really disappointed. I drove all the way here - there was a sign on the door that the attendant was away u til a certain time. so I killed time and waited just to come back and be told that strollers are not allowed. I have a 7 week old and came to buy everything to do my nails at home. not sure where this policy would come into play- I was the only person in the store and could have easily walked around with the employee if the concern is shop lifting with strollers. regardless, its crazy that you would turn someone away and disappointing because I drove 30+ mins just to be told to leave. read more

The staff are nice enough, everyone is always eating when I go in so it smells like a mix of fast food and chemicals... A lot of selections, but it looks like stuff you could get cheaper online. I would say the no bags policy is getting a bit extreme, recently they tried to have my shove my purse in a locker..my other option was to leave it upfront with the staff, or in my car at town east. I understand why they might think it's going to protect their business, but instead they're alienating customers. I will personally be exploring other nail supply stores in the area read more

I visited this nail supply store with my sister-in-law. We both enjoy doing our own nails and we thought it would be fun to visit this professional nail supply store open to the public. They have a wide variety of products and needless to say we were pleased with the inventory. Some of the products were on the floor and that made shopping a bit awkward. The one thing that really bothered me however was that I felt that I was being watched at times. I left my phone in my car. I left my cart with my sister-in-law and walked out to my car. The worker at the store went to the window and watched me and stood there pretending to be fixing up a display. At checkout they were very friendly with my sister-in-law and just very hurried with me. We spent an equivalent amount of money at the store. I felt as if they were treating my sister-in-law differently than they treated me. I should note that she is white and I am not. As a brown girl, I know how to shop in that I don't put my hands in my pockets and I try to not seem suspicious. Nevertheless, I definitely noticed a different treatment here. I will shop there again because I do love the nail supply variety found here, but I really hope I can be treated a little more nicely. I will give them one more opportunity to make it right. I have been shopping at this store for a couple of years. I DID like it till today! I show up, the person working there hung a janky sign up on the door handle "be back in 5 min". There were a couple of people waiting, barely staying dry underneath cause it was pouring down rain in 50 degrees. I opted to run around to ups and another place. Came back, sign was still up. Only 1 woman standing outside now. As soon as the employee came back, i ran thru the rain and now in a hurry since they were gone for so long, and I walk in, she tells me they now have a bag policy and I couldn't bring my purse. It was almost laughable. I said what am I supposed to do with it and told me, I could go back out to my car and leave it cause.Yes, that's what we want to do is leave our personal items in our cars, or I could put it in some locker. Granted, I have no idea how the locker works, who keeps the key. Nothing! but I literally tell her all I need is a red sparkly Dip powder and point to the area, can you just grab it for me. Long story short, i left. Will never go back. Takes years to gain a customer and seconds to lose one. If you have a theft problem.....find another way to police your customers. I will now just go online and order. You could have reached out to your customers since you have their info since we have a type of membership and let us all know your new crappy policy. I will not EVER leave my purse in my car. Your theft is not my problem! read more

I normally never write reviews but do not go here! I purchased a box of nails and realized when I get to my house(40 min away) they were not the nails I was wanting. The boxes are super confusing to grab with no labels or anything! So today I drive another 40 min to the shop to exchange them for the right nails I wanted and to actually grab a few more items. I was stopped at the door and told I could not exchange anything! Like wtf? I can see if the box was labeled or something and it was my mistake but the boxes are clear and you can't even tell what they look like! Who's to say it was even in the right place! I've spent a $100s of $ here and to loose a customer of an $11 box of nails (which were labeled $9) that's how I know the box was in the wrong place! Is stupid! I won't be back and will spend my $ where I can shop and feel confident in my purchase! read more

The owner greets me by name, she never makes me feel dumb about not understanding how to use products but instead she explains and helps me understand each product and what will work best for the lowest prices. They are super clean, very organized and always have the newest trends and products for lowest prices. They have products for beginners and experts. Best nail supply for people like me who don't like ordering online. And you don't need a license to purchase which helps for people who don't have theirs yet! read more
