The nails are excessively thick, the zebra design looks poorly executed, and the stones on my thumb are dull, crooked, and missing in several areas, leaving obvious gaps. What is even more concerning is that the zebra design on my index finger has already smeared after only a few days. A set of nails at this price point should not be falling apart almost immediately. For $105, I expected professional-quality work, attention to detail, and durability. Instead, I received a set that looks unfinished and is already showing significant defects. This level of workmanship is unacceptable.

While they started my pedicure, my husband's feet were left soaking as he waited for service to begin. Shortly after I was taken in, additional customers arrived and were immediately attended to before my husband, despite the fact that we had already been seated and waiting. It became very clear that other customers were being prioritized over him. We consistently purchase deluxe pedicures, not regular services, which made the situation even more frustrating. After two other customers were taken ahead of him, and nearly 30 minutes had passed since my service began, we decided my husband would no longer continue waiting. As we were leaving, we were told that the other customers had appointments. That explanation made little sense considering no one communicated that to us beforehand, nor did anyone think it inappropriate to leave someone soaking in water for almost half an hour without service. This situation was poorly handled and extremely disappointing, especially as longtime loyal customers.

Asked how much a refill was, and got told 20$, but they charged me 50. Guy said because i got gel when i didnt even get gel. I did not want to argue with him, and he said the powder used cost extra, even though ive been to many salons where they dont charge for it. He also wanted to charge me for the length but IT WAS A FILL. After i reminded him he lowered it to 45$. Its only been a week and my nails are starting to lift already. Ask for vikki. Awesome design done by her! Her gels usually last from three to four weeks depending on how long it takes your nails to grow. She takes her time, which I really like because most people rush through your nails and they end up lifting the second day. Anyway, I highly recommend vikki! read more

I told Tina I needed my full set to be short because I'm a nurse and what not. She cut them to where she thought was short, and I said I needed them shorter. She told me she thought it was already short and to come back if I wanted them shorter. I went back today after deciding I needed them shaved down and let me tell you, the girl who came to talk to me is lucky that I have anger control. Because boy was she asking for a fight. She mocked me, spoke to me sarcastically, rolled her eyes, gave me a death glare, and basically called me stupid. I got up and told her she was so f**ckin rude, and walked out before something bigger happened. All because I wanted my nails shaved down. Which by the way, I was absolutely overcharged for. Somehow, my mani pedi was $130. Anyways, the place appears clean at first glance but all Of their instruments are reused without washing or sanitizing and dirty. When they brush your nails off with the large kabuki brush, you can literally feel everyone else's nail dust on the brush. The tools used for the woman who had just left were put on a cart and rolled over to be used on me. Those sanitizing autoclaves are just for show. They're not actually on. Not a single tool was pulled out of a clean package. So if you want attitude, to be talked to like you're an idiot, and have dirty instruments used on you, this is the right place for you.

I'm a cosmetology school graduate, so I completely understand that everyone needs practice. However, Kim is well beyond a "training" stage and should not be providing services without proper skill. She needs to be retrained on basic pedicure fundamentals such as cuticle care, filing, and polish application. It's disappointing that Princess Nails would allow someone to perform pedicures knowing they are not qualified. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I got my nails done on the 4th, but by the 9th, one of my nails had already fallen off. That's only five days later. I wasn't able to come back until the 10th to have it fixed. When I arrived, I had to wait because the technician who originally did my nails wasn't there. They eventually seated me with someone else, and then we had to search for my nail color because they didn't have it on file, which was frustrating considering I had just gotten my nails done there. We eventually found a close match, and the repair itself only took a couple of minutes. While I was getting my nail fixed, there was a mop bucket full of water right next to my chair. One of the employees was wringing out the mop, and dirty water splashed onto me. Instead of apologizing, he laughed about it with another employee, including the person doing my nail. I stayed patient, didn't say anything, and waited until my service was finished, but that made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, after the repair they charged me $10 to fix a single nail that had fallen off less than a week after my original appointment. I expected them to stand behind their work, especially since the nail came off so quickly. The person at the front was also rude and dismissive when I questioned the charge. Now, only six days after having that nail repaired, another nail has already broken. At this point, it's clear that the quality of the Gel-X application is not lasting as it should. I've never had this many issues with a fresh set of nails in such a short amount of time. The salon itself didn't appear as clean or well-maintained as other nail shops I've visited, and after this entire experience, I won't be returning. I was disappointed because my first impression was positive, but the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, the cleanliness concerns, and charging me for what should have been a warranty repair completely changed my opinion.
