I was able to get an appointment right away for my paris. I was concerned because paris is nervous and bites me when I wash and brush her. But I was able to watch Chelsea brush paris and she was Sooo goood. Chelsea was very patient and nice to paris. The space is really big. They are located on Nimitz, on the 3rd floor of the party city building. The intercom and entrance is on the left side of Bangkok chef. You press the intercom and wait for the door to unlock, then walk in and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Then when you get out, you'll turn left and walk past a bunch of cool paintings in the hallway, bella pet spa is the last door. I came to pick paris up after and she was super happy and not nervous at all . I also really love how soft she is. I'd recommend this new groomers and it's great to support the community ! read more

I was able to make a same day appointment and it was a bit of a drive for me but it worked out well. Parking was a bit odd and you have to find your way over to the buzzer where they will let you in but once inside it is such a pretty journey to the spa. The place is brand new once inside and the service was great. You can tell the woman doing the grooming loves dogs, my pup was really nervous and she took good care of her. They have a discount for first time and give you a bag of treats before you leave. Overall good experience and would go back again. My doggie got her paws cleaned up and nails trimmed. I am going to ask about more natural shampoos next time because I forgot to ask. She was very soft afterwards and smells like fragrance for days afterwards. read more

I was thoroughly impressed at how quick staff was to respond to my questions and how efficient scheduling was. I'm a new pet owner and I'm not very familiar with grooming practices but they were very informative on the different packages they offer, that being said, I feel like the prices are a bit steep (although worth it) I paid $130 for my "the spa" service on my shiba, and I do plan to come back but maybe get a different package cause really like this place and plan to do monthly grooming but idt I can do $130 every month month.
