I've been here twice so far for pedicures only. First impression: the space looks nice, clean, and elegant. On closer look, some of the spa chairs are older and a bit worn, but the massage functions work well and there's a good variety of settings, so comfort-wise it still does the job. Most of the staff are Asian-speaking, with a few English speakers. I was fortunate both visits to have a tech who spoke fluent English and clearly understood my requests, which I appreciated. They offer a full service menu -- basic pedicure starts at $38, $48 for gel. I opted for the deluxe spa pedicure with gel because it includes paraffin wax at $68. On my first visit, I had requested regular polish, but I was distracted on my phone and didn't realize gel polish was applied until the UV lamp was already on my foot. Just a heads-up -- be mindful and confirm services as they go. I didn't say anything and accepted the extra charge. On my second visit, I did request gel from the start. Both pedicures were good but nothing to rave about. However, after my second visit, once I got home, I noticed my heel was snagging my sock. Upon closer look, I saw small cut marks from cuticle nippers. I already maintain my heels regularly with a pumice stone, so I was surprised. Whatever was clipped ended up leaving my heel rough, and it took some time at home to smooth it back out. No one should walk in with loved feet and leave feeling like they got SOS pads. That said -- would I go back? Yes. I'm hoping the heel issue was an isolated incident. Overall, I liked the service, especially the gentle and attentive care when removing ingrown toenails, which was done well both times. 2nd time going here for a pedicure. 1st time was good- I was serviced quickly and pedicure was well done. This time was unacceptable. I chose the golden spa ($60) which included a complimentary glass of wine. I did not receive the wine even after inquiring halfway through the pedicure. The pedicure itself is terrible and disappointing . From far away, it looks decent. However, close up it is sloppy with crooked lines and a thin layer of polish, as well as no top coat. The woman who did my pedicure also caused 2 different toes to bleed from improper filing. I do not recommend this nail spa and will not be returning. read more

I came here without an appointment, but when I called ahead of time, they told me to walk-in without one, which is what I did. I waited at least 30 minutes to get my gel-x manicure done. There were several nail techs available while I waited. I'm not sure why I was waiting around, I assume because not all of them know how to do a gel-x manicure? If that were the case, I wish they communicated this. My 3-star review is mostly for these reasons. Other than that; I am happy with the results. I asked for a natural pink set which is what I got. It's been about 2 weeks since I got my nails done and one of them is chipping already. :( The space itself is nice. Felt like I was in Vegas. My experience at this nail salon was pretty great, however, there were several women who experienced frustration during their visit and verbalized it to the employees. One woman had a 1:30 PM appointment and was not helped for over 20 minutes. So she got up to leave when they finally came over to help her. Another woman had gotten a floral design on her toes and they messed it up but we're going to leave it as is so she had to speak up for herself to ask them to redo the nails. My experience was fortunately the opposite. My mom and I were helped right away and we did not have an appointment. I got a Mani Pedi and she got hers with gel. The pedicure came with a hot stone treatment and the manicure had a very nice relaxing hand massage. Overall, I am guessing that this is probably a hit or miss establishment. I visited Bellagio nail spa for the first time for a pedicure and a full set. firstly.. poor service, from the moment I walked in I wasn't acknowledged until after 10 minutes. There was a girl next to me who came in after and they attended to her first. After, they then spoke to me they had me sit for another 10 minutes waiting for them to begin service. Once they began the lady was not paying attention at all and was very rough with my feet she cut 5 out of 10 toes when she was clipping and I was bleeding everywhere.. and to add to my foot damage she started rubbing the bottom of my feet raw with the stone and cut me again!! My feet are still burning. Once the manicure began they switched people three times in the middle of my service 3 different people started doing my nails and they would get up and leave multiple times in the middle of my service and start doing other things while I just sat there and waited for them to come back from wherever they went. They did a sloppy job with my acrylics they are different sizes and when they cut my real nails they didn't file them and left them sharp and all uneven. I was there for well over two hours. When I got up to go pay the lady left again and left me standing waiting to pay. First and last time going here. I do not recommend. read more

Decided to try this nail salon for the first time today after a bad experience at other nail salons nearby. I walked in and was immediately seated. My nail tech, Harry, was very efficient and did such an amazing job creating the perfect french tips-- very clean and exactly what I wanted. The salon itself was very nice and gave a very relaxing atmosphere. Plus, it's right next to my bank, which is super convenient since they only accept cash tips. Came back, asked for a full set, a man placed the tips and didn't press them on properly, there was a huge gap between my nail and the tip after the acrylic was applied. My Review after my 2nd and FINAL visit to Bellagio Spa I had been looking for a new salon where I would be happy with both my nails and feet and not have to go to two different salons. (I love my current nail tech, but the pedicure tech is not very good) I came to try out Bellagio for a long new full set and their most expensive pedicure on the menu. Let's start with the pedicure shall we? First off, the pedicure chairs are very nice, includes the arm massage and seat massage. The pedicure package had all the bells and whistles including a mimosa! Unfortunately the technician was not very good, some of my toenails were not cut evenly, not filed well and felt rough at the tips and the gel polish was not cured long enough before the skimpy amount of paraffin hot wax which made the polish warped. I didn't notice the polish till I got home as I didn't have on my glasses at the time. I'm sure the tech noticed it but chose not to do anything about it. Not a good sign! Lazy, uncaring and half-assed! Pedi Cost:$100+18%tip Let's move to the full set, I didn't "love" the full set I received, but it wasn't the worst. I wasn't thrilled about the shape and the excess acrylic placed at the cuticle area to mimic a curve of the nail. Quality and workmanship are more important to me, shaping is secondary. Quality was lacking! 3 nails started to lift after only 4 days. Total for my 1st visit $190+tip for long full set with French tips, chrome powder and pedi. On July 8th I decided to give them a 2nd chance. I went for a fill and another pedicure. I showed the tech my lifted nails and they said "oh you've had these for a long time!" It had been 16 days! I could go 4 weeks with my last nail tech and never had any issues. Anyway, the tech thinned my nails down and did not reapply the acrylic down the length of each nail, the original clear tip can be seen. I asked for chrome powder and they barely put any on, either used a cheap powder with little pigment or didn't use enough. The pedicure was "meh" same as the first time despite me asking him to file the tip so it is not rough or uneven. $170+tip for a fill and pedicure. When I asked the owner/manager why it was almost the same price as my original visit she gave me some BS and the vibes were way off, I knew she was just out to price gouge me. No one can tell me a full set with all the add ons I had vs a half assed fill is a $20 difference! There's nothing I do not like more than being over charged and scammed! But wait, I'm not done yet - 3 days later 2 nails broke off while simply adjusting my shirt & I was on vacation and I had to find a salon while out of State. I wanted so much to like Bellagio Spa but now I need to say Buyer Beware! The shop may look nice with the decor, chairs and chandeliers but the workmanship, quality of products they use and cheap mentality (1/4 cup of paraffin wax in the bag) and price gouging is a NO for me. Hubby and I stopped in for one of our favorite relaxing day dates for our babymoon, pedicures! I called ahead and we were in luck that they had 2 appointments available, so we could sit side-by-side! I chose the color Seaside #793 by DND Gel to match my nails. My nail technician Hannah did a flawless pedicure and my feet felt new and very soft after! I especially loved the orange scent on my legs! Not to mention Hannah was very gentle which I appreciated being well into my pregnancy! I would HIGHLY recommend one of the most fancy nail salons I have been to, complete with a chandelier, changing colors on the ceiling and very luxurious spa massage chairs! We came to our appointment on time and had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. They seated us all separately and at different stations which defeats the purpose of pre-booking ahead of time. Not only that, but we were left to soak our feet in water for another 30 minutes before nail technicians actually started working on us. To make matters worse, the owner still kept taking walk ins in addition to other customers who had legitimate appointments. Those clients had to wait 45 minutes past their appointment time - I felt second hand frustration for them. As a heads up I only get my nails done for special occasions, so I consider myself as a newbie in nails because it's rare for me to get my nails done. Therefore, my rating is based on the quality' of the nails. The workers in there are very kind and gentle with my nails. But my nails fell off half a week later. I got gel x nails and the process was WAY different from other nail salons. I got my first set of gel x nails in concord where they apply the gel bead on the nail first then the whole gel nail on top. I loved how they felt and was able to get a good scratch in, unlike acrylics (lol). So when they applied my nails here, they glued a nail tip on the tip of my nail. The same way acrylics are first being applied. Since a newbie, I couldn't tell if It was just a new way? Or just the wrong way and they were trying to rush the service? Anyways, after they applied the acrylic tip they then applied the gel over It and my nail. Half a week in, my nails were falling off!! Like the gel was LITERALLY separating from the acrylic tip. Review for 1 visit. Got a pedicure. PROS: Place seemed clean. Staff seemed nice enough. Aesthetically pleasing. CONS: It felt rushed. The nail tech was really rough and seemed to be working fast on my cuticles, felt too aggressive and uncomfortable. When he pushed my cuticles back it felt too forceful. There was an obvious mistake with the polish on my toes and I had to ask him to fix it. Which he did and the paint job ended up looking fine. I wish they took their time. People recommended we see Nhi (spelling?) and my friend also likes Kathy for her Gel X manicures. You can make an appointment online or call, we called to make sure Nhi was there but she was unavailable and my friend had Emily and I got Mindy who was the owner. They definitely have very luxurious pedicure chairs and options. Their more deluxe ones come with a glass of wine or juice. My friend got the jelly pedicure with gel and another girl recommended their golden one. I just got a basic pedicure with gel. I was trying to work so I was kind of in a hurry. The service was great, it was busy, lots of color options. But at the end I wanted to pay with a credit card and the owner didn't allow me to, she said cash or zelle. As a returning customer I will say that this place has continued to go down in quality and service. Unfortunately the modern vibe of the salon does not make up for their poor quality. It's upsetting that they continue to raise their prices but do not improve their performance. I requested a basic French tip pedicure today and left paying $60 for a mediocre service - messy french tips, lack of massage included in the pedicure package, and overall unwelcoming attitudes. Came in on their first day of their soft opening and it did not disappoint! They have all the different types of services from nails to waxing. I opted for the jelly pedicure since I have not had one before and I would get it again. The pedicure chairs are more modern and water basin is clean as they use plastic covers and one time use mechanism. Makes me feel as if it clean as can be. Then on the whim I decided to get a dip manicure as well because why not while it's still 20% off until Nov.16th. I whole heartedly would come back here again. My new nail tech, Kathy, I met 2 months ago and I was happy with her services. I am always smiling and loving my nails! Also my customers (at my job) always comment on how pretty my nails are too. This place is very clean and organized. All the staff is friendly and they don't rush to get your nails done. (If you need to be in and out within 35 minutes, just know this. I really love how they take their time. Average time for my nails/dip w/removal is around 80 minutes.) The music is very relaxing, I've almost fallen asleep a few times. I have only gotten my hands done, not feet so I can't speak for pedicures. I would recommend to call and make an appt or see how long the wait is. When you go, make sure you don't get kia. She cuts me every time and unnecessarily files my nails down to the bone, leaving my nails so brittle and thin. She even files down my real nail underneath the acrylic, leaving me with little to no natural nail underneath and it hurts so bad. I have been seeing Kathy at this location since Oct 2024 and eversince then, she's the only one im asking to do my gel manicure. She's very meticulous and gentle. Very friendly and always with a smile on her face and thats a big deal to me. And as usual, when its done, im always happy with her work. I know that most women receive gel manicures, but I am the exception since I only needed my nails to look nice for a wedding. When my nails were done, I sat in front of a miniature fan for five minutes. The technician told me that my nails were dry, I stated that I didn't they were. She assured me and took my payment. Overall I had a pleasant experience. Fair pricing. The salon is clean and there are a variety of services, styles, and colors to choose from. Staff are friendly and professional. My only "con" is I noticed the person I came with got a quick hand massage, but for my service I didn't receive a massage. Those are always a nice addition to the experience so I'm sad I missed out. Went with my mom earlier today, I got a full set acrylic with builder gel and she got a pedicure. It was my first time getting acrylics and so I was a bit nervous about it coming out like the inspo pic I showed but I absolutely love them and I'll definitely request for Hannah if/when I come back! I'm only docking one star because my mom specifically asked for a basic pedicure with regular polish, not the gel, but was still given and charged for the gel pedi. She's still happy with it and it's not that big of a price difference so it's not that big of an issue for us, but it's still something to note. Overall, very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff! The positives are that they are pretty nice and the interior is gorgeous. The cons are that unfortunately that the work is not great. There is missing polish, odd shaped, uneven paint, bubbles. There is a heavy language barrier to the point they cannot answer your requests. I asked her to cut them and she did not. My toes were cut too short and now I am in pain. Be weary. read more
