I couldn't decide whether to give this place two or three stars. I gave them three because they were very nice! The place looks awesome, the neon colors, huge tvs, and 24 pedicure chairs wowed me. They were very nice and greeted us like they were happy to see us. I got dip powder on my nails and regular polish on my toes. The $40 pedicure was ok, the massage was extremely disappointing. I always look forward to the massages, so you can imagine how sad I was when the one I got was sub par. The guy who did my nails rushed them so much. I don't know why he was in such a hurry but gosh, they look like crap. It's a shame because they have SO MANY dip powder colors. At least 100! I got so excited when I saw them, I couldn't wait to decided on a color. A lot of them are crooked, and some aren't filed right. And he INSISTED on putting a clear gel polish coat on top so it looked shinier, but he was still in such a rush that some of my nails have bubbled up and some are very patchy with the gel polish. Ugh. But after all that, I still want to go back and have someone else do them. They just had so many colors that I can't not go back and try again. read more

I've been coming here for 2 years! Kelley is my favorite for pedicures! She's literally amazing. I went a few days ago and they had plastic in between customer and tech. She was wearing a mask and a face shield! All employees had masks as well and were cleaning often. Only not so good of my experience was calling in to make an apt. The lady told me to come sooner than I requested so I wouldn't make the tech wait....the tech wasn't there when I got there. I am so disappointed with this spa I went on 9/30 and was charged one price and went back on 10/10 and was charged $40 more for the same exact service. I was not informed of this change until my card had already been charged. Needless to say I will NEVER return!!!! read more

I am GENUINELY surprised this place has the stars it does. I paid extra for callus and softner, she sbrushed over it with one stroke, my feet feel hard and cracked still. The paint on my toes was uneven and hardly covered the nails it wasnt painted near the toenail cuticle or sides of toe nails.. I paid for acrylic and ALL my nails are different sizes and some of them are slanted upright. When asking to fix the toes and nails they were MAD. I never ask to get things fixed because im too modest, but this was so bad i literally cried because i finally got a chance to take care of myself having time away from my kids for the 1st time in 6 months and after having a baby 4 months ago. I honestly feel like i put 3 twenty dollar bills, one ten dollar bill and 3 one dollar bills in the shredder. So upset. The guy yelled at me too when i asked him if he could repaint my nail that was bubbled and matted (he literally painted over the smear) making it worse. My nails are so embarrasing, and im not a person that normally is "done up" all the time. This was an attempt to take care and feel good about myself. As i was walking out another lady was walking in asking them to fix her nails because her nails were also pointing up (this looks very awkward) PLEASE dont give these people your money... also, i have so much of that dried acrylic powder EVERYWHERE under and around on my skin. As evidenced by my review history, I don't ever do this, and it honestly pains me to complain about customer service anywhere. First, let me say that the technicians are wonderful, and the wait times are minimal. My girlfriend and I went and had pedicures today, and our feet feel and look amazing! My experience with the liaison was nothing short of terrible. To provide some background, my girlfriend received a bonus through her job and told me she wanted to go and get pedicures together, her treat. We did just that, and nearing the end of our sessions, she asked me if I wanted her to bring me the bill, and I politely informed her that my girlfriend would be paying this time. She looked me right in the face and said "Gross." Because I didn't have color added, I politely excused myself when my pedicure was over to free up a chair, and I went to the waiting area. The liaison then asked me, "Are you really not going to pay?," and I explained to her that my girlfriend had gotten a work bonus and wanted to have pedicures together, her treat (like that was any of her business in the first place). The liaison this then imitated a vomiting motion and informed me that all the men that wanted to gain her attention had to pay for everything. It didn't stop there. She then felt compelled to inform me that my girlfriend could have spent her bonus on something else, and I'm sure her bosses would have loved to hear that. When my girlfriend was paying, the liaison promptly pointed out to her all the things she was wearing and had on her body that men had all paid for, and she made a point to highlight that she was not sleeping with any of these men (while thrusting a finger in my face as if to further drive home whatever histrionic nonsense she'd cooked up for herself.). By the time we left, both my girlfriend and I were thoroughly put off and decided never to go back despite the convenient location and good quality of work. I don't name names because I am not a "heads must roll" kind of person, nor am I a "Karen." This experience was simply an egregious display of poor boundaries and a total lack in professionalism and customer service. I wish the technicians there the very best, but I will not be returning. read more

I go here all the time and everyone is very respectful and friendly, prices are average but work is excellent, very clean and doesn't reek of chemicals. Gets packed quickly so appointments are recommended but they do take walk-ins. They do offer drinks and have several televisions playing. I highly recommend read more

I took my daughter and mom here for a girls day. We had the worst experience ever. Me and my mom got pedicures but my daughter wanted her nails done. The shop is set up to where the pedicures are in the back of the store and the nails are on the front of the store. When receiving my pedicure I could not see my daughter where she was having her nails done. I trusted these people to do her nails with no issues. We got done before her so I went and looked at how it was going for her. The color looked burgundy and I thought okay that's different but okay. I paid and waited. As soon and she was done I looked and the color was a bright red and I asked if that's what she picked and she said no. She picked a hot pink color and the guy brought the colors in a box and asked her if that was it she said yes she thinks so because she assumed he grabbed the one she pointed to. I asked if they could change the color to what she asked for and they refused unless I repaid. And when I told them that's ridiculous it's not the color she asked for and they should fix it they yelled at my daughter tried to tell her to tell me it was. I could to believe they would yell at a child like that and try and put the blame on her. They should have taken the color out and showed her the color or did one nail and then asked if that was okay knowing it's a child who's only ever had her nails done once. I would not recommend this place to anyone let alone if you want to treat your child. I'd recommend going somewhere else for use. read more

Me and my daughter went today for her 10th birthday. We both got a mani/pedi. She has only ever been maybe once or twice in her life. The man who did her nails kept saying how she was moving too much and how he could have done better if she didn't move. SHES A CHILD! Then her clipped her nails so much that he hurt her and then said "well your moving too much". Her toe nails we're not super dirty or anything but he repeatedly asked her "uh do you play outside a lot"....uh yeah..SHES A CHILD! We were not offered a drink until the very end by a different employee. Her nails don't look good, she could have honestly done better by herself. She wanted them ALL teal and HE DECIDED HIMSELF to put Polka dots and flowers on them!! Who just resides she wants that???? THEN ON TOO OF EVERYTHING he leaves her sitting there without checking if they were dry so he could go outside to SMOKE A CIGARETTE!!!! I came here after a recommendation from a friend. Her nails looked amazing. But it definitely makes a difference which technician you get! When I left my toes looked like this! All cut down and painted a mess! When the manager saw how upset I was, he talked to the nail tech. Then apologized to me. However, I wasn't offered the opportunity of having them re-done or even a discounted rate. They still charged me full price and hurried me out the door just to get rid of me. My roommate and I had gone for manicures after work and I decided to get the Bella Manicure. During the Manicure there is a wax dip for your hands. Typically I love this however she didn't cool off the wax at all. I initially tried to tell it was too hot and he took my hand out for a few seconds and then put it back in, I tried to just grit my teeth and go with it however it felt to hot and was burning me. I had to tell her it's too hot it's burning me you shouldn't sleep just kind of stared at me unsure of what to do and I stared at her I'm sure of what to do and she finally took my hand out of the wax and cools off the other bag of wax a little bit and then put my hand in that one then put my now burned hand back in the wax. At this point she became frustrated with me and the rest of the manicure was rushed. My roommate on the other hand had the complete opposite experience and had an amazing manicure maybe it's all in who you get. read more

If I could rate this place a zero I would me and my mom went here to get our pedicure and when we sat down I was asked if I wanted anything to drink and I asked if they have any wine they then look confused and one lady ask how old I was being rude about it im 21 years old and I know sometimes I don't look like it you don't have to be rude about she asked for my ID and I showed her then she starting saying something I couldn't understand to her coworker and laughing and the whole time doing our pedicures they were just laughing and pointing at our legs and toes and while doing this another person comes up to me asking what I'm wanting to do for a manicure and I showed him what I wanted and told him but I just paint not gel and he told me that they could only do that look with solar and not paint even though I know that's not true because I've gotten it done somewhere else and then he asked me I could just do regular French tip and it would be $45 instead of $55 and asked me which one I wanted I said the $45 then he turns to his coworker and starts laughing and acting like I'm stupid because of what I asked for before anyways just wouldn't spend your money here especially if your young like me they won't take you seriously. I always tip my customer service workers extremely well but this experience lead me not wanting to tip a high percentage so I went with a small amount. Hospitality is always something workers should consider when expecting a good tip. read more

This nail salon made me bleed. I have a large bunion on left foot. It is not painful, and it is easy to see it us not a callus. I was having a pedicure, which I was looking forward to. The tech took a sponge that is normally used to scrub the sole of the foot, and started scrubbing the bunion vigorously, before I could stop him. I bled profusely. As if that wasn't bad enough, the next day I began to feel an ingrown toenail on my right toe. I had to dig it out myself, which was hard because I had knee surgery just a few months ago. Other nail salons I have been to took care of ingrown toenails for me, but not this one. I won't be going back there. This town has enough good nail salons that no one needs to patronize a bad one. read more

I just went in and got a pedicure and solar nails and was blown away. The service was awesome. My pedicure was not rushed, Dustin did such a good job and was extremely nice. Sandy did my solar nails which turned out amazing. She listened and did them exactly the way I wanted. They are all really nice and you can tell they really care about their customers. It is a very beautiful salon. They are efficient. My hands and feet came out nice and soft. Loved the massage. However I went in with nice long nails that needed trimmed to all one length and came out with no nails, I mean the ends of my fingers all hurt because the nails ate too short. She didn't ask me how long I wanted them or if I wanted the straight or rounded. At my age it takes along time to even grow my nails:( They were friendly and I could understand most of what they said. But I seriously think it is rude when they carry on conversations with each other in their native tongue. What happened to the old rule: no speaking a foreign language during work hours. If that is no longer the rule in the United States it certainly should be. Would I go back? Probably because I have never found a salon in Burleson where the employees speak English and only English. My father's second wife was German and it took her no time at all to learn the English language and to speak it well. She watched television and it helped her a lot. read more

I been to this nail place a time before and it was great,but i came here today and got a different person then last time,I picked out a sparkly blue and when I sat down and told her the color she said I had to pick a different one because they where almost out so I picked a light sparkly green color,she asked for the type of nail design and I said almond she said "almond really?" I said yes and she started doing my nails and was very ruff and they where uneven and one side of the nails where straight then the other side was rounded,she started dipping my nails into the powder once she fnished it was very bumpy and some nails were longer then the others i told her and she got very ruff and started talking in a rude voice to the other nail techs,They brought me to another lady that was the manger to do my nails and she did great. I got a gift card for Christmas to Bella Spa and nails. I took my daughter with me to have a girls day. I carefully looked over the menu and selected what I could afford. I told them exactly what I wanted for me and my daughter and reiterated the prices with them to make sure that's what I got. They confirmed by repeating what I wanted. During our pedicures, they asked my daughter what scent she wanted. I said "I didn't know her package came with that. " They said yes it does. I thought.. Cool right..so she picked lavender. After our pedicures they separated us for our fingernails. I thought that was a bit weird to do my nails at the pedicure tub since all the other fingernail spots were open, but I shrugged it off. After our nails, I got to the cash register and the price was over $80 higher than I was quoted! I asked why it was so high and they said.. She asked for the lavender...(which she didn't I was there) I said even so, that is still much more than we had talked about and they said well she (my daughter) got such and such nails.. An upgrade. I asked my daughter about it and she said the lady never told her the price but kept telling her she wanted the other kind of nails because it was better for her. I was so ticked considering they knew she is a minor and I was paying for it and was never consulted. This place is an absolute scam. I will never go back. read more
