First time here. Great prices and amazing service. My appointment was at 1, I DID show up right at 1, at was seated at 1:10 after given colors to choose from. Mike was my nail tech for my fill. He expertly fixed lifting and patched me up. I'm an sooooo pleased with the end results!

I have been coming here for years and even though I moved out of town I'm still coming here! Mike fit me in right away for a dipping powder service and he exceeded my expectations on the anime design I wanted. Highly recommend him! Hannah is my go to for pedicures as well! She's the sweetest and does an excellent job each time!

Went here for the first time for a mani & pedi. I called and got a same day appt. The girl upfront was super friendly. She encouraged me to try dip powder manicure. The guy that did it was so meticulous, holding up my hands every so often to make sure it buffed out evenly. I've been a gel nail girly forever but that changed today. I love how the dip powder came out. The best part is no UV rays on my skin bc we all know our hands are the first to age with so much sun exposure. I digress. The lady that did my pedicure was also meticulous and did a great job. I don't get my nails done too often because of work but in the future, any time I have an event, I will be coming back here. I highly recommend.

Great service and prices. I arrived at the shop closer to closing time and was still received with excellent service by Hanna. I did not feel rushed, Hanna made sure to take her time with my nails and did an amazing job. She is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. If you can, ask for Hanna she pays attention to small details and makes sure you leave happy.

I went in 2 days ago and spent almost $70 for my nails to already be chipping and peeling. I tried calling but you guys are closed so if there's any way this can get fixed I would appreciate it. The nail polish didn't look like it was completely dry hence the chipping and peeling.

This place is amazing !! I've been to multiple places even states and I could never find a place that was welcoming and a great service because of my past experiences at other nail salons. I was very discouraged to even try to get my nails done. I would do it almost never, but my birthday was coming around and I had the urge to get them done and a friend recommended this place best decision ever. I am motivated to go every month to get my nails done and they've helped me grow my natural nails and they remember your name they remember your face and they talk to you and joke around with you. These are the type of people that I would love to be surrounded by and that's why I keep going back so if you've been wanting for a while to go to a nail salon but you're hesitant, this is a Place because they make you feel like you are valued. read more

It was my first experience coming to Bella Nails & Spa. I made the pedicure booking earlier on the same day of my appointment. COVID-19 measure is in place. Upon entering the premise, they asked you to sanitize your hand and log in on the book provided. Hannah was taking care of me. She is super sweet lady! I haven't found many places in the area that do a good job with dip nails (with extensions) until now! Other places left them lumpy but they did such a great job! I forgot to get the gentleman's name but I believe it started with a J. Other customers there seemed to be returners because they knew each other's name which is a good sign. read more

So this is my second time coming here with my gf. Last time we got pedis and they were pretty good, gel pedi I think was $35. Then this time we got our nails done using the dip powder. For a coffin style it cost $45 and for regular dip on natural nail was $38. Honestly not bad at all and it's supposed to help your natural nails grow longer and stronger. I came in with my mom for the first time to get a fill/reshape and color change on my toes. Kim did my color change and was so sweet, I messed up one of my toes and she fixed it right away! Kelly did my full set (light grey set) and did not rush the process at all, shes great! They do not have design samples but are happy to try and recreate any inspiration you find online! I was a customer when this place had just opened up. It was an amazing nail salon and I would rant and rave to everyone about how great they were. Today was my first day experiencing the bad side of Bellas Nails and because of today's service I will NOT be returning. I made an appointment to be seen at 5pm. I got in and wasn't greeted, so I said "Hi, I have an appointment at 5pm." The guy (not good with names) nodded his head. I sat down, time started passing 10 min, 20 mins and than an hour!! A women came in and naturally I wasn't concerned about her being seen before me. I had an appointment and had been waiting for an hour. Guess what? She was seen before me!! I should have walked out at that moment, but stayed like an idiot. I was seen 10 mins after her. They did my nails and I asked for a design on one finger. My nail technician said she couldn't do it and I was told the Male technician would do it. She did a wonderful job. After she was done I was sent to the pedicure chair to get my pedicure. While, again WHILE I was getting my pedicure the Male technician comes over to do the design. I was being moved around a lot and completely curious how he was going to do my design with the massage chair going off and the lady doing my feet. Needless to say the design was NOTHING like the picture. I dont exactly except it to be identical, but ONE if he had any doubt he couldn't do it, he shouldn't have attempted. Two, he definitely should not have not sealed off my nail with a a top coat without asking if I liked it. I didn't like it and asked if they could replace it with a glitter coat and she said "No, we already applied a top coat." So I am expected to walk around with a horrible designed nail. Ridiculous. After today's service I will NOT be returning. No one got tips. I paid because I am an honest person, but today was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. read more

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I entered the…read moreroom, the waxer rushed me to undress because of time restrictions, even though I was not even late. While I was on a phone call, she overheard someone say, "I don't like her voice." She then told me to end my call because she no longer felt comfortable servicing me and sent another waxer to complete my service. What made this especially uncomfortable was that the original waxer was white, and I was then reassigned to a Black waxer. I have no issue with the employee who completed my service; my concern is how the situation was handled and how it made me feel singled out and unwelcome. When I asked for the original waxer's name, two employees gave me different names, (Alysssa W. or Ashley) which further raised concerns about the transparency of the situation. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism regardless of my race, appearance, or voice. I am asking management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including speaking with the employees involved and reviewing what occurred before, during, and after my service. I also expect management to hold the appropriate employees accountable for their conduct, clarify why I was given conflicting information about the waxer's identity, and take concrete steps to prevent customers from being treated this way in the future. I would appreciate a direct response explaining how this matter was investigated and what corrective action will be taken.

I had an appointment at 3:30 pm on 10-2-17 I arrived maybe 10 minutes early and as soon as I checked in I was already in a chair getting my pedicure. My boyfriend then joined me, he was just going to sit and keep me company but they asked him if he wanted a pedicure as well and I told them he didn't have an appointment and they said that was totally fine, by then as I was getting my pedicure Jenna came and started doing my manicure. She was so sweet and gentle my nails came out beautiful and I really can't wait to go back! Jenna did such a great job! read more

Bella is amazing! She's very attentive and kind. She knows what she's doing and talking about when it has to do with your nails. I left 100% satisfied with her work as well with the pedicure. I didn't catch the lady that did my pedicures name but she was as equally attentive. The salon was very clean!! Im picky about my nails especially my toes and I loved how they worked. I have been to several nail and spa places for a facial treatment. My skin is particularly picky, high maintenance, and will easily break out (which has happened several times) depending on the products used. However, this place was very clean and was compatible with my skin. After the facial, it helped clear out most of my skin spots and acne. I love the way it makes my skin feeling clearer and brighter! I had such a great pedicure with my girl Hannah! She always makes sure the service is relaxing from start to finish, and the attention to detail really stood out. She is always gentle, thorough, and made sure everything looked perfect. The massage was amazing, the French tip polish came out flawless, and my feet felt refreshed and pampered. We all got a full set ($25), added gel ($10) and then added a design ($5) so it came out to $40! Will definitely be going back and they give out little punch cards and which is so cute! read more

I declined and assumed there was a language barrier which was alright with me. I texted to get answers instead, hoping it would be a better line of communication. I'm not sure why but my simple question turned into an aggressive text pretty quickly. I was excited to find an organic spa, but I think customer care should be at the top of every salon's priority. Note: I've never been to an organic spa and I'm not sure what that meant in terms of product and application. I just want others to know that if you had a weird experience, you're not alone.
