From the moment you check in you're captivated by the grounds. They pour six wines and we opted for the charcuterie board. The charcuterie board has a nice spread of olives, white & red wine salami, various cheeses and macadamia nuts. My favorite cheese was the Espresso White Cheddar. As for the wines my favorite wine out of everything i tasted wasn't on the wine flight but purchased separately. That would be the Emmolo Vineyards No 9 Sparkling Brut. The staff at the self service bar was very friendly but our personal tasting staff left a little more to be desired. We wish he would have broke down what flavor and scent notes each wine had, what charcuterie items paired well with what wines and remind us to rinse our glasses between tastings to avoid mixed flavor notes. He was more so in a rush and even after being tipped was sort of in a rush to get us out so he could get the table ready for the next party. We wound up getting two bottles of 2019 Grand Durif Petite Sirah to go, as when you spend over $100 your wine tasting is comped.
