I contacted the owner many times and each time I was told he was coming over with the refund. This started at Thanksgiving, now it's May... still no refund. Save your money, hire someone else. As an addendum to this review, I need to say I have now received my refund. Frankie said it was just an oversight, and apologized for the delay in receiving the refund. I am now satisfied.

It's right nextdoor to one of my favorite dining spots- El Charrito. A few weekends ago, I was decided to go inside and check it out. Customer service was friendly and efficient from start to finish. I was greeted by Jerry and he was super helpful during my entire shopping trip. American Supply has an excellent selection of almost everything. They have restaurant supplies- all things you would need to run a restaurant from chopping boards, forks, platters, mixing bowls, knives, etc. They even have a few of the coveted Boos chopping blocks. They have restaurant to go containers, I usually buy them so I don't have to share my Tupperware with family or friends. They have cleaning/janitorial supplies. If you're looking for hand sanitizer, wipes, face masks you're in luck as they have the PPE here. This is open to the public and not just business owners. The employee assured me it was waiting. After driving 1.5 hours to the store, I was handed a soundbar in "Fair" condition -- not the one I ordered. When I pointed this out, the employees didn't even bother to check the order properly at the counter. Only then did they admit my "Good" condition soundbar had already been given away to another customer. How does this even happen? Why confirm my order if you can't keep the correct item aside? This level of carelessness shows a complete lack of accountability. My time, gas, and effort were completely wasted, and I left empty-handed despite doing everything right on my end. Best Buy needs to fix their open-box handling process immediately -- inventory should be tracked accurately, and confirmed orders should never be handed off to someone else. At the very least, employees should care enough to double-check what they are handing to customers instead of brushing it off. This experience has left me feeling completely disrespected and deeply disappointed. I expected far better, and unless changes are made, I'll be rethinking where I shop in the future.
