I made an appointment and was seen same day. Inside was clean and they have lots of colors to choose from including gel and dip powder. I got gel manicure and a French top pedicure and was done within an hour. Price with tip was $85 which seemed reasonable for what I received and the location. I am new to Orlando and was looking for my new goto nail place. So based on reviews and convenience I chose this place. The place is very cute and lowkey and I did a walk in and waited about 30 mins. I got a regular pedicure and it looked good but a week later it started chipping and you could see the separation of the top coat. I also got a hard gel fill and the lady over filed my nails and a week later it start breaking on the side ruining my natural nails and I'm super sad about it and going to go try to find a new place to save my nails. Love our local Celebration nail salon. Only warning is many customers are very obnoxious and loud. They will take phone calls and yell. It's incredibly rude behavior to most, but not everyone apparently. So, great nails but rarely a relaxed experience due to many customers lacking manners. read more

Nice looking place but some (not all) of the stylists rush through the service with very little attention to detail. No base coat was applied during my pedicure which seemed odd. My toes were also clipped too short and are now digging into my skin. The color was applied horribly on the hands and feet. first coat of color was put on more carefully but the second coat didn't reach the edges on every one of my nails. Half the nails were 'wrinkled' looking as well because of not leaving enough time in between coats. I kept trying to pause them for a minute so I could look at the nails but was just rushed into the next step and didn't see how bad they were until I left. read more

I was disappointed with my services at Instyle Nails and Spa. My mom and I came here for mani pedis. We upgraded to the top pedicure. While the leg massage felt nice, the paraffin was extremely hot. Not only that but my feet still had rough spots afterwards. At one point it was actually hurting. They spent very little time shaping our finger nails for the manicure. They didn't even remove all the polish previously on a few of my moms nails. The worst part of the experience was that there was a lot of whispering in a different language between the people who worked there. It made me feel uncomfortable. I honestly have never been so impressed with a nail salon ever. I hate getting my nails done because of how long it takes and usually I am disappointed in the end because they are never done quite well. I had a completely different experience at InStyle nails that has me wanting to get my nails done on a more frequent basis. The prices are a little bit higher than your normal nail salon but it is worth paying a premium for the service that I received. It's been two weeks and my nails still look great and are very strong despite the fact that I have a seven-month-old who is constantly smashing my hands lol. I was a walk in, I did not have an appointment but they got me in very quickly. I was surprised given it was on a Saturday. I got a pedicure (normal polish) but upgraded the pedicure (worth the extra $5) along with a dip manicure (with tips). They had so many dip color options it was hard to make a choice. The staff was friendly, even offered to add more glitter to the color I selected when I said the glitter was the best part! I am very happy with my experience. I had a horrible experience the past two times I got a gel manicure, I wanted to at least give it a second try but this place is not worth coming to. The first time a few months ago, the woman got the color all over my nails and let it dry without it looking clean, and wrecked my cuticles. Today, the woman named Tina was busy checking and playing on her phone constantly, drinking her coffee. My color today was pink and by the end of the manicure it was practically see-through even though it wasn't supposed to be, you could see my nail underneath with three coats on. The solution the woman gave was to put a hot pink color on my nails, which is not a color I wanted. When she sent me on my way out of the shop, I noticed she completely forgot to put the top coat on one of my hands, and my nail polish got all over my hands and bag - which should never happen for a gel manicure. My nails on that hand now have bumps on the polish (as seen on my thumb in picture). I wasted $35 and don't plan on coming back. read more

Loved it! Susan was so thorough and really made me wish I lived here. I did not make a poor choice by picking Instyle as my drop in shop while I'm here for the weekend. Yesterday I took my daughter to get her the SNS nails and myself a manicure and pedicure. Let me start with my fingernails. The color doesn't cover my complete nail bed. The sides are missing the color. My daughters SNS nails are a joke. The nails are extremely flimsy. So flimsy in fact that she was pulling her blanket up on her legs and her nail ripped in half. Some nails are smooth and others are rough feeling on the tops. Now for $45.00 for her nails and not to last 24 hours is a complete let down and waste of money. If I could rate this salon a 0 I would. I am on a mini vacation with my family and we decided to get our nails done. Since we decided to go on Super Bowl Sunday we decided to make an appointment ahead of time. We set our appointment for 1:30pm and arrived right on time. As soon as we walk in the salon was full. It took 45 minutes to even sit down to wait for a pedicure. The pedicure experience was great. I am unsure what the woman's name is who did the pedicure but she was friendly. The salon itself is very clean decent sized space. The workers are very polite, however it is unprofessional to keep patrons who have made appointments wait close to an hour to get service. I also had scheduled a full set that I never received because I was told I had to wait another 15 minutes(and at this point I was in the salon for 2 and a half hours with only a pedicure done). The whole time I'm waiting for service they are allowing other patrons they know to get service immediately saying "they made an appointment". Right. Ok. Moral of the story, if you have another nail salon to go to, choose that one. I waited 2 and a half hours for a pedicure I could have done myself. read more

We went a couple of months ago and we loved it! I was searching everywhere to get my nails done and landed on this salon so we decided to give it a shot and try it out. Really sad to say I had a terrible experience. The employees were polite enough, not overly friendly. But that wasn't the issue. The issue was that I got a gel manicure that bubbled up and peeled off in less than a week. What a waste of money. I noticed that the nail tech did not use a binding agent prior to the gel manicure. I'm new to the area and wanted to get a pedicure and decided to get some tips on my fingers when I was there. She asked me what shape I wanted and I told them a natural oval shape. The person doing my nails had no idea so she had to ask the girl next to her what that meant. So she continued with my nails and when she was finished shaping them, they were a really pointy almond almost stiletto shape! Super pointy and waaay too long. I told her that I wanted a natural shorter oval and they told me that they couldn't do any shorter and that's what I asked for. Completely didn't listen to me and expected me to be okay with it. My very first visit was a little bit odd, because I felt like my nail tech was a bit impatient with me accidentally keeping my hands so stiff, but that never happened again!
