Looking for a chill place to grab a beer in Suisun? Craft & Cork is the place to go! Located within the Suisun Water front. There's plenty of street parking and parking lots close by to get here, it's a little far out but if you're from the area it's a nice chill place to go to catch up. The workers are so friendly and so is the owner, Tim. Every time I've been there Hector has been working the bar and he is really good at remembering everyone's names, always filling up our glasses and making sure we're ok. His dog Charlie is usually around too. I love the art on the walls, the vibe, music, and just how chill it is. They have plenty of local beers available, along with variety, ciders, and wine if you're not a beer drinker. My go to is usually the Pineapple cider which can be sweet, or any of the stouts. They have plenty of IPAs and Lagers too. The beers are fairly priced and they do not serve any food there. They have signs for a local Mexican restaurant next door where you can call and order and they bring the food right to you at the bar and they take both cash and card. If you check in on Yelp it says there's a discount but they don't currently honor it. The owner was gracious to honor it my first time there. It's nice to have a place like this in this area to be able to hang out at.

First time visiting Suisun City CA. Located right off the marina waterfront area. Nice walk from downtown suison if the surrounding hotels. Went for a walk on the waterfront and stumbled upon this GEM. Excellent customer service from the time we entered to closing our tab. Clean establishment, current and upbeat ambiance. Great selection of brew and wines some local and some not. I missed a picture with the other owners but they were all so welcoming and excited we stopped for a visit. We came on a holiday, although it was busy for 4th of July there was a decent amount of space for sitting. There are also games available to play at your tables. I believe they had complimentary popcorn. Looking forward to the next visit.

Super personable, great energy, and made the whole experience feel effortless. I ordered the peanut butter and jelly burger--smash-style patty with bacon, peanut butter, jelly, Tabasco, and pickles--and wow... one of the most unique and satisfying burgers I've had in a long time. It hits that perfect balance of savory, sweet, and nostalgic. I asked Paul what he would pair with it, and he absolutely nailed it. He introduced me to "Chimp My Ride" from Solano Brewing Company, a rich stout with chocolate and peanut butter notes that complemented the burger perfectly. It honestly brought back that childhood lunchbox feeling in the best way possible. On top of that, Chef Jamie personally brought out the food and took the time to connect--great conversation, great presence, and you can tell there's real pride behind what they're doing here. The vibe, the style, the food, and the people all come together here. Easy five stars. I'll definitely be back.

Within minutes, I knew I'd found exactly where I wanted to spend a hot summer afternoon. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between neighborhood tavern and craft beer destination. Vintage bicycles hang overhead, dozens of rotating taps line the wall, and the energy is lively without ever feeling chaotic. Whether you're catching the match, meeting friends after work, or simply escaping the summer heat, Rustwater has that welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay for another round. Following the bartender's recommendation, I ordered the Chicken Ciabatta from the specials board with a side of crispy tater tots, and it was absolutely the right call. The sandwich arrived beautifully presented on a perfectly toasted ciabatta roll with just the right amount of crunch. Inside was juicy grilled chicken layered with smoky bacon, melted provolone, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and a flavorful pesto mayo that brought everything together without overpowering the fresh ingredients. Every bite delivered a wonderful combination of textures and balanced flavors. The tater tots were exactly what great tavern food should be, golden, crisp, and light on the outside with a fluffy interior. They became downright addictive when dipped into a combination of ketchup and a Ghost Hot Sauce that once they are out they are out adding a slow-building kick that complemented the crispy potatoes perfectly. As I enjoyed a cold pint from their outstanding rotating tap list, Spain put the finishing touches on a 2-0 victory over France, sending them to the World Cup Final. Great soccer, an exceptional craft beer, and a fantastic lunch, it doesn't get much better than that on a scorching summer afternoon. Rustwater has earned its reputation over the years, and it's easy to understand why. Friendly service, an outstanding craft beer program, elevated tavern food, and an atmosphere that invites you to linger long after the final whistle. If you're looking for one of downtown Fairfield's best spots to enjoy creative tavern fare, explore an ever-changing lineup of craft beers, and catch the big game, Rustwater Kitchen & Taproom deserves a place on your list. I'll definitely be back to see what's on tap next, and without question, those crispy tater tots will be making another appearance on my table with the ghost hot sauce, if still available, due to the company going out of business.

Which was why when craft beer boomed everywhere else, I wasn't at all surprised that it was largely absent from Vacaville. & that is also why Solano Brewing Company was such a pleasant discovery for me. On a visit back to the area, a friend I used to homebrew with for years introduced me to an actual craft brewery with, technically, a Vacaville address. While it's a good distance outside of town, it's still close enough to be someplace to go around Vacaville that's more interesting than the town's repetitive corporate chain dining & big box retail. It's a great spot to grab some quality brews. There's plenty of parking. There's inviting spaces, both indoor & outdoor, for sitting & relaxing a while. The outdoor area is quite expansive. The service has been friendly & welcoming. & yeah, I like the beers. For me, Solano Brewing Company is 1 of the better breweries in the Vacaville/ Dixon/ Davis region. So if you're in, around, or near Vacaville looking for a day/ night out to chill & maybe have a beer, consider Solano Brewing Company as an alternative to the ho-hum humdrum predictable complacency of the town's many name recognition chain brands. Any questions regarding any of the beers or anything else for that matter are promptly answered. If its beer related and you just aren't sure, they happily offer a taster. I find almost all the beers delightful. There's been a few duds, but I like that they are always trying new things. The menu has some consistent favorites, but you'll see new items fairly consistently. I especially enjoy "Hazy on the 80" and the "Scottie Rippen". Inside seating is somewhat limited but it's cozy and there are seats at the bar as well. Outside seating is plentiful and awesome on a beautiful day. Plenty of covered areas as well for the not so pleasant days. Kids and pets are very welcome. There's a playground and grassy area. It's also spacious enough if you just want to be around other adults and not be bothered by all that type of hoopla. There is a rotating carousel of food trucks and live music. Best to check their website calendar to see who is there and when. Plenty of great trucks and wonderful bands from what I've seen thus far. There are also themed events ranging from cornhole tournaments to music bingo. So don't be like me and sit around for years before going. Get off your culo and meet the gang out there.
