for Anna she said "Anna?" I was like "yes, Anna". She looked at me and chuckled and I was just thinking to myself okay. My sister came back with me and she got her nails done with Tina and the same lady who helped me earlier asked me "oh you're here for anna?" She just sat me down and started working on my nails while chuckling and giving me stares. I was thinking to myself " okay this might be Anna". No conversation, no warm welcome, nothing! She didn't finish my nails because I'm assuming a regular came in and she welcomed her with a smile and conversation. Tina was the one that gel polished my nails and she asked who did them, I told her Anna did and she began laughing and said she couldn't believe how ugly they were. She told me they were not the same shape and size so next time to go to her and she will do better. I was so embarrassed! I didn't want to make a big deal because that is not my character but this is not okay. Treat everyone the same. Just because I'm new does not mean I won't become a regular to your establishment. I'm pretty floored by some of the negative comments. Let me express my first experience at this shop almost 2 years ago. I had just recently moved to the area. My car was in the shop and my nephew dropped me off to get a full set for an interview the next day. I got to chatting with Anna and told her I was new to the area and to let me know when I have about 10 mins left so I can call my Uber. Not only was I given a cold bottle of water during the appointment but while my hands were drying, I also got a neck massage AND then Anna said, let me grab my keys I will drive you home (literally 5 mins up the hill).I have never received that type of treatment anywhere. I'm a regular now and there is never a time that I am not greeted w a smile, hugand great customer service. First off I thought I had found the perfect nail Salon boy was I wrong I came to get my nails done on a Wednesday for 2 Christmas parties I had that week. I got blue and silver. By Friday my gel polish had started to bubble up on all my nails so I came back on that Monday to get them fixed I was offered a color change but I liked my blue and silver. I had an additional 2 Christmas parties to go to this week as well they repaired my nails I was happy. By Tuesday night my nails had started to bubble again but I couldn't make it to the shop until the day after Christmas. At this time I said I need a different color this is the 3rd time here getting my nails fixed the guy yelled at me and said no it will cost you $20 to change the color I told him this was your shops mistakes remember this us the 3rd time I've been the to shop to fix my nails in 2wks.
