They assessed my stove and kept to their service fee as stated. Unfortunately, they don't make stoves like they did back in the good old days. The regulator or something another costs half the price of a new one. By the time you factor in taxes, shipping and their labor, they told me I can go that route or at their recommendation it would be best for me just to buy a new stove.
