Visiting the Nashville area and shopping at the Tanger outlet mall, decided to try out this coffee shop. The server was not very friendly upon me entering the shop. In all fairness, she was in the middle of blowing her nose. I paused before approaching the counter to make sure that I saw her thoroughly wash her hands at the sink that was right there in the front. She did, and I proceeded. She was helpful in explaining their different options to me, and I decided to try something new, a butterbeer latte. Very interesting, probably won't get it again, but nice to try. This was my first visit to RB in the Tanger Mall Outlets. It's close to my house so I was excited to check it out and see if it's somewhere I can frequent. My daughter had gotten some coffee a couple weeks ago and said it was really good. She is a barista so she's picky! I am not a coffee drinker so ordered hot chocolate and some breakfast tacos. The tacos are SO FULL but otherwise they were just fine. They really lacked taste so I added salt and Cholula which helped a lot. I was disappointed but at least they were filling! The hot chocolate was decent but seemed a little light on the chocolate. It was really cold inside and the music was incredibly loud. When I think about coffee shops, I think warm and cozy; inviting spaces. This really wasn't for me. Hopefully next time it'll be better. read more

RUDE AND UNSANITARY! I asked for a double shot, and instead of doing it, the barista said, "I don't have time for that." Then what exactly do you have time for, if not doing your job? The other barista making our drink couldn't keep track of which cup had which syrup... So she began to STIFF every cup after sneezing, without covering her nose!!! Seriously??? RBCC is a nice big space that looks comfortable to hang out in for a while. My mother and I stopped by today for a little coffee boost. We both got the 16oz chai lattes. Ordering and checking out were good and easy, plus our lattes were made quickly. Unfortunately the chai lattes were not that great. My mom drank about a third of hers and tossed it. I'm stubborn and thus drank all of mine but was underwhelmed by the bland flavor. I don't live in this state, just visiting so I wouldn't be back. Maybe other lattes are better...hopefully. The Red Bicycle is over rated in general and this location is subpar compared to the others. After a few visits, I find the staff slow and confused on order taking and wanting on basic service skills. The food is reminds me of airport terminal food: over priced and under done. The lattes have way too much cream and flavoring syrup; I'd be shocked if espresso is in their recipe. Crepes are riddled with sub quality fillers and toppings leaving no space for flavor or quality. You are far better off with taking your money to the food trucks on the weekend. read more

Cozy but spacious gourmet boutique coffee shop conveniently located in the Tanger Outlet. The interior is a open and inviting. You can dine inside at one of the many tables, grab a seat around the fire pit out front or along the sidewalk on one of the benches. Great place to chill out, catch up with friends, grab a coffee and go or have a light lunch/snack. I love the fact that it's not very noisy and no music blasting. You can actually have a conversation while you have coffee or eat. Excellent and friendly service. The employee helped us make our selections at the counter. The menu fare is limited to sandwiches, muffins and crepes. We had the grilled cheese sandwich, chips, fries (potatoes) with a honey and miel caffe latte and a cappuccino. The coffees were freshly made and was excellent. The sandwiches were served hot and very good. I am excited to have another neighborhood coffee option close by and will definitely visit again. read more

Visited red bicycle coffee shop recently on a weekend trip. The coffee was good and the food was ok. We were very disappointed when we waited almost 30 minutes for our sandwich just for it to be the wrong sandwich. When we asked about the sandwich the employee was rude. Also the employees were extremely unprofessional, they continued their conversation while we stood at the counter to order , and one of the employees was obnoxiously singing while myself and others were trying to enjoy company, lunch, studying and overall just a peaceful cafe experience. This could've been avoided but unfortunately they were lacking basic customer service skills. read more

We were really excited to come however when we got there and order our two OG breakfast sandwiches one with a everything bagel the other with a Asiago bagel we then waited 30 minutes for them to finally get to our table it was room temp the cheese was not even melted. The miss communication on the menu, the menu stated that it came with a side of chips however when we got our food they didn't come on our plate. Then went up and asked the barista about it. I have been a fan of Red Bicycle for years, and I just went to this location for the first time today. The staff were very friendly - the perfect amount of chatty and professional. Even though it was mid-morning, I got the chicken pesto crepe (their entire menu is available all hours) and it was DELICIOUS. With their crepes, you get a lot of food for your dollar. This is no dainty crepe! I'm so glad to have this location nearby! read more

Free WiFi and a good study place. I ordered the Red Velvet Crepe on their limited time Valentines menu, and it was not worth the $10.87. The pricing is pretty normal and makes sense for expensive Nashville prices, but the quality was 'meh' as the crepe had a mushy texture, and it was chocolate instead of red velvet. On top of that, the chocolate tasted more like cocoa powder and wasn't very sweet. read more

The girl who took our order looked as if she would rather have teeth pulled than help us. Two things that we ordered they couldn't make because the fryer was being cleaned or something. In the middle of the day? Is that not something you do before opening? Decided on 2 coffees and a grilled cheese. During our entire transaction not a single pleasantry was uttered by her. We were inconveniencing her with our very presence apparently. Of course I'm not leaving a tip. And that's bad considering I work in the service industry and always tip well.
