I was worried the lashes would be too curled as I've seen it happen before, but felt very comfortable with her working on me. She was extremely accommodating as I had to reschedule my appointment and very easy to get in touch with through email and answer my questions. The lash lift is beautiful and her studio is very relaxing, I am definitely going back to her again when I need another lift. Flavia will work with you to decide on the look you want before starting the service, so there are no surprises.
