Went in for my first gel nails here the water they used was COLD to soak your nails in. And they said my nails were "thin" as they sanded it down 4 times and purposely weakened my nail enamel. Then had the audacity to tell me upgraded to Dip powder and they sanded down my nails super thin on purpose. Had gross food sunflower droppings on the floor and table. I used to come here for years! Had the worse experience ever today getting a pedicure. The girl who worked with me had issues painting my toes and going past the lines of my nails, i noticed this and kindly told her if she can fix it. After that she started speaking to her coworkers loudly about me in a different language and her mood shifted to a nasty one. She applied the wax and wasn't careful at all and burnt my left foot!! Seeing my reaction in pain she didn't say sorry or anything and continued to have the hot wax on my feet! After that she was supposed to rinse or use a towel to remove the remains of the wax but just picked it off without removing everything and told me "done" literally still had wax on my legs and feet that i had to grab a paper towel and remove it myself. She had an older kid with her and was having to get up and down a lot for some reason like she couldn't be still. I absolutely am so disgusted in this salon so snooty and rude but if your well dressed and look like you have money right in front of your eyes you will see the difference between how they treat you and them. Where's the zero star?! Second time I've been here first time was good. This time was garbage. I don't know the "young"man's name who did my nails but he was a disaster. From the start, he was extremely rude, argumentative etc. I tried telling him my pinky nail is super short and he said "it's a pinky nail!" I know what a pinky nail is, thank you. I had a pic for reference and the mark was missed completely. Everything I tried to say, he cut me off and raised his voice. My thumb nails are ginormous. It's laughable aren't all nails supposed be the same length or am I trippin!? When I held my pinky nail length next to my thumb he says " it's your thumb!!It's supposed to be bigger!!" There's like a foot difference. Everyone I showed literally laughed oh and to top it off my nails literally burned in the machine and he ignored me completely. I put my nail on my friends arm and she jumped because it was so hot. For whatever reason it burned. Things aren't the same shape. I can go on and on. Moral of the story BEWARE. The thumb nail looks like David and the Goliath but the rest are David. I can't stop laughing but I'm pissed. What a joke. OH at the end when I mentioned my middle nail and how the glitter disappeared and he says " WHY DONT I JUST DO THEM ALL OVER?!" This is my first time coming here for a pedicure. I was able to get a same day Sunday appointment which is cool since it's my only available day. I checked out the yelp reviews quickly before going in and saw that they recently remodeled and added kids chairs, I called back and was able to squeeze in my two daughters to come along with me. Of course the experience was fun for them but they didn't do the Jets on the little chairs. Maybe it was because it was later and it was being rushed, but the girls loved experience regardless. My pedicure was good it was very quick which I don't mind, looks good so far I'll definitely be back again to use the time to bond with my kids. read more

I went to Bellas nails last week, requesting get a full set done which required to do a style called ombre, which is white powder with pink on top. I scheduled my appointment with Vivian who is a nail tech there. I showed her a picture of exactly how I wanted my nails and told her to give me something very similar to that look however, Vivian said I don't know pick whichever color you want and didn't give me what exactly I wanted. She was extremely rude and felt like she didn't want to help me while I was getting my nails done. Five out of 10 of my nails came out crooked and half of them broke already because they were done so poorly and drilled thin. Please stay far far away from this business if you want to save $70-$80. Please ladies find another nail tech to do your nails. You're welcome. This place use to be good. I had been going there for a long time so my review is not based on a one-time Show up and review. Over the past few months I went here and the first time the person doing my nails did not listen to what I wanted - only to find out he didn't know how to do cat eye. It's like -then say so! The second time I needed my nails removed because the guy who did my nails messed them up, I've never seen a bubble in the acrylic along with fungus from them lifting a week after. I've seen them wrap nail in the past but the lady was ripping them off instead which was extremely painful. Mid-way through she said to take them off myself and come back.
