The person doing the facial (Jackie) was very rough and loud. She was always opening and shutting drawers loudly and when she walked around the room even her shoes were loud! There was no gentleness to her. It was almost like she was angry and just wanted the facial to be done. I really almost left half way thru. This was so disappointing. I have seen other reviews mention how good she was so i must have gone on just a really bad day. I am going to book another facial with a place i have gone before sooner than i normally would so it can erase this bad experience. My time was limited this week so i was happy to get a last minute appt. That did not work out too good for me :( .

I have never, NEVER, been to a salon where I've shown a photo to a stylist of what envision my hair looking like and then left feeling like I got EXACTLY what I wanted, only better. My hair looks gorgeous, feels so healthy and as if that's not enough, my spirit feels rejuvenated. Sandi has such a warm and bubbly personality--it's contagious. Our conversation never felt forced, and even though this was my first time visiting, I didn't feel like a newcomer. He had the right amount of conversation with me, talkative enough in the beginning to understand my needs and make me feel welcome and comfortable.
