I can only speak for pedicures but I love this place. They do a great job and I'm picky! I bring my daughters here as well (4 and 6) and they treat them like little princesses. They have special little chairs for kids. Also their green tea lotion smells AMAZING. read more

Love this Place I have been getting my nails done by all staff over 1year never have they let me down or turn me away. I was just there and no one ever got turned down or waited longer than 10minutes. Appointment are kept accordingly. Even if you are a walk in, the wait time is not bad, compared to other places. I was looking for a new nail salon, and luckily my mom found Bella's on Yelp. She absolutely loved it there, and called to tell me how much I would love it too. I decided to give them a try on a Saturday, Bella agreed to open half an hour earlier for me! I also took my boyfriend in for his first pedicure. This place is sooo cute! The decor makes you feel welcomed, it's very bright, not to mention extremely neat. They even use the disposable pedicure liners, which is a must for me. To top it off, everyone here was extremely nice and professional! They made sure you felt at home, offered coffee and tea as well. This will definitely be my go to from now on. Decided to check this place out with a friend for an upcoming trip. I wanted cute toes, so I got a pedicure. There were lots of nail colors to choose from. They only offer 2 types of pedicures, a very basic with hardly anything and an expensive service with much more. Nikki encouraged to get the Luxury Pedicure, which was the most expensive. I definitely needed the callus remover, and the hot stone massage sounded nice and relaxing. I did like that she let me smell the scrub to decide what I wanted, especially when my friend didn't get that option and just ended up going with what I picked. Both my friend and I got the same service and started at the same time, and yet she got 15 more minutes of service than I did because Nikki had another appt, so rushed to finish with me. I barely, got the stones rubbed on my legs and not massage on my feet, just my legs with lotion, not all my callus was removed, I had to put on my own sandals, and looking up closely at my toes she didn't even paint the entire nail (the sides and the part down by the cuticle has no paint so it already looks slightly grown out). It's very disappointing to spend $55 for a not so great service. If I decide to go back, I expect much better service and another tech, but I will definitely try another place next time. read more

I loved the shaping and the clean up that was performed. Unfortunately a day later my gel mani cracked. Having dealt with plenty of nails shops in the past I was hesitant to call and complain, however this nail shop went above my expectations. They told me to come in and they would fix them! I wasn't able to make my way into the shop until 2 days later but they still took great care of me. They never made me feel bad and fixed their mistakes. I'm only giving it 2 starts because the lady that did my pedicure was AMAZING and extremely sweet. The owner of nail salon was yelling at the lady providing me excellent service I presume to have her hurry up, which her pace was more than adequate. I DO NOT appreciate owners yelling at their employees just because they want them to see more people and at a faster rate! Before this incident even happened my sweet lady was telling me that she had surgery about a month ago and that she was still experiencing pain. What the devil is that sort of treatment? It was completely uncalled for and even though I could NOT understand what they were saying to each other it was evident to everyone in the salon that she was yelling at her. She even started to tear. I'm so sorry that these are the working conditions that you are being subjected to. Came in on a Monday. I got the usual a "gel manicure " I'm 8/10 satisfied with their work but this last time I was very upset that my gel was all ugly. I called the next day and was told to come in, I come in and show the nail technician who worked on my nails and they kept shaking their head like it was my fault or something. So I sat down was helped 10 minutes after and told me my gel came out the way it did because my nails are not "smooth" that I have "bumps" like first of all they buffed my nails and they were nice and smooth. It was no excuse as to why they should have came out the way they did. So I got one hand redone and the same issue happened but now on two nails. The gel ended up cracking AGAIN! I don't have the time to keep going back and forth. It's really NOT hard to just apply gel!! Ugh I need Jena to come back already! read more
