I had a full set done with a pink chrome polish. The color was beautiful but when I went outside to the light I noticed my nails were not smooth. They had a lot of bubbles in them. I was so disappointed and upset that I spend $185 for such an unprofessional set of nails. read more

I've been to Bella Nails twice now and had pleasant experiences both times -- the staff is nice and professional and they do good work! I will say, though, that they're on the pricey side. I'll probably look for another nail salon for next time, in hopes of saving a few bucks. read more

I don't understand all of the negative reviews on this nail salon. If you expect to go to a nail salon on a weekend and for there not to be a wait, then you're setting yourself up for failure. Every time I've been to the salon, they have been nothing but respectful, done an amazing job, and my nails last two weeks or more. And they last that long even with me still chewing on them, going to the gym, and cleaning my house frequently. Definitely recommend this salon. read more

Second time I got there 5 minutes late for the appointment and my manicure was already with another customer. Manager keeps their clock fast to pretend a customer is very late and he rotates manicures to fit in a walk-in basis. I spoke to manager in a kindly but assertive manner that I wanted the manicure I was scheduled for. He told me to wait and to lower down my voice, but I was talking in a normal tone, he was rude to the point that when he realized that I was leaving, he said he was walking me out, as if he was expelling me from the place. Very disappointed in this salon. I've been to Bella Nails and Spa several times. The first time my nail tech was ready at my appointed time. Since then, the nail tech has been late 30-35 minutes after my appointment. Today I went in, picked my polish bottles then waited 15 minutes. No hello, no greeting, no nothing except to wash my hands which I was happy to do because the nail polish bottles were sticky. This is a place I would never go to again. I went with my mother and we both got a pedi. The lady that did them was rushing and didn't look like she knew what she was doing. I got white gel nail polish and she painted my toes and didn't clean the extra amount of polish she left on my skin. Very messy and just in a rush. So she finally finished and right when we paid and walked out I noticed a clump of wet nail polish just sitting on my nail, we walked back in and asked her to fix it and she gave so much attitude and was rude and claimed it was "my nail". There are few good things about this place they give you a lot for your money and two massages on your legs for a pedicure. Other than that it's not as clean as the standards in CA where I'm from. My manicure didn't last that long. I asked for just glitter on my nails not glitter top coat. I wasn't able to get the manicurist I wanted and the other manicurist were rude. Only the owner could do design but took her late appt and another person verses keeping her commitment to do my nails. It wasn't a full manicure even though I paid for a deluxe manicure. They didn't use a sterile clean new bag of nail file or buffer for me. Even using Essie nail polish which in CA is high end my nails starting chipping after a week. I didn't have time to go to my regular place and the other place I trust in the area was closed so I stopped by with my daughter today because a recommendation from a friend but what a mistake. This guy started in the wrong note. He was rude to asked me how can he help me to rush me and I am telling him I Am with my daughter and she is picking a color. Then is begging the pedicure in a rush and cut me right away, the massage chair don't work and the lady taking care of my daughter asked me if I was ok and smile; of course I am not ok, I can't relax. Then I realize how unsanitary the conditions are and got concerned. They said that if I want I can pay for my own stuff, seriously! After they finished I observed that they were getting ready for another customer and they didn't sanitized or replace the tools they used with me and my daughter, what the heck is that? My husband purchased a gift card from Bella Nails and Spa for me for Mother's Day. I just went there to get my nails done. I gave them the gift card and they would not accept it. Stated they were new management and changed their name. The building still states Bella Nails and the receipt they made me pay or they were going to call the cops states Bella Nails. Absolutely no reason they could not honor my gift card. Now I am out the $56 gift card and they charged me another $46. I am extremely upset with the management as they won't even call me back.
