They really know how to interact with the kids and are so engaging and kind. The space is amazing with so many toys and games and kid friendly areas. My son is so sad to be done with his therapy as he will miss his therapists and the games he likes to play. I can't recommend this place enough! We have seen a big improvement with our child in such a short amount of time. He loves attending speech and always has a blast. Every kid in there is happy and learning. Our therapist is Ms. Maggie, but it is nice that the other therapist know my son and welcome him in as well. It is just a really warm, caring environment. We love it!

I mean they went through the normal procedures for patients who have chest pain, but to see how quickly they got her issue resolved was very impressive to me. Yes we stayed there from 6pm to about 10pm, but that tells me that they were very thorough. From the time we got there until the time we left they were very attentive to her. They took blood a couple of times and also did EKG's a couple of times as well. Being someone who just moved to the Folsom area, we weren't 100% sure on who to go with. They advised to have my wife follow up with her PCP due to they didnt find any Heart Attack symptoms. So let me start off by saying Thank you Mercy Hospital. Your Staff, your attentiveness to my wife didnt go unnoticed and it was very appreciated how well you cared for her. If we need any further Health Care, we will be back.

I had driven a 5 hour drive that day and my leg was just not feeling right when I arrived home. Better safe than sorry. This review is about the high points and low points of that visit. Every single one of the medical professionals with whom I came into contact were phenomenal. I am talking the doctors, nurses, u/s technician. The time arriving and departing was appropriate given it is an Emergency Department and I was not in any urgent medical state at that point. I interacted with two registration personnel during my time there. One when I entered the ER and the other at some point during my stay regarding further insurance information. These two employees were the most unprofessional people one could never hope to come into contact with during an emergency visit under any circumstance. It was like they selected the least customer savvy employees they could possibly find to put in critical positions. I was truly agast! Rude, barely able to put a grammatically correct sentence together and not an ounce of compassion nor kindness for the types of patients they were serving. I watched them as I waited demean patient after patient in utter shock. Now... there is no way Mercy Emergency Department management is unaware of these , pathetic, unskilled employees wreaking havoc on sick and, in some cases, frightened patients. There is no world where this would be acceptable behavior. I am certainly glad I am not a Dignity Health plan member. My Health Care Provider would never hire employees like these. What were they thinking? I have read Mercy's responses to some of these Yelp reviews. Embarrassing in my opinion. Better to not respond at all than write pathetic, patronizing dribble. Do better Dignity Health.

TERRIBLE, POOR, & UNPROFESSIONAL practice. I was referred here by my orthopedic based off my…read moreinsurance network. I made an appointment about a month prior to the appointment date. Over the phone I gave them every bit of information on my insurance card. Appointment day I handed them my insurance card that they verified for a second time and allowed me to participate in my first and last PT session. I had ACL/ meniscus surgery about 10 days prior. In the session they took me in 15 minutes late, so now my hour session was 45 minutes. They rubbed my leg for about 5 minutes and then proceeded to tell me to lift my surgically repaired knee forward, backwards, and sideways 10x three sets of each. When I finished my first therapy session they made appointments for 3x per week for the next two months. When I returned for my second PT session they denied my entrance and cancelled all the future appointments they had made because "my insurance is NOT networked" with them. Shouldn't this have been confirmed the day I called and made my appointment a month prior to my appointment? Or maybe the day I showed up...a month later? They claim to have called twice prior to my appointment to confirm "missing insurance information". But I have absolutely no recollection. And believe me I had all the time in the world to call them back and give them any "missing information" they needed due to my physical condition. Since then, I have been receiving mail with a full charge of $374 dollars for one useless session they failed to tell me that I was not covered by my insurance. Even though they had over a month to verify it prior to my appointment and the day of when I gave them the physical copy. I messaged the billing department and they told me that despite everything, out of "goodwill" they can reduce my bill to $209 "full & final". Having to use crutches fresh off a knee surgery and drive myself 25 minutes for a useless laughable PT session and then later do it again to be denied, canceled, and billed the way they have been is disgusting. I just received another letter in the mail yesterday for the full $374 amount. So much for the "goodwill" My one and only, first and last therapy session was an absolute joke. I promise you that researching athletes that went through the same injury you may have suffered will get you better, stronger, & faster results than this place will.

After another month of continuous rehab/PT, mom was living independently again dancing (slowly and surely), playing cards, volunteering and being as active as ever. 5 months total after breaking her hip, she was on a plane for a once in a lifetime trip back to NY to see her Grandson get married. But Gaby immediately made everything feel easy and welcoming. She explained the whole process beforehand and made us feel totally comfortable. Once I got in, I was shocked at how relaxing it was. I chose to turn the music off, and the dark room + complete silence ended up being exactly what I didn't know I needed. With no phone, no noise, no distractions, my brain finally had a chance to breathe. It's amazing how much mental clutter we carry around without realizing it. My days can get chaotic, and I tend to push important thoughts to the back burner. But just laying there in the quiet gave me the space to sort through things calmly and clearly -- almost like a mental reset button. I walked out feeling lighter, clearer, and honestly a little proud of myself for trying something new. Highly recommend if your brain needs a vacation. Gaby is wonderful, and I'll definitely be back!

The Vibra representative said his therapy would increase. Once he was admitted to Vibra he received next to no therapy. The first 11 days were 30-60 minutes a week of PT, OT and no ST. I witnessed the nurses frequently ignoring the call buttons. They never told us he contacted MRSA, but transported him back to the hospital where we were informed.
