I went to Bella Vida a few days ago for botox, and it's the best injection I've ever had. I actually tried a new muscle relaxant. I can't remember the name and I had visible results in just 2 days. Even my partner commented. Also a month and a 1/2 ago I had my last treatment of laser and microneedling. So when I went in the other day, I got to see the before and afters. O m g! Went to Bella Vida on a recommendation from a friend. I was so pleased that everyone in the office was kind and attentive from start to end when I went in for a consultation. I met with Dr Harold who was informative and honest which are two qualities I always look for in any kind of provider. I can tell that he was interested in the well-being of his patients and not trying to sell me on anything. I also noticed that everyone I. The office looked good but normal; no one had that frozen, puffed, or all around work-done kind of face which is not my preference. I felt really good about it all and ended up booking three sessions of Potenza. I have never had any cosmetic procedure done before and was a bit nervous but he explained how it works and what to expect. At my first session, once again I found Ken to be kind and attentive and such a pleasure to talk to. I then met with Nurse Hillary who performed the procedure and she, too, was very sweet, easy to talk to, and kept checking in with me to see how I was doing. I'm very pleased with my first session and overall experience so far. Although I was informed that I would not see any significant or any at all results until some months after the last treatment, I swear my skin looks and feels so much better than before! I'm grateful for the whole team that took good care of me, my progress, and am looking forward to the next session. FANTASTIC! that word sums up everything about Bella Vida MedSpa. The spa is beautiful, clean, current. the staff are knowledgeable and kind and fun, the treatments are top notch. I have had several treatments here and have been pleased. Dr Rick and Stephany made me comfortable relaxed and laughing. I am 67 and not ever wanting to go under the knife but things were sagging. my latest treatment was XERF skin tightening non surgical facelift. Going into it I was cautiously optimistic that I would really see results. I've been coming to Bella Vida for a little over a year and it's always a great experience, I normally see Dr. Harold for Botox but this year I was lucky enough to win the grand prize in a raffle - I got Dysport, 1 syringe of Kysse lip filler and one vial of Sculptra . This time I saw Hillary , and she was AMAZING. I had only gotten lip filler once before and the previous injector asked me for pictures of what "lips I wanted " - Hillary was incredible and took her time to enhance MY lips in a way that stayed true to their shape and my face . She is INCREDIBLY skilled and has an eye for detail . I was especially impressed that she was teaching someone at the time and was explaining her technique in a way that was at a very high level . I'm not squeamish so they did ask my permission to have someone ln the room learning and I was totally okay with that - but if you have more anxiety they are really really good at making sure you're comfortable. I always wait to review till my results are completely set - so this appointment was around a month ago but - everything looks perfect. I had minimal bruising considering how much I had done in one day and - it's perfectly subtle , and exactly what I wanted . Rick was so awesome. Ended up trying and loving the effects of the potenza radio frequency. I'm squeamish when it comes to needles, but he explained the procedure so thoroughly I felt at ease. Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous as it was my first time receiving the Potenza treatment but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. My skin felt tighter and appeared rejuvenated in the treated areas, and as the days passed my face looked as if it was glowing and felt much softer. Minimal pain depending on the areas treated but definitely worth it and the pricing is great compared to other clinics. Super friendly staff and very efficient! First off, this spa is absolutely stunning and perfectly clean! I've been to spas in the past where the lighting is off and the rooms do not seem sanitary and this is absolutely not the case here. Secondly, the staff is knowledgeable and supportive of my skincare goals. More importantly, I didn't feel pressured to receive more treatment than was needed and I also didn't feel pressured to buy several products, this is an issue I've been faced with many times at spas in the past.
