They're awesome! I've been going here for a while now and it's always a smooth process. The staff are welcoming and polite. The first time I went they explained everything really well including aftercare, and made sure to use the right name for me when it differed from my paperwork. This place is amazing. I am currently on session 1.5 out of 30 but so far it's good. The pain with tattoo removal will vary as each session but there's music in background and they provide a stress ball to help. Plus the nurse/laser person is great at making conversation so time will be fast. The tattoo removal sessions are affordable and the customer service is amazing! Very friendly staff and amazing results on tattoo removal! Tanielle (practice coordinator) is so nice, answers all questions you might have, and is very accommodating with scheduling. Crystal did a wonderful job at the tattoo removal and explaining everything (also very friendly to talk to!). The photos show progress over 7 laser tattoo removal treatments (a session every 6-8 weeks, totaling almost 1 yr). Most of the photos are taken immediately after the treatment and fade out after a few days of healing (also forgot to take photos after a couple). Would have definitely had a couple of more sessions to finish the removal 100% if I hadn't had to move out of state! read more

Crystal is amazing. Came here for laser hair removal because, let's be honest, while I love the last place I went to (Dr. Sheila Nazarian in Beverly Hills), the drive is just insane. Thanks to Yelp, I found So Cal Body Institute. Appointments were easy to make, there's plenty of parking but the office can be hard to find. It's in a health building and there are no signs posted outside. I just called the clinic to confirm I was in the right parking lot and then I took the elevator up to the 2nd floor. So let's get back to Crystal. She is FAST, she is EFFICIENT and those are some key and prime characteristics to have when someone is wielding a laser lol They also have great packages to save money. They help you do a test first to see if your brows are still savable by laser. Price is a good for the kind if service and treatment you're getting. I've spent some time looking for laser tattoo removal. This business came up in my search and I decided on them based on the reviews. I'm very happy with my decision! In August, I sent my inquiry and received a quick response. I scheduled my first appointment shortly after. Let me tell you, my first session hurt like hell! Yesterday was my third time under the laser and the pain has been more tolerable. My tattoos is pretty large (half sleeve) and dark, so I know that it'll take some time to lighten. Before I get into my review I do want to say I just had my first session so I have not seen results yet since this is only day 1. However with that being said I did want to leave a review based of my first appointment experience. I have done extensive research on liposuction and different non surgical methods. I found this office on social media and decided to take a look at the results and reviews. They had very good feedback so I decided to schedule a consultation which was free. Tanielle and Crystal the office managers were not only very professional but super knowledgeable and very understanding. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on procedures I didn't need and as a matter of fact they talked me out of stuff they didn't think I would benefit from. In any case after my consult I booked my first cool sculpting session. Cool Sculpting Review: It's is not painful but more so uncomfortable. I did my abdomen and arms. My arms did hurt after the session but it was more of a burn than a pain and it only lasted 10/15 minutes. I would not suggest to do both arms at the same time. I did half abdomen and opposing arm. In terms of the abdomen I didn't not feel any pain during or after. The only sensation is the suction of the machine but again, not painful just uncomfortable. The whole time during my session (two hours) the ladies made me feel super comfortable! They checked on me several times, got to know me and made sure to keep me updated on how the process was going. I'm really hoping to see some good results so I can come back and do any other problem areas I have because these women made the whole process so easy! Thank you!!! Well unfortunately I have forever lost contact with my tattoo artist for a very large piece left unfinished that no one would touch. Fortunately i found this amazing place! Crystal and Tanielle have been heaven sent. Very patient with me During my consultation and upfront about how long of a process it will be to remove the work. They took the time to educate me about the laser removal process as well as how the run they show at the clinic. Scheduling appts is easy with planning and my treatment is on a frequent roll now. I haven't had any issues getting in on the timing my treatments need. This location is in a beautiful area and the facilities are well kept. Parking is in its own lot so no stress with street or metered parking. Always lots of spaces to choose from. The entire medical office building the clinic is in strictly observes covid precautions if you have risks and are concerned. Will post before and after pics when we get there.
