As a person who travels frequently, it's always a gamble to get your hair done somewhere you've never been before on the go.. HOWEVER.. I found Bella Sisters Salon on my way towards the highway and decided why not stop by , my hair was so wild and frizzy and I had 2 hours to be at a meeting, I just couldn't go to it looking like that! Now my morning had already been a frenzy waking up late and running out of the door. i just was not in the mood to be bothered with. I walked into the salon and immediately was greeted by friendly smiles and beautiful front desk women who not only fit me in the schedule in between clients do to my situation, but offered me all kinds of drinks and snacks while I waited to be seen. I sat in the boutique area which btw is to die for!! They have a beautiful arrangement of jewlery, clothes, bags, scarves you name it! While waiting I remembered that I had been invited to one of my girlfriend's birthday parties for this weekend and I realized how little time I had to get her a gift! So, with the help of the front desk girl named Kathy, I looked around the salon and was able to pair up an entire outfit with a scarf, jewlery and a nail polish to match! I saw Roberta for my wash, cut and blowdry. She was so sweet and attentive to my needs, we spoke about the issues I have with my hair and what I can do at home to help keep up with my hair. Not only did she use it on my head, but she showed me the product line called Hairdresser's invisible oil. Every step she took she explained to me why it needed to be done that way and how I can incorporate it into my daily and weekly routines.. I was amazed at how soft and straight my hair came out. Seriously, the most amazing facial I've EVER had, and this is coming from a recovered facial addict. I bought a $55 Buy With Me, which was for a 75 min facial, massage, and mask. After being greeted by Fernanda and offered a drink, Camilla took me to a lovely aesthetician's room. I got dressed and cozy but was feeling a bit bummed that I wasn't under any covers. Little did I know what awaited me: she came back in and wrapped me in the warmest of cocoons before starting with a head massage that was just divine. After gently steaming, cleaning, and exfoliating my skin with only Dermalogica products, she put on a meringue-airy-bubble-like stuff (apparently called scaler, or something like that?) that opened up my pores. While it settled in, the real magic happened. Camilla is an incredibly gifted masseuse. My neck, shoulders, and back feel like the entire session was spent on them. She cleaned me off, did some painless extractions (no vessel-popping tool, just her kind, gloved fingers), and then put on a Vitamin C mask. More massaging of my arms and hands. I fell asleep, woke up a grand total of 90 (!) minutes later, with glowing skin. Great little place, the sisters are all gorgeous and sweet. As one reviewer said, a hidden gem. read more

If I could base my rating on professionalism alone they would get more stars, that is not the case I came in was greeted with a huge smile! Went in to get a mani pedi, I asked to get a design on my nails something that shouldn't have been a problem if your great at your job this was not the case I was told not one knew how to do a nail design I mean come on now I'm literally asking for a few red and white stripes ( it was for the 4th of July) now I am not completely sure if they "didn't know how" or the fact that this was a Groupon purchase ( I buy the Groupon to test the services before returning as a non Groupon customer), anyway I said okay and just went on with my appointment, now here is what really annoyed me I got shellac which is supposed to last 2 weeks which its been less then two weeks, not only did the tech not get my full nail but when I pointed it out to her she seemed annoyed that I was asking her to paint my full nail still didn't get it right even after asking her. I do not work with my hands and when I've gotten shellac before it lasted even 3 weeks here we are less then two weeks later and the nail Polish is falling off my nails. I moved to this area recently and was looking for a place near my house where I could have my hair done. I searched online and fortunetely found Bella Sisters as one of my Top choices and decided to give it a try. I called to make an appointment, and the front desk staff was really kind and made the appointment at my best convenience. As soon I walked through the door I was warmly greeted, everybody there was so nice and professional, asked me if I would like to have something to drink (water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate or a glass of wine). WHAT A COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!! I Came desperate for a change, was felling my hair very dull and lifeless and was promptly taken by Roberta, she was really nice, she started me up with a consultation,heard what I had to say and at the right time gave me her professional opinion of what would be best for my hair. She did my color, Highlights, cut and blow dry. I don't know if I will find the right words to describe but, it was so far the best hair color and cut I've had in my entire life, it definitely passed my expectations. I'm definitely coming back. I have been going to Bella Sisters Salon & Spa since they first opened, and I can honestly say that I have never met a kinder, close knit staff than the ladies that work here. Everyone is wonderful, I can appreciate if someone had a bad experience at a salon, after all, everyone has bad days, (I am sure you all who gave less than savory reviews have had off days at your jobs) but I feel like there is no need to mention specific names of people in an effort to embarrass someone. I hope that those who are throwing stones do not live in glass houses. ;-) Moving on, I have had several services done at Bella Sisters Salon from cutting my hair, to facials, to massages, eyebrow wax, manicure, and pedicure, and I can honestly tell you that these women are all professionals who are not only well trained in their specialties but their prices are better than the majority of salons I have researched. I followed Roberta and Ana Paula from Dellaria in Natick when they opened their own salon/spa in March 2010. I have not been disappointed. Both Roberta and Ana Paula are very professional, friendly, warm and talented at their respective crafts! Roberta is an outstanding hair stylist, and I love the way she does my hair with the right amount of highlights. I have gotten many compliments on my hair color and have referred many of my friends to their salon. I also love the way my cut and blow out comes out as well! My friends have not been disappointed either and have referred other work friends/neighbors to the salon as well! Ana Paula does a wonderful job with waxing, she always makes me feel relaxed, pampered and satisfied with the results. I plan on scheduling a massage with her soon. I really like the "sister act" at Bella Sisters (four sisters working in one salon). I had followed Roberta, the main stylist, over from the Dellaria Day Spa at the Natick Collection. Fernanada, who books appointments and runs the desk, is a darling. I've had both massage and eyebrow, lip, and Brazilian bikini waxes there, professionally and discretely done by Ana Paula. I have very sensitive skin and I never have a skin reaction like I've had from other salons. I think that's because Ana Paula uses high quality products. The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing and I am always offered coffee, tea, water, juice and/or cake upon my arrival, and refills throughout my visit. I too, have been following Maria Luisa Perez for several years! She is a master at her craft! A true professional and so very nice! Before her, my hair was in desperate need of help...after years of coloring my hair myself and various other stylists/colorists making my hair all shades of awful! I am a big fan of this place! They gave me a discount for being a first time customer. The salon is top notch - so warm, friendly and clean. This place is completely cozy, inviting,and comfortable. I heard about the salon because of my wife. She has been going to salon for a very long time. She would always come refreshed and more beautiful than she is. I come to cut my hair with Roberta. I've been going to Maria for my hair cuts and foils for over 6 years. I've followed her from Natick, to Newton and now to Framingham at Bella Sister's Salon. She is that good! The salon is very nice and all the people working there are extremely friendly. I got a blowout from Caroline (Carol) this week and it was by far the BEST blowout I have ever had. She was so detail oriented and didn't let me leave till it was perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything more based on what I gave her to work with I'll attach a few before and after pictures. I'd gotten my hair done at a salon in NYC. When I went in, I'd asked for a caramel balayage. That's not what I left with, even after I told them I didn't like the color, and they added toner to darken it. I called Arté as a last resort, after trying to find multiple other salons in the Natick area who could accommodate me. None of them could; I was in a terrible time crunch(wedding, party, and holiday event) and needed something done ASAP. Arté took me as a walk in, and asked that I come in around noon for a consult. I met with Denise who was professional, and understanding at the same time. My hair didn't look "bad" but it wasn't what I'd asked for. I don't think the last salon had any bad intentions with my hair but they just weren't able to give me what I'd asked for (despite a picture and revisiting it during a 6 hour appointment.) Denise showed me several swatches and told me she'd do the best she could to rid my hair of the copper color, or mute it as much as possible. The end result is actually much closer to the color I'd originally wanted done. I went from copper/auburn to a warm brown/slight caramel color and I love it.

The salon was easy to find and had a little parking lot (it is next to a European Wax Center). It is a smaller salon with maybe 6-8 stations each for manicures and pedicures. They had a pretty large color selection that was well organized. I was greeted as I entered the salon, and since I had an appointment, they knew (and greeted me by) my name. It took as long as it took me to pick a color to be seated in the chair ready to go. My technician was Luci. She was very friendly and did a great job. She was thorough and took her time, but was still timely. She checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I liked the shape, length, color, etc. The prices at Pretty in Polish are competitive and well priced. They accept tips via cash and Venmo, and had the Venmo QR codes posted - which is super helpful given most people, myself especially, do not usually carry cash on hand. I would definitely consider this salon again if I need services in the area and would recommend if you are looking for a small, quiet salon.

We even stop washing her hair as often due to the instructions. Her hair isn't as bad as before but thought it would last longer especially with that expensive price tag. I asked about what products to use, not that I wanted to buy it, but when checking out, I was rang up for the products at full price. I didn't want to make a scene so I just purchased it. Asking shouldn't be an assumption that I wanted to buy. So using their product suggestions and instructions on how to maintain her hair, didn't work out as well as I thought.

He cursed at me and told me to get out just because I questioned the price of my pedicure, saying it was higher than the menu price. He asked me why I was being so picky, and when I was just unhappy, he started yelling and kicking me out. I advise everyone not to come here for services because you won't be comfortable and will only receive abusive language from the owner.

I came here for a spa day for my birthday for a massage, bikini/leg wax and a mani-pedi. At the time I made my appointments, I was told I could get a dip manicure. My massage was great. I was relaxed and Richard was very good at knowing how to push and mush my problem areas. Sue was fantastic. I've never done a wax, so I was nervous, but Susan made me comfortable. I didn't feel awkward at all. The only issue I had Sue actually pointed out; because my massage was scheduled first, my legs were oily for my waxing appointment, which made Sue's job more difficult. Now onto the mani-pedi. All the girls at the salon are really nice. My manicurist, Linda apparently doesn't work here full time, but that didn't matter to me. What mattered to me was the fact that she spent nearly three hours on my dip, and at the end told me "I would've made them thinner if we had more time." Folks, I was flabbergasted. As you can see in my photos, my nails were not even in shape or length and were extremely thick. After I left, I sat in my car in the parking lot and balled my eyes out. I've never had such a terrible experience getting my nails done. Also, even with four hours at the salon, I didn't have time for my pedicure. The photos I included were taken while I sat in the parking lot. Also, my nails were long and even when I came into the nail salon. I wrote management about my experience and they were able to fit me in the day after Christmas. So not only did I have to spend my birthday with the most embarrassing manicure ever, but I had to go back in to get them fix. I was told it would be covered, but then the manicurist, Dipa, (who was very nice), who came in on her day off when the salon was scheduled to be closed, didn't do dip, and since the original manicure killed my nails (it's been 4 months to the day and JUST now have my nails returned to the strength and length they were when I walked in on my birthday) they had to be clipped very short, forcing me to get tips... so they charged me another $40. Then my manicure/pedicure took 6 hours (I arrived at 1030am and left at 430); I had to cancel a birthday lunch with some friends as I was not even halfway done when I was due to leave. I'm mortified to have written this review, but everything I said was true, and I believe it's important that I post this. I have another gift certificate for this place that I received while I was having my spa day. I don't know if I'm going to come back because it was such a terrible experience.

Their event coordinator (might not be her title but we'll go with it) assigned Jenn to fix my hair. I can't even begin to tell you how much she rocked it. It shouldn't have been possible to get my hair so perfect, but she did it. As for the day of? Jenn also completely and totally nailed the style that I had in my head. Julie, Lauren and Joyce helped get the rest of my party in shape, no matter how complex the requested styles were, and we were, in my humble opinion, the most amazingly coiffed bridal party that has ever existed. I cannot thank the entire staff here enough for helping to make my wedding day so beautiful!

Ubered there and was warmly welcomed. Nicole did a fantastic French ombré in gel polish. I have had many French tips in gel, but this was my first gel French ombré. So fresh and professional looking! She was meticulous in her attention to details on each nail. With her skill, I wish I'd had more time for a pedicure. Next time I'm in town for business, I will definitely plan enough time for a full mani/pedi by Nicole at Luna Nails. Their high ratings are well deserved.
