Called their office, they stated they don't have those codes but would research and resubmit the bill. The resubmitted the bill with the same codes. I also had a chemical peel which should cause dryness and flakiness. Nothing happened, I called was transferred to the nurse hotline, left a message two weeks ago with no response. Waste of money and time. I am currently on hold again with the insurance company trying to get ahold of the Skin Physicians office.

But the scheduling/front staff are beyond horrible Very rude, very judgy (heard them gossiping rudely) and will constantly change your appointment without telling you or your confirmation. They are also no helpful at all when you are interested in packages and just try to get you to leave.
