This is the best nail shop I have ever gone to for a pedicure. The place is clean, ventilation good, the massage chairs worked, the employees were very easy to communicate with and were very hospitable. I was offered a bottle of water and asked to relax in the massage chairs while they prepared everything. My pedicure was done well and the ambiance was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return. This place receives my highest rating and is Orange Tree Approved! read more

Customer service was alright. Went in 2.5 weeks ago to get a pedicure. I just wanted regular nail polish and a spa treatment but after asking me 5+ times to get the gel because it will last longer than regular polish I finally said okay to getting it. I asked how long and she said atleast a month and a half. As you can see these didn't last very long at all, all it is gel and top coat. I don't appreciate the upsell if this is how they are going to turn out after only 2 weeks. They are within walking distance but I am going to go to a new place that will appreciate and respect what I have to say about what I want done and how. $65 for basic spa and "better gel" nail polish. read more

Amazing from beginning to end! The gentleman (and I deliberately used that word to describe him) offered me water straight away. I waited no more than 3 min. (it was 30 min. before closing on a Saturday) before I was seated. The massage chair was a great perk, and the technician got started right away on my pedicure. I'd go as far as referring to that gentleman as a perfectionist. He helped me choose a beautiful color, addressed all the rough edges, and painted perfectly! I wore the wrong sandals and was worried about messing them up, but without saying anything to him, he brought me those disposable ones. So no worries. I could pay tap, paid a little extra service charge, but that was fine and expected. Overall, I highly recommend this place!!! read more

Gel mani. Quick good job! Thought it was pricey for the gel mani but not too bad. $15 difference between regular mani and gel mani. People were very polite! Google said they closed at 730 but they actually closed at 7. I showed up 10 mins to 7pm and they took me in anyways. Offered me water while I was waiting. Very kind of them to take me in. I wish the massage on my hands was longer but overall I was happy with them. I will be returning! Love to try a pedicure. read more

A Joke!! came in for a full set for my birthday and left disappointed. kept upselling the pedicure saying it'll last longer and what not (lasted not even 2 weeks and the ring toe chipped right off a few days later) I understand theres a language barrier but i really tried working with them. lady said she could definitely do my inspo picture and it'll be beautiful. come to find out she couldn't do them because it was too difficult and no gold charms. AFTER she had already put the wrong color gel on my nails then tried charging me FULL price. going back and forth just wasting my time and money. Don't say yes to only go back on your word. If you're looking to get your nails done for a special occasion like graduation or, in my case, starting college as a freshman, do yourself a favor and don't come here. I came in excited, wanting cute nails to mark this important moment in my life, and I left completely disappointed and honestly embarrassed. They confidently told me they could do the design I asked for--showed me photos, acted like it was no problem--but when it came time to actually do the work, they couldn't deliver at all. My nails came out uneven, rushed, and absolutely horrendous. And instead of being upfront about their limits, they kept stringing me along saying it would "come together" (it never did). Save your time, your money, and your special day. If you don't want to walk out with your nails looking worse than a disaster, go somewhere that's honest about their skills and can actually give you what you ask for. The male host in the front was genuinely amazing. He was very attentive, kind, accommodating, and overall had amazing customer service. While he was great, my pedicure service was not. My tech also had great customer service but the work that was done did not justify the price. My leg massage wasn't good in my opinion. my toes were cut way too short, when I just wanted them evened out. My big toes look completely different from each other but when I came in they were much more similar. My polish was somewhat sloppy and there was air bubbles. Despite this she did do a great job with the callus removal. read more
