This has been the worst experience I've ever had…read more Yesterday I went to get an underarm wax, and the person who did it was not professional at all she didn't even know what she was doing. She burned my underarms, and now I have to use an antibiotic to relieve the pain and burning. This had never happened to me before. When I tried to tell her that something was wrong and bothering me, her response was, "It'll go away in 5 minutes." I could clearly see my skin was getting irritated. She didn't even use baby powder, which is usually applied before waxing, and I believe the wax temperature was way too hot, which caused the burns. Terrible service, I will never go back. I'm writing this review so that people can be careful about where they go to get a wax.

I suggest moving forward you indicate on your website that you are by appointment only, and perhaps let your coworkers know that as well so they can answer questions appropriately and not wait people's time. Be sure to include the days of the week too, since we came today which is actually a Monday and not Sunday. Finally, please tell that lady to just say no to henna requests, no one else needs to suffer.

There was def miscommunication between the bookings, confirming appts, and the website. Basically if you're booking a couples massage don't use the site. It's more for single bookings in my opinion. However Bianca, was so nice--she was able to accommodate us for another date (which we were fine with) at no charge. She calmed me down a lot being that I'm 9 months pregnant. Super sweet and just went beyond. So upon arriving for our actual appts--Bianca greeted us right away. Took our coats and we were led upstairs within 5 mins. They offered tea or water. They provided us robes/slippers and our own little cubby with a lock and key. We waited maybe 5 more mins after we got dressed --then we got taken upstairs. Very calming inside for sure. Andrew was superb! The best. Abs book with him. He was great. For a prenatal massage I felt amazing afterwards. He informed me that there will be times he's going to ask about guidance specifically the hips since that's where I'm bothered the most being that pregnant people can really only sleep on their sides. Just an amazing massage! Get the lavender scent--it's soooo good. My husband had Holly and she was super nice. He said he loved his first massage ever. She was great. She asked him any pain/problem areas. Glad to say my husband is into spas now lol. The massages and staff definitely made up for the miscommunication that happened in the beginning and happy that we didn't end up cancelling it. Def worth it. Price was under $300. I just had an airbrush tan done by Natalia on Friday. It was super easy and quick to set up an…read moreappointment and the entire experience was extremely convenient. Instead of going to a salon and having to break up my entire day just to get a tan, I was able to do whatever I had to do at home prior to Natalia arriving. When Natalia arrived she quickly set up the pop up tent in my living room and my tan was complete within minutes. Natalia then applied baby powder in areas over the tan so that it would not feel sticky afterwards. I can personally say that it did not feel sticky AT ALL and I have experienced this feeling after other tans in the past (done at salons). Having a tan done in the comfort of your own home is amazing!! You do not need to worry about sweating off the tan after leaving a salon and ending up with weird and uneven marks. You can easily put on anything you want afterwards and feel extremely comfortable at home, until you can shower. You also don't need to worry about other weather inconveniences such as rain. The entire experience was great and Natalia was super sweet and personable. Natalia also followed up about my tan the next day and gave me suggestions to obtain the optimal color that I wanted. I had noted that for next time I want to go a shade lighter and Natalia advised me that she keeps a log of the shade she does for each client every time, so that it is easy to refer back to it during your next session. She suggested what I can do to lighten the color of my current tan for this time (this was only a trial, as I did not have a specific event to attend this time) and it worked!
