I went here while on vacation to celebrate my birthday on 10/25 and I thought all had been well with the service. I had asked for regular nail polish but they did gel anyways so I paid for the pedicure+gel nail add on. But when I got home later that evening, i took a shower and my polish for two of my toe nails immediately was washed away. Now, because I was on vacation with limited time I had no way to go back and try to get a new appointment to ask them to redo them. So I let it go, but then the polish from two nails from my other foot washed away a few days later. Even the polish on one of my big toes began to chip or scale away. These nails didn't last a few days let alone the whole week (which I needed it to because I had a wedding to attend). I would have expected the gel to last since I had to pay extra for it and especially since it wasn't even my intention to have gel because I had originally told them regular was fine for me. I'm disappointed with this and although the place was clean and the lady that did my nails was decent--the quality was simply not great. read more

I came without an appointment again. Although it was quite busy this day (they had about 10 techs working), they accommodated me. Was seated shortly after arrival. The lady at the desk helped to start the removal of the dip powder I had on my nails. The salon is clean and as beautiful as I remembered it was a year ago. I was supposed to redo my nails myself to be more financially responsible since I bought the Kiara Sky dip powder kit. I didn't have time to do it before I left home, and I remembered about this place, so I opted to just get it done here after we checked into the hotel. I am really bad with names. I regret not remembering my nail tech's name, but he was phenomenal. He did the best take-off job I have ever experienced for dip powder removal. I've had some places ruin my nails trying to take off the dip powder overlay. He did a beautiful job taking it off with his patience and clear pride in his work. He was also meticulous as he did the ombre dipping technique. It was clear to me that this wasn't his first rodeo. I love them! A very satisfied visit for some nail pampering. I love this place. If I lived here, this would be my regular spot. I've decided that every time I am in Orlando, this is a must stop for all future trips! read more

Extremely Disappointing and Unsanitary Experience I went in for a pedicure and was planning to get a full set afterwards, but the experience was so frustrating and unprofessional that I left before getting my nails done. From the moment I walked in, there was mass confusion over who was going to do my toes. One of the employees kept repeating "sit down, sit down" at least ten times while I was simply trying to ask questions. She started my pedicure but switched me to someone else mid-service when her scheduled client arrived early. The second technician had a bad attitude from the start. She pulled out used nail clippers from her basket and insisted they were new. "New" tools should be sealed and sanitized--this was extremely unsanitary. I like to see my toes without polish to ensure they're healthy, but she kept angling the light away from me. When I asked her to move it so I could see, she refused. I finally moved it myself just to check my own toes, and she was clearly annoyed. To make matters worse, she spent most of the service chatting with a coworker and watching loud videos on her phone in another language while I was trying to relax. The massage chair I was seated in didn't work, and instead of moving me to another chair she and another staff member repeatedly reached over my body to fiddle with the controls--very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The "hot stone" pedicure I paid for amounted to just a few seconds of stones and a few seconds of massage before she declared it done. I left without a full set of nails and, for the first time ever, without leaving a tip. I had to find another salon to finish my nails. I am not from the area and this was a truly disappointing, unsanitary, and unprofessional experience. read more

Clean and friendly service that is efficient and relaxing, I really enjoyed getting a gel manicure here. Jenny should enter a competition for the fastest French tip manicurist on a national level because I was done in literally less than 20 minutes with the whole process. Lotioned up and looking great! Only thing I wish was better was something more interesting on TV, and the price was $45. A nice splurge but add in a pedicure/eyebrow wax and you're looking at $100 trip. Their online booking system was super easy to use and change appt times even last minute. I ran into a little traffic on my way and ended up being late but there was no issue and they took me right away. Front desk and nail tech were both very friendly and nice. I got a gel manicure in under 30 minutes from entry to check out. That is incredible. I didn't catch his name but I love the way it turned out and his recommendation on color. Honestly I didn't wanna go here but my friend insisted we try a new spot. The lady was nice who did my nails but I opted for deluxe pedicure and I didn't feel like it was special in any way. She didn't get my ingrown nails out or barely did anything to my toes. Put a couple lotion packets on my legs and that was abt it. Then wanted my acrylic nails taken off and she was using the drill and some of my nails she drilled down so close to my skin it still hurts to the touch. Went to pay and they charged $18 just to take my nails off, I felt that was kinda pricey for that but whatever I will never go back again. Learned my lesson read more

I'll start off by saying, they did a fine job on my nails. Maybe this was just an off day.. First, I was quoted a 10 minute wait that turned into 30. Right as I was finally getting started, the lady who had my nail tech complained about something on her pedicure. My tech got up and fixed her nails without apologizing to me first, but said sorry afterwards. I had tips put on and told him my desired length as he started to file away. They were extremely crooked at first which he fixed. But that caused them to go shorter and shorter. I pay for long nails, but what I ended up with, are short nails that are honestly the length of my normal nails, if not shorter. All the tech said was "sorry." I know there isn't much else to do once they're on, but it sucks going out of town knowing my nails are not at all the length I wanted them. read more

My initial visit was great. My nail tech offered to "fix" the shape of my nails because she felt they were crooked. I agreed to allow her to "fix" them not know that she would then discuss my "crooked" nails with other techs in the salon. The way I discovered it was discussed was when I returned 2 days later because one of the nails broken in a very strange fashion, just the tip and only the acrylic but not the nail, another tech clearly did not want to repair the nail and said she would charge me. I asked why do I need to pay and she basically said the previous tech told her she had to fix your nails and when we work over others work it's not our fault if it breaks. Sooo the first tech talked about my nails, you all basically laughed about it and now you don't want to fix it. Here's some advice.....tell your potential clients your work is not guaranteed unless they get a full set from you because that's basically how you are operating. Be upfront and honest, don't talk bad about clients after they pay you well for services then give them a hard time when it goes bad. Very poor customer service. read more

I found this place based on the yelp reviews and decided to give it a try, when I went in, there was really no one there to speak or ask me what I wanted, but after a few minutes I found my way to a chair. I sat down, and the guy started drilling on my toenails, holding the drill in one spot so long that it was burning hot, I said something once and then it happened again and I stopped him and asked him if he knew what he was doing. He was coughing so much he seemed sick, and I really was not sure. He then got up and went over to do someone else's pedicure, so I sat there for about 15 minutes, and no one came over to tell me what was going to happen next. I never do reviews on places even with bad service but my experience here was just so disappointing. I explained to my nail tech that he glued my acrylic on crooked and asked if he could re glue it. He said that he would fix the crookedness when he did the filing. I told him "okay np"thinking he knew what he was doing since he is the "professional" .... When he finished my nails that one acrylic nail was still so crooked that I literally dont know how he is certified to even be working there. He asked me at the end if they were good. I said "yes" even though they were poorly done because I wanted to get out of there and not make it a big deal since everyone else was so nice. I had a long day and just wanted to have some self care but was so frustrated at the results. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe he was new but it was just very poor work. All nails weren't the same length, some were thicker than others, un even filing and that one crooked nail was so crooked it was honestly funny. My sister paid for my nails so I let it go and she still tipped him $25 but it's still frustrating that I said something and lied at the end because I was being a nice customer when I didn't have to be. My sisters pedicure was perfect! But don't get any acrylic sets from this place!! read more

In town for training for the next month. I only one day off soon wanted my nails done to relax and treat myself: this was the WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. Don't let the nice decor fool you. I asked for a mani and pedi I use simple polish colors so no biggie right? WRONG!! The person they gave me was pushing my the cuticle pusher down n top of my skin! He use the drill ON HIGH SPEED in my natural nails! I had to tell him to please turn it down. He was so bad that it basked for another tech, she was better. I told them I didn't want my nails done anymore but she practically begged me to do my nails so I said ok! I use a very sheer polish for my hands and feet. The polish in my hands was clearly UNEVEN! She polished on my cuticles so bad that she had to use the nippers to get the polish off. Imagine if I had chosen a darker color!! OMG!!!!!!! I paid $90 for the worst mani and pedi of my life. I would not recommend this place EVER! No one here can do nails! The person who my friend got was ok, she he lady sitting next to her didn't looked please either.
