Food was amazing! However the two teenagers running the register were so rude. We ordered our food, paid for extra sides, so we could have the food the way we wanted it and not bother the staff. Once the food came none of the extra sides came with the order. We asked them to provide the sides. Instead of "no problem" or "Be right back" the young girls walked away and returned abruptly placing our food on the table. We were there 5 minutes after closing time. Received dirty looks, and then heard the girls talking about wanting to slam table chairs into us to get us to leave.(even demonstrating how they would smash the chairs into us) I would recommend this place for the quality of food, but if you see a brown hair and blonde young girl, RUN, you will be threatened. read more

Notable ... The menu inside the restaurant (which is digital) has print way too small to be able to see prices, let alone what the items include. Ok, so I check the take out menu so I can read it. Almost NO prices on takeout menu. Only a few things have prices. I guess the prices are changed so often that it is cost prohibitive to print the prices on the menu then have to reprint when the prices change. Ordered a sandwich with a drink and a bag of chips. The charge was $3.99 for a medium fountain drink and a very very small bag of chips. No combo or meal price .... just a separate line item of $3.99. I have to say, honestly, the value is not there (even in these very expensive times). We ask for mayo packets. The person asks how many we want. We say a bunch, like 4 or 5. She gives us 4. Yeah, great customer service ... not. The meatball grinder (4.5 inch size) looked like it had a single meatball sliced up and hardly any sauce leaving it really dry. No shortage of bread though. I ordered two large specialty pizzas online at Bellacinos. It's been a while since I had their pizza, my great nieces came over for a visit, and decided they wanted Bellacinos pizza. The total cost of the two pizzas was $47.94. I ordered a meat eater and a barbecue chicken pizza, the pizzas were only ok. They didn't taste like they once tasted. They're still not stingy with their toppings the toppings were plentiful, but the crust wasn't good and it was tough. The pizza flavor was ok, but over all not as good as it use to be. I'll continue going to Papa John's. I think this was my final visit to Bellacinos Pizza and Grinders. read more

Huge disappointment. Not what it once was. Just seems like owner/management has given up and don't really care about the product anymore. The customer service is the only thing they have that's good and even that has issues. Very nice people just maybe not built for the restaurant business. They don't have Grinders, they have toasted subs. Similar but they're not the same thing. The pizza is just a big bundle of grease but I will give them credit, they're not greedy with the toppings!! read more

I'm originally from Chicago, and on the advice of friends I was told Bellacinos would offer me a "taste of home." Sadly, what they considered a calzone was a cut-up piece of dough.(BTW, no self respecting Italian restaurant would EVER cut their calzone!) I had to pay extra for toppings, and from the pics I've posted, it shows the pitiful amount of pepperoni and cheese (or should I say; "lack there of". Furthermore, you can also see that there's NO SAUCE inside!!!! I did not order a Stromboli, because again any Italian restaurant would know that a calzone comes WITH sauce on the inside. And a Stromboli comes WITHOUT sauce, and offers it on the side. If I could rate them with no stars, I would. Completely disappointed read more

​Disappointing. The staff was more interested in hanging out than working. We waited a long time for our food. The server mixed up our orders, placing our food on a neighboring table, and serving us the food handled by other customers. The food was mediocre, at best. My husband got the meatball grinder. You can't imagine the excitement that surged through my body at seeing a sign for "grinders" Visions of home flashed through my mind and those wonderful grinders I so miss. I had to stop in and give this place a go. One word, disappointment! There was so much promise when reading the menu. So many choices that sounded exactly what I wanted. I ordered the 4.5" Ruben and my BF ordered the 9" Chicago steak. There should have been a red flag go off when I wasn't asked if I wanted it toasted or not. Back home in the north, with grinders you are always asked, toasted or not. No choice here they were oven toasted. The wait was a bit longer then I would expect for 2 grinders, a side of fries and a side of onion rings. Heck people who ordered after us were served before but who knows, maybe they called in their order. Soooo food is served and we dive in. Luckily we had drinks handy as they were as dry as dry could be. How dry? OK this is a major no no but my BF had to put ketchup on his Chicago Steak grinder! yes it was that dry. My Reuben lacked flavor, how is that possible with corned beef sauerkraut and thousand island dressing????? You got me but it was. The two best items, the onion rings and the pickle. I travel all over the country for work. I'm currently in Easley, SC for the week, and heard about good reviews about this restaurant and decided to give it a try. I was completely blown away by how amazing the food is! I came in for lunch one day and the grinders (sandwiches) were so good, I came back to the restaurant the following day to try the pizza. The pizza is on par, if not better than, some of the authentic New York pizzas I've tried. If I'm ever back in this area, Bellacinos is definitely on my list of places to eat at read more

Ordered late online and after getting home I found that my order wasn't correct so I call just before closing and talked with the manager(Summer) who said it was to late to do anything that she'd call me tomorrow,she didn't so I called her I didn't want anything free or anything that I didn't order only to make my order right and she refused to do so..this is the prime example of poor customer service,I paid $48 and only half of my order was what I ordered,very very bad customer service and I will never go back.. read more

Pizza is above average, but dine in service is poor. Staff seems unhappy and borderline rude. Restaurant was busy but still open tables and no wait. Lady wearing street clothes, but obviously an employee walked around and picked up plates at several tables but never came back to wipe down tables. We stood there waiting and finally were forced to wipe them down ourselves with dry napkins. 15 minutes later, another employee finally came and wiped down one table. Unacceptable for a dine in restaurant. Food was served quickly, which was a nice plus. We got the pride which was overloaded with black olives, but good nonetheless. This is your regular chain store, but it's still worth trying. The restaurant it's self is very clean and very reminiscent of an old style pizza pub. The food is very good, and the pizza is fantastic. The only drawback is the service. The people behind the register seem to not care if you are there or not. I've been there once when there was a very helpful young girl, but when the staff was all male they ignored us for a good 10 minutes. We will go back because they food is great, but will most likely take it to go. read more

She was super informative and catering to my wants...I ordered Calzones "off the menu" stuffed with all the stuff thats bad for me, and the manager seemed excited to create these concoctions at my request...it's a little pricy, but who cares when you're having so much fun creating the perfect folded pizza, right!!! read more

This is probably the best place for pizza I've been in a long time. My husband and I come as often as our schedule will allow. We've not ever been dissatisfied with the pizza or the side salad. I can't say that about the blue cheese dressing (yuck!). The ranch dressing is good though. I'm afraid to try the grinders because I love the pizza so much! I gave 4 stars because they don't stock enough of my favorite Yuengling beer so that one time I couldn't buy any! Pizza without beer? No! LOL! :-) read more

Went there Saturday and ordered a meat lovers pizza for the family, we all ended up sick and taking turns in the bathroom, I called and spoke to a person in charge named Ellen, all she said was she would check the meat and hung up.
